They had these cheap old tables and plastic plates. This was no hidden gem. It looked like an old truck stop from the 80s. The waitress should have told me. My niece had chicken nuggets, but they had no barbecue sauce. The carnitas tacos weren't shredded and they had absolutely No flavor whatsoever. My tacos fell apart too. Their tortillas are weak. Luckily they had lemon, salt and Tapatio. They did start with complementary chips and salsa, which was a nice surprise. They didn't have any breakfast burritos We had to wait forever for them to bring our check, they never brought it and we had to walk all the way up to the front to ask about payment.

We picked a corner window table and were served immediately with cold water and the complimentary chips and salsas. The chips are fresh and dusted with a paprika/salt powder. The salsas are outstanding. One a bit spicier than the other but nearly impossible to choose a favorite. We ordered the chicken and steak fajita combination with black beans and rice with corn tortillas. The fajita arrives on a sizzling cast iron skillet with generous amounts of grilled onions and carmelized red peppers. We rounded our order out with their house guacamole. The guacamole, itself, could have used a bit more salt but the perfectly salted chips helped solve that. The margaritas are dangerously good. And the mix they use tastes fresh and house made. I loved that these were served with dehydrated lemon wheels and a sprig of thyme. Pablo took excellent care of us and we will 100% return.

We ordered Carne Sada, Al Pastor, and shrimp tacos. All on point they bring you a variety of toppings for them just like in Mexico when you go to a street vendor. The meat did taste like it was reheated, but it still was very good. Nothing better than tacos and a beer. I will definitely be back to this place.

I love food trucks and think most of the time they have some of the best food. They were located in front of a convenient store which was easily accessible from the street. We spent a little over $40, and for that price, the portions were very underwhelming. The street mulitas came with no guacamole, a skimpy amount of cheese, and barely any meat onion and a little cilantro... come on now. See pic below. The tacos themselves were just meat, onions, and cilantro--super basic--but the biggest issue was the meat again. It had a smoky flavor, but it was dry. Nothing juicy about it at all. Honestly, if the mulitas at least had enough cheese, it might have helped mask the dryness, but nope. Between the dry meat and the stiff corn tortillas, it just wasn't hitting. The sauces did have good flavor, but if you're someone with a mild tolerance for spice, they may be a bit much--so that didn't really save the meal either. I ended up taking the food back and asking for guacamole and somehow he didn't understand English at this point. He gave me some in four small sauce containers, and when I pointed out the lack of cheese on the mulitas, he handed us shredded white cheese in foil to add ourselves (as shown in the photo). That alone says a lot. Overall, I wouldn't revisit, especially just passing through town. There's definitely room for improvement when it comes to quality and portion sizes for the price.
