This is a pretty cool place to spend time at. I have been there twice. Once was a Sunday at 11:30 and then on a Saturday night at around 5:30. Sunday we were pretty much the only ones playing on the mini golf course downstairs. It's a challenging course and we had loads of fun on it. There was some confusion on the wrist bands but a manager fixed it right away. The food was good and came pretty fast. I ordered a peach alcoholic drink. It tasted familiar. The bartender ended up asking me if I liked it because she could not find the peach purée so she subbed peach schnapps (ahh there it is that's why it was familiar). She offered to make it correctly but I declined as we were about to leave. I wish she had asked me about the sub on the drink before she made it. It was a bit busier when we left. Saturday at 5:30 was a good start time we played one of the courses up top I think it was the blue one. It wasn't as challenging as the bottom course downstairs. We ordered a bunch of different foods to try all of it was good. The pizzas are shareable and very tasty. The course did get a bit backed up. There were 5 of us so we let a couple play through. By 8pm the place was packed and all the courses had huge lines. Over all it's a great place to have some fun. If you are younger it's prob a great place to party with friends but if you don't like crowds then go early. read more

Okay, so the main reason why Im giving it 3 stars is mainly for how cool the place is and the sheer size of it. There's 2 bars- 1 up and downstairs. We decided to go downstairs since that's where the food was. We went to the bar down there and we waited awhile to even get served and once we did we ordered 2 drinks (a coors light and a dirty Shirley) as well an order of mozarella sticks for $30. Which to me is waaaaay too expensive. So, after that we decided to play darts which was $24 for 30 minutes. Like WHAT?! I was absolutely shocked when he told me the price. He also didn't give me a pricing menu or anything. When we walked up to him and asked to play all he said was scan the QR code to sign the waiver and then said it'll be $24. Was not attentive or kind, really. I attempted to get drinks from both the upstairs and downstairs bars throughout the night and was continually and constantly ignored. Mind you, they were only 1-3 other people at both bars who were also trying to get a drink but I just kept getting ignored and looked over. One of the bartenders upstairs was having a conversation with this couple and would just look at me and look away when I was obviously standing there waiting to get a drink and I was the only one at the bar who was waiting to get a drink! It took 10 minutes just to get a drink, when they weren't even that busy. So, I'd customer service is pretty piss poor here. Overall the place is cool and in a good location but it's way too overpriced and the customer service sucks. read more

Waited 25 minutes, a little busy, but not especially so as the people that sat behind us got served within minutes of coming in. We never got greeted or spoken to. It did look like the server was a little overwhelmed, so we could have tried at the bar, or asked the several employees standing by the golf side for assistance. They did not seem to be doing much (if they had been attentive they would have said goodbye or said anything really instead of chatting with each other). Ended up walking over to try The Spot out as we had not been yet. And had a much, much better experience. Maybe we will try back in a couple of months to see if they have it figured out as we did want to try the golf and drinks. The place does look nice inside. Totally fun and equally kid/adult friendly! We did not eat but had a drink and played mini golf and darts. We were two adults and one teenager, everyone had fun and can't wait to go back! Tonight was our first night and you could tell they're just getting their footing! Overall the customer service does need some improvements. Lots of fun activities but we enjoyed the darts! It was a bit cramped but still had a good time! There were lots of different darts games to choose from as well! Definitely a cool vibe and I think it'll get even better with time! This is a great place in downtown Reno for family fun, date night or hanging with friends. Welcoming vibes from the minute you walk in due to lots of neon and music. Plenty of places to hangout playing pee wee golf, darts, eating or cocktails at the 100 foot bar. Classic or Specialty cocktails and fun Shots. I can't attest to the games, since we didn't have time to play the "round of golf" for which we paid. We went here for a friend's 21st birthday afternoon. She wanted to eat something prior to drinking, so she ordered a pepperoni pizza and I ordered the fish tacos. The waitress was pleasant enough. Our guys had already gone up to the bar to order drinks for us. After 30 minutes, the waitress had not come to check on us, offer drinks, nor give an update on the food. I tried calling out ma'am loudly and even waiving her down, to no avail. After 45 minutes, I asked the bartender to check on our food and he gave me the, "We're a little busy," while gesturing with his hand around the room. I would estimate they were at just under half capacity upstairs. Also, there were two table that arrived long after we had ordered and they had already been served (different waiter.) He came back and told me the food should arrive shortly. The waitress showed up and reaffirmed our order while tapping on her electronic order pad and said the food would be there in 5-10 minutes. She still did not ask if we needed drinks. After 10 minutes, we went downstairs where the guys were playing golf, and there was our food in the window. I asked the cooks how long it had been there and was told it was just put out. I said we ordered this an hour ago. The guy said he was very sorry, the waitress had just put in the order a few minutes before. He brought the food to a table for us and finally the waitress showed back up and stated she would comp our food. The food was decent, and the guys said the golf was ok, which is why I gave it two stars, but the service was definitely subpar and the workers were very non-chalant about it. read more

The bar manager and one of the female bartenders on the top floor have been consistently rude, degrading, and on some sort of power trip. Drinks are made poorly for the astronomical price. The rest of the staff have been pleasant and compensate for these short comings. If you're gonna be strict on ID's, check at the door. Not everytime I come up to the bar and be snarky about it. This place offers a great atmosphere and fun activities, but bar staff kills it. 10/10 wouldn't tip those goobers. read more

The quality of the mini golf holes is horrible. Parts fell off of holes. Other parts were held together by tape. None of the holes are designed to be fun. It's almost like whoever designed them just wanted to make them as hard as possible. We won't be going back. read more
