    Suadero, Tripa & cabeza

Amazing, clean, friendly. All the taqueros are friendly and efficient. The meats are great, and they carry a good variety that other vendors don't, which justifies their prices in my opinion. Don't sleep on the cabeza, tripa, buche, and suadero! Best of all, everything is kept clean and you can pay once you're done eating to keep your hands relatively nice and clean to enjoy your food. Don't miss their specials during the week!

Street stand. Good food. Good prices. Really fresh. Here's the address this week, 7/2024 1485 E Third St Pomona Ca 91766 If not there, call the number. They texted me their address. Worth driving around a little to find them.

It's pretty hard for me to find a go to taco spot because most trucks or restaurants I've been to are inconsistent. I remember going here with my friends when it was at another location but I never remembered the name of it. Recently stumbled upon it once again. I guess they were closed for a period of time but are now open? It sucks that they keep moving but I'll try to follow as they go because the food is pretty good. First of all, I was disappointed that during the COVID-19 pandemic they did not wear masks. This is very irresponsible and dangerous to both the employees and customers. They have changed their operation and have signs up that states that it is takeout only, so they're not living under a rock. Out of all of them, I did not see one with a mask. The cashier wasn't wearing gloves either. Super dangerous and I debated leaving but I decided to stay anyway :// pleaseeeee take the right safety measures to make sure everyone is healthy and safe as possible. There's no point in customers wearing masks and standing a few feet away from each other in line when they people serving the food are not wearing masks. With an open grill top with all the meat cooking, there is a higher risk since the employees are talking over it to take the order as the line moves along. I'm not sure what their official opening hours are but Yelp says 5-midnight. They also aren't open every day of the week. You can tell when they're open if the gate is open I guess? For people driving by the neighborhood it is hard to tell so I assume most of the people that come here are loyal customers that follow them. The line starts towards the back so it may be confusing if it's your first time. Current address as of 5/30/2020 is 11086 Pipeline Ave Pomona, CA 91766 As I said before, the meats are all laid out and cooking on a flat grill top. This is definitely nice to see because you know the quality you're getting as they serve it. The al pastor is also set up on the spiral cooking machine. All of this is nice and I wouldn't mind too much if they were all just wearing masks. I know it's hard to wear a mask while cooking because of the heat but it would make us all feel a little safer. Nevertheless, the tacos are pretty good. At the time of this review the price was $1.50 per taco. There was a sign for Taco Thursday 2x1... so I'm not sure whether it meant 2 tacos for the price of one? Or the tacos are $1? I assume it's busier on Thursday's with this special. It was already pretty busy on a Friday night. I ordered the carne asada, al pastor, and suadero tacos. The carne asada was okay in my opinion. Some places overcook it and the meat is like biting into rubber balls. But here, the meat was still intact and not too dry. The only problem was that the meat didn't taste marinated or seasoned enough. After trying the meat itself I was disappointed but salsa can help it. The al pastor is definitely my favorite here and I would probably order all of just this meat. It was tender and was full of flavor in comparison to the asada. Highly recommend the al pastor. The suadero is a meat I don't usually order but I've had once before so I wanted to try their version. It wasn't bad. It's tender but didn't taste seasoned either. If they seasoned the meat more, this taco spot would be absolutely insane! After you order there is a table with all the taco toppings. Onions and cilantro, lime, cucumbers, salsas... but then again everything is all out in the open. SELF SERVE with everyone touching the handles, tongs, etc. it would be more of a hassle to prefill the salsa cups but things shouldn't be self serve yet while there is no vaccine. It sucks because I never would be complaining if the virus wasn't still going on and is as dangerous as it can potentially be. My overall opinion is a little above average but I did not appreciate the lack of safety measures put in place. I will definitely come back for the tacos but I pray they do something by at least wearing masks and gloves. And maybe prepackage the toppings or provide gloves so your hands aren't in direct contact with what everyone else touches.

They came to our birthday party last night. I can't explain how good the tacos are. The variety of meats outside of the basic asada and chicken. We also had lengua and chorizo. They have more to offer. Next time we'll order the rest too! They are my go to for future parties.

