Wow!!!! Been following these guys for a while and decided to pass by before lunch time. New to the birria world and have tried a few spots like Ted's and small places in LA. This is by far the best!!! Grabbed 5 queso birria tacos and a large consume. Tacos were bomb and the meat were huge chunks and very tender. Just a little bit of fat but we need that. Fat=Flavor. And the consume was so good. Great balance of oregano and cinnamon. Can wait to go back and try some of their rolled tacos. Price was good for the 5 tacos and large consume just a little over $20. Well worth it. Definitely a go to when your in LA Puente. Plus there were other vendors selling bacon wrapped hotdogs and barbacoa. Might just make the trip back tomorrow. YMMV. read more

I came here this past Sunday at around 11:00 a.m. The crew was cleaning up. I went over just to find out that they were done for the day. they open at 6:00 a.m. and close whenever they're sold out. I found out that they only open on Saturdays and Sundays. The guys gave me their business cards so I can come by next time to try their food. I'll probably come again next weekend to try this place out. Extremely friendly stuff and even though I didn't eat any of their food I am still happy. read more
