    Steak and Chicken Fajitas

I always get the fajitas here. Steak and chicken are tasty and tender. Service is always impeccable. Amazing strawberry margaritas here as well. The mango margarita is also good! Outdoor and indoor seating. Great place to eat outdoors with dog. Food quality is so good! Always coming back here(:

The restaurant looks cozy and welcoming, which is nice. However, I went there for the Mexican food, and it was very disappointing. It was my first time eating bell peppers and onions that had absolutely no flavor. In fact, the entire dish lacked taste. It made me wonder where they source their produce from. The service was also very slow. We were seated outside and had to call the restaurant to ask them to send a server to take our order. Unfortunately, the inviting atmosphere couldn't make up for the bland food and poor service.

Solid Mexican restaurant that feels like you have been transported to a Pueblo in Mexico. They have a cute outside dining area and inside a large dining area with a separate area in the back for larger groups. The menu is pretty extensive food and drink wise. They have traditional dishes like Chile Colorado and all kinds of margaritas. They also had a specials menu which gave us plenty of options. First time here and we all started off with some complimentary chips and salsa (salsa had a good kick to it) and margaritas. The large is pretty LARGE and everyone enjoyed their selections- guava, strawberry, tamarindo, etc We all tried a couple of things: jalapeño cheese cigarillos, crispy quesadilla, green chile poblano enchiladas, shrimp chile relleno, carne asada burrito, And for dessert the fried ice cream and the cherry churro ice cream. Everything tasted good and none of the items were on the spicy side for those afraid of heat. DO order the ice cream desserts, they were a HIT. If it's your birthday, they will sing to you while wearing a sombrero and take a commemorative photo. A sweet memento that not many restaurants do anymore. If in the area, it's worth a try!

Amazing drinks! We tried three different kinda of margaritas, all tasted incredible and they were all strong. Food was good. Staff was attentive, helpful and fun. I could come just for the margaritas and the warm chicharrones.

Great service! Love the waiters and chefs! Mom got a piña colada. i got a sprite and mexico city tacos and an enchilada. So so good. Mom had a big bowl of chicken tortilla soup. Then we had butterscotch flan for dessert! Yummmy !!! This restaurant has NFL on which I LOVE and its nice and warm and cozy. So many waiters that your food comes quickly and is hot. Best decor too for a Mexcian place. So many choices on the menu..and you can join their rewards club and earn points. They also reward you with discounts on your birthday and your anniversary! Parking can be a challenge but we always manage. I recommend going to the website to make your reservation so they take you right in.

Joselito's is a solid Mexican restaurant. They have both a nice indoor and outdoor seating. It was a little cooler the evening I went, but their outdoor area is very fun and should not be overlooked - it might even be a hidden secret. The drink selection is extensive, including their margaritas which come in large or normal sizes, very refreshing! I got a chile Ellen and chicken enchilada combination, the flavors were there and enjoyable. Staff were very friendly and I'll make sure to come back again for an experience.

This place seems to be a local spot in the Sunland/Tujunga area. The place has been at this location for approximately over 20+ years or so. However, this is a great place to come for Mexican food. As you step in the door, you feel as if you're at home. We were greeted as soon as we walked in. Once seated, we were given chips and fresh salsa. The service and staff were great! They were prompt, fast and they took the time to explain certain dishes and answer any questions we had. All the servers were busy walking in and out of the kitchen/bar area, however, they were all happy and willing to help all the customers as they were walking your table. I ordered the taquitos plate. As the server placed it on the table, he advised the plate was still very hot. I was fine with it, as it kept the rice and beans warm throughout my meal. The taquitos were crunchy on the outside and soft savory beef was on inside. The cool smoothness of the guacamole added just the right balance of flavor once you bite into the crunchy taquito. I will definitely come back here. This place has a wonderful staff, great location, delicious food. It checks all the boxes.

Came by this past weekend after a day at the fair. Quickly sat down and they have an extensive menu. Started with margaritas of course - watermelon and passion fruit. Refreshing but light on the fruit flavor. For an appetizer we ordered the TJ taquitos- not drenched in sauce like they are listed but a nice drizzle and the pickled onions and queso fresco on top made a great bite. For mains we got the Mexican flag enchiladas and the fish tacos - both good, fish tacos have a different tangy sweet sauce on top, I would've preferred a crema but still a good taco. Sadly too stuffed for dessert but would've loved to try the flan. Service was great until we were ready for the check and she must've been spread thin because it took a while until she returned to our corner to check up. Classic decor with patio seating as well. Smaller parking lot that was packed when we arrived. Seems like a popular spot and glad to have checked it out!

We had been to this small quaint and beautiful little restaurant in Montrose before and wanted to try it again. We loved their little Spanish style courtyard, the tapas, paellas, and the setting felt so good for little date night after being away for so long. Unfortunately things did not go as planned. We made reservations for 7:15pm and were hardly even greeted by the hostess that seemed she'd rather be elsewhere then to welcome us to Casa Cordoba. Problem was though even after setting the reservation time and arriving exactly at 7:15pm we weren't seated for 15min even though we saw our table being cleaned and set and just sit there unoccupied for over 15min. So we waited. When we finally sat down...our server didn't come by for another 10-15min. But we were patient and we waited. Alvin finally came -- brought us water and opened the wine we brought. A special one for this type of occasion (corkage fee was $30). We ordered the paella with squid ink and seafood since it takes up to 45min to prepare and sat down to enjoy the wine and take in the setting. That night they had live music -- a guy on an acoustic guitar playing some cool songs, from Maroon 5 to Backstreet Boys on a 12 string...at least it was live. It was pleasant. The server didn't attend to us much and just had an air about him. Idk -- they may have been super busy but wasn't sure. Finally the paella came. It was...good. Not plentifully. 7-8mussels, a quarter of an octopus tentacles, and a couple of calamari. If you're thinking that much it and rice then you're right. It was mainly rice. No vegetables accompanying it but that's the dish. That was $57 for the small version. I've made paella before. It takes time and it's a production -- but at least at home I can make one for half that price for 8 people. Maybe that's why we don't go out so often bc it ends sometimes like this. We expect a nice meal, a welcoming host or hostess, a server who enjoys the food and atmosphere and makes us feel at home, and food that we could never prepare at home. It's suppose to be an experience that you are happy to pay for. This wasn't. We were disappointed and just felt like wanting to leave. The last straw was when I signed the check on a toast machine and asked for the printed copy. The server, Alvin just left the toast machine with us and left -- attending to others and leaving us with this machine. All I wanted at the end was a thank you for dining with us and the printed copy. We had to flag another server for that copy. He eventually came, with disdain written all over and just handed me the copy, as if I had taken his time to get my the receipt which I asked. That pretty much did it. I asked to speak with the manager and was told--"oh sure. I can get him--he's the chef, give me a minute." I was floored!! No wonder!!! The chef. The back of house manager is also the front of house manager!! That says a lot. You're front of house and your guests are not being taken care of? What kind of restaurant is this? With these prices? Regardless that was it. We left -- had some great ice cream and spoke about the whole experience all the way back home. Great date night eh? Not returning.
