I'd give 5 stars, but made the trip over twice again and the truck hadn't arrived yet... so I was bummed.... because it's so good. Get a large order of Consomme soup. It has meat. The small serving is for dipping tacos in. Get a couple birra tacos, and eat ASAP! There's a small table for curbside dining provided. We had those as a snack and had the soup for dinner with added veggies at home and rice.... I've been jonesing for more and just writing this makes me want to venture over to see if they are set up and serving! The people who run the truck are really nice and overall a 100% 5 star experience... when they are there for biz... guess I need to follow them on Insta.

When it happened for the first time i was a bit surprised because my entire life in n out has been the only fast food that never misses an order.i stopped by yesterday in the afternoon and luckily the line wasn't long at all. The line was moving QUICK. the lady at the window asked me about my order & i clarified with her 3 times. i told her 1 cheeseburger burger has no onions while the other burger has grilled onions. i got myself the #2 which comes with the fries I just asked for it to be animal fries. im not too sure how they got 2 orders of fries. & my family member just wanted 1 cheeseburger with no onions. I come home and both burgers have no onions. What was the point of having me clarify 3 times if my burger is still going to be wrong? also, I asked for 2 cheeseburger not 1 hamburger with no cheese & onions. what is going on here?? new management?? New workers??? i hope this isn't the start of in n out going down hil....

Hell's Chicken truly lives up to its name!! This place is a full-on experience for spice lovers…read more If you're someone who actively seeks out heat, flavor, and boldness, not just "kind of spicy," but commitment level spicy, Hell's Chicken deserves your attention. I placed a pretty large order: *Chicken wrap - Extra Hot *Loaded fries - Hot *12 wings (half mango habanero, half honey sriracha) *Strawberry banana funnel cake with a vanilla & chocolate ice cream swirl For the amount of food I ordered, I was genuinely impressed by how quickly everything came out. Nothing felt rushed or sloppy. It was efficient, hot, and ready to go. That kind of speed with this many items is something I always notice and appreciate. Let's get straight into the Extra Hot chicken wrap, because this needs to be addressed properly. I have a high spice tolerance and this heat level still caught me off guard. This is not "Extra Hot" as a marketing label. This is a legit, no-nonsense heat! Haha. The spice hits early, builds steadily, and lingers. WHICH I LOOOVE. I was truly impressed because this wasn't even their hottest heat level! Makes me wonder if I can go even hotter. What really stood out, though, is that the wrap didn't rely on heat alone. Even through the intensity, the flavor still came through. That balance is hard to pull off, and Hell's Chicken nailed it. If you're debating between heat levels; Extra Hot is not for casual spice fans. The waffle fries that came with the wrap deserve a mention as well. They were perfectly crispy and definitely on the saltier side, but in the best way, especially when paired with the intense heat of the Extra Hot wrap. The saltiness actually worked as a contrast, balancing out the spice and making them dangerously easy to keep reaching for between bites. The loaded fries in hot were the perfect middle ground. Crispy, well-seasoned, generously topped, and spicy without being overwhelming. It had the most tasty dressing that complemented the meal perfectly. That sauce is actually addictive, just a warning! Compared to the wrap, these felt indulgent and comforting. It's still flavorful, still warm with heat, but much more approachable. They paired well with everything else and held up bite after bite. The wings were honestly the highlight of the entire meal. The mango habanero sauce was unlike any other mango habanero flavor I've had. The wings had a great sweet-heat balance, with a super fruity brightness that made them easy to keep eating. The habanero heat was present but controlled, letting the mango shine without being cloying. But wow the honey sriracha wings?!?! Absolutely the standout. These were, without question, my favorite dish! Sticky, glossy, perfectly coated, and incredibly balanced. Sweet, and spicy in a way that felt intentional and addictive. I'm usually super underwhelmed when I have any sriracha flavored wings elsewhere because they absolutely do not taste like real sriracha. But THESE, these definitely did and I'm obsessed with the flavor. Every bite delivered, and these are the wings I'd come back for again and again. If you only order one flavor, make it honey sriracha. After all that heat, the strawberry banana funnel cake was exactly what I needed. Warm, extra crispy funnel cake paired with a vanilla and chocolate ice cream swirl. It created the ideal hot and cold contrast. The fresh strawberries and banana slices added brightness and sweetness without overpowering the dessert. It was perfect. It genuinely rounded out the meal and helped reset after the spice marathon! Overall, what makes Hell's Chicken stand out is how confident it is in what it does. The spice levels are serious, the flavors are bold, and nothing feels watered down for the masses. Add in the fast turnaround time for a large order, and it's clear this place knows how to execute. Hell's Chicken isn't trying to please everyone, it's here for people who appreciate real spice and strong flavor. If that's you, this spot belongs on your list! Thank you so much for having me.

The portion was absolutely massive and definitely worth it if you're sharing. The chopped chicken was super soft, flavorful, and went really well with the mashed potatoes and sauce. Everything together was rich, comforting, and honestly way better than I expected. My only complaint was the bacon bits because it was just a little too much and kind of threw the flavor balance off slightly. Next time I'd definitely leave those out. The atmosphere is really relaxed, and every time I've gone it hasn't been overly packed or busy, which I appreciate. Service wasn't necessarily super fast, but it was reasonable considering everything tasted fresh. Also a bonus: plenty of parking since it's located in a large plaza.

About 30 people were ahead of me. The line snaked around the parking lot. It seems worth it to a ton of people. I placed my order at 7:16 pm. I ordered the chili cheese burger. I was confused when the employee said it was the special and I said just the burger so it was my fault for being confused. Others ordered combos. The employee was patient with me and respectful. The limit is 3 burgers per person. No wonder the line is long, it snaked around the parking lot. Over 400 people were served so far. I got my order at 7:22 pm. The employee asked me for my number so I could be a rewards member. Then I gave it. When my order was ready, the employee asked if I wanted ketchup or yellow peppers. I answered with ketchup but I should've said neither. The ketchup packets were opened without me opening them. I was a cashier years ago. Sometimes ketchup would leak out of packets if it was too hot. Or maybe if they were packed tightly in the box. So now my bag might be stained because I put the burger inside it. It's a quality control or supplier issue but it still disappointed me. The burger was savory and filling. I got everything on it.

Not only are we, as customers, paying for the food, but we are also paying with our time to try to figure out systems we're not familiar with and aren't very intuitive. It took so long to place an order for Dear Hubby, Sweet Granddaughter, and me that it was annoying. The only one who enjoyed the process was the 6 year old. Yes, the future will be hers and her generation's before very long! Even with the computerized system, the order was incorrect. We got the wrong dipping sauce, and didn't receive our drink cups. We weren't charged for SG to switch from milk to a milkshake. Didn't realize that until later when I was taking a look at the receipt. I would say that JITB is losing out with the computerized system. This is not customer service - it's customer torture! As for "ambiance", this location is sorely in need of a makeover. Fully half of the barstools in the main dining room area have their wooden veneer either partially or extensively peeling off from what's left of the seat. Not attractive, and could snag their patrons' clothing. All this "charm" because SG wanted either McDonald's or Jack In The Box, and we missed the one in La Canada Flintridge on Foothill. It was a long drive westward before we found this next option. I don't think we'll be repeating a visit to this location.