Cheeeaaaapppp tacos on Thursday. 2 for $1 The condiments are self serve and has a wide variety. Keep an eye out for the Instagram page. The location shanked constantly as well as the days they are opened. Low key spot that provides great deals. A must go to

A place I can eat and feel like family. It was my first time visiting Tacos El Pecas and I left satisfied and one happy customer. When my wife and I arrived there was no line and we ordered our tacos with some horchata. I felt like I was at a families backyard gathering. The music, the dodger game, the people, It was an atmosphere that really made me feel at home. Hands down, the best place to get your taco fix in the Inland Empire. When we first pulled up, we passed it, but just asked a gentlemen where we assumed it was and we were right! He helped us park in the street too. There was no line when we got there, which was great because right after, there was a huge rush. The tacos were delicious and horchata was sweet! This place is clean and very organized. I would highly recommend Tacos El Pecas. Gracias!

Where do I start with this place? Yesterday morning was my…read morefirst visit, and before stopping in, I called to ask about vegan options. To my surprise, I found out the entire restaurant is 100% vegan! As someone who was working in the area and thought there weren't many vegan choices around, this was an exciting discovery. For breakfast, I couldn't decide between my usual go-to, a breakfast burrito, or chilaquiles, one of my all-time favorites. The woman helping me recommended the chilaquiles and asked if I preferred spicy or mild. I chose spicy and paired it with a lemon cucumber chia agua fresca. The service was immediately unique. I wasn't asked for my name or given a table number, just told to sit wherever I'd like. Somehow, the staff knew exactly where everything belonged. A gentleman brought my drink, and by the time I returned from the restroom, my food was already waiting for me. The presentation was beautiful. The plate was loaded with rice, beans, chips, cheese, onions, bell peppers, and extra onions on the side. How did they know I loved onions enough to have a full size? The salsa was absolutely perfect. In fact, I thought about that meal for the rest of the day. The food felt wholesome, fresh, and made with care. The portions are huge, especially considering the very reasonable prices. And as a vegan, finding flavorful beans that don't leave you regretting your choices later is always a win! The customer service deserves special recognition. Everyone was genuinely friendly and welcoming. The restaurant was packed when I arrived, yet everything ran smoothly. The dining room and bathrooms were spotless, and the whole place felt like a beloved local gem. The food was so memorable that I came back the very next day for dinner before heading home. Once again, I asked for recommendations. I accidentally ordered the wrong item and realized it a few minutes later. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, something that's unfortunately rare these days. This time, I ordered the potato enchiladas and borracho fajitas, plus a re-chicken taco as a snack for the drive. Everything was delicious. I also have to recommend the aguas frescas. The lemon cucumber chia was fantastic, and the watermelon agua fresca I tried on my second visit was perfect for the heat. Also they make random sweets during the week; such as pastries, cookies, etc. When a restaurant makes you come back the very next day, you know they're doing something right. Great food, generous portions, excellent prices, wonderful people, and a fully 100% vegan menu (that isn't all soy based). I'll definitely be back and highly recommend giving this place a try.

There was maybe one other table of people there when we left and our original server basically ignored us. Unfortunately, we did have to wait around 30-40 minutes for the buffet to be ready.. we were served mimosas right away, which was nice. Now.. when it came down to the food, one person in my party did find a vey long hair in her chile relllenos. We made it know to our waitress.. which was a sweet person throughout everything!! Then we were told that the chilaquiles and taco station was now open.. so we headed down to it. There was no one to great us at the station. We stood around for around 10 minutes and no one showed up. So at that moment I grabbed a bowel of menudo. Lucky me!! I also grabbed a long hair in my menudo.. my sister in law thought it was a piece of onion but it was not! It was a very long strand of hair. At that point we all tried our best to make the best of it and enjoy the mariachi and mimosas. Then when I returned to the taco/chilaquile station the lady was very rude!! She bluntly asked what we wanted instead of telling us our options.. and I said I'll have 2 chorizo tacos please.. she said where's your plate?? I wasn't aware that I had to give her a plate to serve me. It was an overall horrible experience. Especially because we were literally the only party in the entire place besides the mariachi. The mariachi and our server were the only pleasant people that morning. I will never be returning.
