Just make sure you either bring a serious appetite or someone willing to share because this thing is MASSIVE. Possibly my favorite upgrade at the new location, though? THE HOT SAUCE SITUATION. You can grab an entire bottle and bring it to your table instead of trying to ration hot sauce into those teeny tiny little cups. As someone who needs an unreasonable amount of hot sauce with every bite, I appreciate this more than I probably should. Service is always great, too. Everyone working there is friendly, happy to help, and somehow always has a smile on their face even when the place is absolutely slammed. Happy's has officially become a Petoskey staple for us. Prepared on a 10-inch tortilla, it was served with limey-tasting sauce of sour cream in a tiny ramekin. We picked it up at the window in the long hallway on the side of the distillery and ate at a picnic table with our bottles of Mexican Coke and Lime Jarrito in the big hall. The only major drawback is the distance between the parking area and the restaurant and distillery.
