We tried booking online but couldn't find availability, so we decided to just show up and see if they could fit us in. The place was empty so we thought we might have a chance to play! We arrived around 8 pm, and the place was clearly open, but no one was at the front to greet us. After waiting for a few minutes, we walked toward the back and saw some employees hanging out at the bar. When we asked if we could still play, we were told they were closing--despite both their website and Yelp listing showing they were open until 10 pm. It was confusing and frustrating, especially since they didn't make any effort to let us know what was going on. Not a great first impression, and we won't be coming back. read more

We went to check this place out as it's the closest Topgolf to my home. I had previously been to a topgolf in Texas so I was eager to see how this one compared. We made a reservation through opentable and arrived right on time. It was totally dead as it was a weeknight. I imagine this place is much livelier on the weekend. We played for an hour as a group of 4. It was plenty of time to try a few different games - and my kids were excited to see that it wasn't just golf games. Some games were a lot of fun (carnival, golf, soccer), others more frustrating (football game was quite impossible!). I should have done my research before going, but figured we would end up eating there while playing games. When I went online to find out the menu I never saw anything....( I should have checked Yelp!) We were only offered water and never saw a menu so I didn't experience the food or drinks at all. Looking around I didn't see anyone else eating or drinking either. We opted to play games for the hour and grab food after. Kind of a miss on their part but after reading others reviews, it sounds like a happy accident as food would have had extra charges included in order to be delivered to our area. We came in on a Saturday and had our reservation set for 5pm, at their opening time. We brought our 11 year old and he really enjoyed it. At this time it was what you would consider fairly empty. The staff was very friendly and attentive. With our hour reservation, we were able to play about 5 different games. I would recommend playing a minimum of two hours if your party consists of 2+. I would take half a star away if I could because of their food options. If you want to eat here you have to order through Caesar Eats, wherein you're charged $10 to have the food delivered to you and 15% gratuity. To avoid this, you can actually bring your own food... found out after we ordered. The hostess, Jessica, was a sweetheart. She was very informative. The vibe is fun and chill too. This is an interesting concept. It's basically a bar and there is a huge tv screen for each booth to play a game of which ever sport. I was invited here for a pregame birthday gathering for a friend. I was surprised that they don't have food options only drinks. They do partner with the other restaurants near them, and they can deliver that food to your booth. I first went here for a Yelp Elite event, and thought it was great. Then after talking with some of the staff, they told us about Thursday Nights. During the football game, it's all you can drink well, draft and wine for $15. Yes please! We came in, and saw that Rock 104.5 was set up. We each got raffle tickets, found our way to the bar, where we decided to hang for the evening. Right away the bar tender and manager recognized us from the yelp event. Fun! My husband and I finally got an opportunity to try the suites last night! So fun! We aren't golfers but opted in to play a couple of the MANY games offered such as Zombie Dodgeball and Carnival Classic. We had zero technical issues and once you figure out how to aim the balls, game on! Tip: Make sure the balls register before you throw... and CARDIO! All hearts were racing after just 60 seconds of chasing and throwing balls, but so fun! We were able to try a lot of food on the menu too. Burgers, tacos, wings, calamari, nachos, waffle fries, guacamole, salad, s'mores, churros.. they literally have it all and it's so good. They get all their food from El Hefe nextdoor. Per usual, the drinks were amazing. Elaina was our main bartender this time and she's the best - friendly and fast! My husband and I came here for Valentine's Day. Our reservation was at 6:45pm and we arrived a little early, so another party was still occupying our swing suite. The hostess sat as in the bar area to wait. We ordered a couple of mixed drinks, both poured pretty stiff, or maybe we're just a couple of lightweight after having our daughter. Once the other party left, the hostess took us to our suite where we waited for our server. Dylan was our serve and was super helpful, seeing as how my husband and I were both Top Golf newbies. He showed us how to work the computer and explained everything pretty thoroughly. Their food menu is pretty