This is a fast food with sit down wait times, waited 27 minutes for two tacos, one burrito and one Torta. There were four groups who ordered after us and got their food and we were still waiting. When I asked the employee she said food was coming out but no answer how come the next four groups after us had their food long time before . When we finally asked for a refund at the same time the food came out. The manager couldn't even utter a single words other than "okay" after we complained. First and last time we visit this place. Horrible service!! This was at 3:00 pm, zero people at drive thru and only one mom (with two kids) infront of us who got their food and were almost finished before I talked to staff about our delay. Ghetto place with ghetto attitude management. Now the food: salsas are amazing and 10 out of 10 for flavor but the food itself was bland with very small amount of ingredients in the burrito and torta. Every single thing about this place was terrible. The worst Birria I've ever had and for a TERRIBLE price. Nearly 6 dollars per queso birria taco. I am so angry at this price because they give you such little little amount of meat. I'm so serious, the amount of meat they gave me with my 3 tacos was what should have been one. Even worse, they make you pay so much, give you such little meat, and then on top of that they don't give you the consommé for free. You have to order it on the side for extra money. I've never in my life been as disappointed with food as I was here. This is my favorite place to eat in the AV. The Birria Taquitos are delicious. I love to mix two mild salsas with their oil salsa and it's amazing. Mixing a little bit of salsa in the rice just hits the spot. I go every chance I get. read more

The one good this I would say is the beef had ok flavor and it was shredded nicely. From here it's all down hill. I ordered 3 birria's and consommé. The birras need to be fried in more of the grease used. When making the beef. And more cheese, it lacked that causing them to be dry. This was really my first time trying Birria and omg... I'm AMAZED this place made my first time experience an amazing one I didn't get to show the tortillas it came with but oh em geeeeee I definitely need more of it ! The food came hot and smelling up my whole room! I can't get the smell out of my mouth ! My roommates love this place for the Birria Ramen and they let me sample it and OMG!!!! My mom and I stopped by here because it already stood out for being a birria spot with a drive thru. We decided to eat in and OOOOOOH MY GOODNESS The food absolutely blew all my expectations. Everything was so juicy and flavorful. On top of the staff being so kind and patient. Luis especially really went out of his way to break down how the food is made and why it's so good. They couldn't give me a timeframe as to when could it be ready and I had to ask them if they could bring it to the car cause they wouldn't offer that option, they want me to walk in When other places they give you a timeframe and they always offer to bring it to your car. I was getting 2 Quesa Tacos when the worker lmk that it was Taco Tuesday and there was a sale with three Quesa Tacos for $12.99 instead of paying $5.29 each. Now, I am not complaining for the money I paid extra. It's the DISHONESTY this place has. I was charged extra. I went back in to speak to the manager to clarify the extra charge on receipt and the manager rudely ignored me since he knew I would walk inside to talk with him. When I explained it all, he insisted there was no such thing as Taco Tuesday ( receipt states otherwise) anyway, he told me he needed my name and phone number so that he could call me about the extra charge. Long story short, instead of getting my money back, all I got was a "Sorry". Please be aware that this restaura is fraudulent and is stealing money (little to who knows) but they are stealing and not being honest to people.
