I have a 90 gallon tank with goldfish, some plecos and a South American cichlid, a 180 gallon tank with 5 red ear slider turtles, and 3 cats. Isiah has expertise in all of the animals I own, and many more. Not only is my tank still stocked because of him, but he goes out of his way to remember his customers too! There have been no disappointments~ Only thing I'd say is a downside is the fact that he gets really busy at times because everyone knows that he knows everything. Sometimes you have to wait a little while to get to him and ask your question. Other than that, Isiah is hands down the most knowledgeable pet store manager I have ever met. I highly recommend going to this branch particularly, not only for Isiah, but because the other associates are also very friendly and have great customer service. This location was very close to us so we decided to stop by because we were interested in adopting…read morea cat as a pet. The process to adopt was easy (no jumping through hoops) and the fee very reasonable. We spoke to the manager Shawn, who was very knowledgeable about the cats he had for adoption. We were told to observe the cats available (three different rooms with cats of various ages and breeds.) We ended up choosing a very sweet young Tabby and it has worked out really well. He has already gotten extremely comfortable with us! The only thing you will need to bring with you is a carrier to take home your pet, but other than that the whole process went very well. I would definitely recommend!