small; we ordered the nachos, which tasted great! It took a little longer than I though it would to come out, but we didn't mind because the games kept us occupied. Dylan told us they share a kitchen with El Jefe's, and they were packed. Since this is not your traditional outdoor Top Golf setting, you're able to play games other than golf. Much to my enjoyment because I kind of suck at golf. To be more specific, Lily is one of the bartenders at TSS. She is very amicable and charismatic...and more importantly, great at making drinks! She is happy to discuss the menu with you and can even surprise you with a drink. But be warned- if you ask her to surprise you, expect some tequila in the mix! She is quick and you won't wait at the bar for long as she takes care of her clients quickly and efficiently! The lighting, seating, and decor lend a special vibe to this place that you won't find anywhere else. There is ample seating throughout the entire space and it's a welcoming, fun environment to be in. I recommend Topgolf for large parties, as they can easily accommodate! The drink specials also lure you in, like Ladies Night! Not only can you golf here, but you can also play other games, like zombie dodgeball, hockey, and carnival classic. Not only is this one of the coolest places to stop by in the "Row/Circus Circus Strip" but it is one of the cleanest and fun spots In the entire casino. The swing bays have so much to offer besides golf. Baseball Pitching, football passing, baseball, and of course golf! I wish I could stop there. But the best part of this spot are LANAE & JESSICA. What a refreshingly different way to spend time in a casino. A separate business part of the Silver Legacy. Nice relaxing smoke free environment close to the Circus Circus arcades. Perfect place for groups to meet for some friendly competition to play many projection screen games in an adult setting. You have a variety of games like golf or hockey or others which i have not explored, but by far the most fun was the zombie kill one before the zombies reach the fence get to you and do their dance over you. There are four separate stations for the gaming experience, a massive bar area inside and the ability to have the back area catered for a party. Just a quick note, the bartenders are a fantastic group as well as the manager that's not adverse to helping out as a bartender as she sees a rush. There is plenty of seating if you don't want to play the games and to simply get a couple of adult beverages and converse or to watch others enjoy the games. Went for dinner. The chicken tenders were horrible. You couldn't even cut them. The server Brian was terrible never saw him again after he brought our food to tell him they were no good. So I went and looked for the manager. He said I will take off the chicken. Mean while still waiting for Brian to get the check. Go get the manager again. Finally 10 minutes later he brings the check. The first time we came we enjoyed the suite games, however, due to a recent knee procedure I was unable to partake in the physical activities. (Sort of a bummer, as I was tempted, but the husband wouldn't hear of it, lol) Anyway it was fun to watch the excitement of the event as it unfolded before me. As soon as they said the food was ready, the crowd quickly began to line up and fill their tummies with lots of incredible eats. There was nachos, tacos, sliders, waffle fries with blue cheese melted on it (to name a few). Then after all that deliciousness, they had dessert... Smore Stuffed Cookies! Need I say more. After devouring one, I decided to bring my husband one to try, (wink wink) as he is not a fan of smores he decided I should indulge another one. hmmm... okay... I'll suffer through it, I guess. This was a waste of time and money. We played golf and it was totally unrealistic. There was a poor selection of clubs as well. They started our time, had to go get equipment, and then the computer froze up. We actually got maybe 20 minutes of play and didn't complete one hole. Definitely would not return. read more

My friends and I are avid golfers and we really take the game very serious. We've played at the outdoor Topgolf in Sacramento and we love it so I wasn't sure what to expect with the Swing Suite. We couldn't believe that there was an indoor venue that could accommodate so many Reno/Tahoe golfers who are novice to semi-serious golfers seeking a realistic experience after the summer season has ended. Dilyn, Lily and Elaina especially went above and beyond in ensuring that all of our wants and needs were let the entire time we hung out!! Also bottomless bar during NFL game on Thursday's is the best deal in town!! We also noticed that there were other games you could play other than golf. We tried the zombie dodgeball, baseball, and soccer games as well. Wow! Super fun and a great way to try something different and exciting without losing our money gambling downstairs.
