I hired Bisbee Plumbing LLC while preparing my house for sale after a home inspection requested that I flush the water heater and replace one faulty flush valve in the guest bathroom toilet. I decided to replace both flush valves so the new homeowner would have updated parts under warranty. The guest bathroom repair was done correctly, but the master bathroom toilet -- which had absolutely no issues before -- started leaking after they replaced the flush valve. The leak came from the tank bolts underneath the toilet and ended up damaging a shelving unit in my bathroom. To be fair, Salvador, Emmanuel, and Crystal were all polite and professional throughout this process. The company also corrected the water heater valve issue quickly after it leaked overnight following the flush. However, the toilet leak has still not been resolved after multiple return visits, including tightening the bolts and replacing the gasket. I even had to miss work waiting for additional service appointments. Now I'm being told I may need to replace the entire toilet for a problem that did not exist before the work was performed. I'm already paying nearly $200 out of pocket for a new toilet, and they still want to charge me another $175 for installation on top of the original approximately $500 bill and the damage caused to my furniture. I understand mistakes happen, but this has turned into an expensive and frustrating situation for something that originally was not broken. read more

I undertook some major renovations after I purchased my home in Bisbee, in 2018. Bisbee Plumbing was contracted by my General Contractor for all of the Plumbing updates, etc. The renovations were spread out over a 3 year period, with the final renovations completed in the summer of 2022. In the past three years, Had a number of plumbing issues arise and sought assistance from a plumber and personal friend. The first time he came out, I was informed that the pipes installed were smaller that was is normally done, additionally, during the bathroom renovation, no P-Trap was installed. A few months later, while running the Garbage disposal - all the "hoses" came loose and there was water and debris everywhere under the kitchen sink. It turns out that no "fittings" were in place to prevent that from occurring; additionally, it was noted that no P-Trap was installed. Fast forward to present day - while having my HVAC & Water Heater and Dryer vents serviced, I was informed that there a number of items regarding the Water Heater that rendered the water Heater not up to required Code. What I cannot understand is how a company can get by and away with such shoddy workmanship - it is apparent to me that whoever the individuals were providing the updates and the "necessary" work, did only the minimum. After owning homes in Bisbee going back forty years, I know how important having a good plumber available can be. Once again, this time just a couple of days ago, we needed the man with a pipe wrench to examine an exfoliated fitting on the inlet of our water heater. Bisbee Plumbing, LLC, has been our "go to" for several years. Their response was prompt, on time, polite and thorough. Oh, well, we needed a new water heater. Two hours after first response, Jose and his partner had buttoned up our new 40-gallon tank, cleaned the water heater closet and disposed of the old heater, all at a very fair price. We rely on these guys and are glad they're available at the drop of a drip. Had them out to stop exterior spigots from leaking. I have 3 locations on my property with spigots that exist outside, and that could be leaking. I asked them to check them and stop the leaks. First visit one spigot was changed out. I realized after paying in full, but not checking their work due to assuming people do what you ask of them (my mistake clearly on that assumption) that they only changed the one spigot. I called them back to come and finish the job by explaining other spigots were leaking. He comes out, changes out one more, asks to be paid in full once more. (Yes, he wants to be paid twice for same job). I ask for partial credit because it's the same job he was just out here for, he throws a fit, refuses to accept any payment acting like I just insulted him, refuses to pick up phone when I call, refuses to ever return. I realize after his tantrum that one spigot has STILL been ignored and is still leaking, and now I have to hire someone else to finish the job he has been out twice for. I call a handyman at this point as it seems to be a simple job, and of course it was, as the handyman does the job properly, and completely. I wish I had called him from the beginning. I would've saved myself some money, time, and aggravation. I now have more plumbing work, and clearly, this place won't be on the list of potential hires. read more

At 9:30 a.m., when the sewer clean-out opened up and spilled sewage into the street, I called Bisbee Plumbing. They said a truck would arrive between 1 and 3 pm. The truck arrived at 2:30 p.m. with two good natured guys who ran a snake down the line, brought up the offending roots, and then ran it again, just to make sure. Those roots cost $145, but at least I can flush the toilet. I hope I never see these guys again, but if I need 'em, I want 'em. read more

I'm in a very rural area over 40 miles from their home base. I developed a water leak somewhere between my house and the well some 1000 feet away. They could not come for a week, but when their man came, with adequate notice and a text with tracking link so I could see where he was, he worked a couple a couple hours and we found the leak alongside a garage foundation. They made a new appointment for me six days later and he came with a crew of two additional plumbers who cracked the concrete blocks behind which the leak was located; they fixed the leak and also some broken equipment at the well and I had water four hours after they had arrived. They charged me a rate for nine hours total and no charge for materials with completely professional work. The only problem I had was the need to wait so long for them to come out each time, but they are a relatively small company and out where I am I can't be to choosy; a number of plumbers wouldn't have come out here. If it weren't for that, I would have awarded that last star. I will call them the next time I need plumbing help. read more

Waivering between good and OK, but think the Bisbee shortcuts prevailed. We spent a good deal of time digging out the bathroom plumbing from underneath our 1916 home as requested by the owner of Bisbee Plumbing but until I mentioned that fact, no special consideration of what ordinary plumbing companies would not have asked of their customers - at least we got them, at least we think we got them, to flush out the water heater we reused after they delivered and we refused, probably the least efficient water heater on the market. Plenty of other choices were made to make it easier for them to do their job such as not cutting into the walls, skipping a direct connection to the sewer with the kitchen and laundry plumbing, instead hooking into the bath plumbing. Justification was that it would be too difficult to repair the old wood as matching would have been difficult to impossible and given the fact they weren't thrilled about digging, skipped the existing sewer connection with the kitchen. On the positive side, we've got new worry free plumbing in our home and the job got done, something in itself a kudos as finding contractors in Bisbee is in itself, a tough call. read more

I am a local Bisbee resident.I have used Bisbee plumbing several times..They are very professional and give free estimates.There is no competition in Bisbee so prices can be quite high.For instance,they came out and worked 2 1/2 hours to put in a Shower head. I provided the shower faucet and the cost was 350.00.They do quality work and are reliable.However, I only use them when I am in a pinch.I have since found another more affordable plumber. read more
