We got a puppy! And needed some basic things for her. We bought a crate for the car, food bowls, snacks, a travel water bowl. We got her some toys also This was a great stop for essentials! And our new puppy had fun checking out other dogs and walking around with us. Service was good. The store was clean.

I cannot say enough positive things about this PetSmart. Every staff member rocks from the groomers to the check out staff, all of them are helpful and huge animal lovers. Huge shout out to Fig for being super kind to my dog!

Miss Daisy never smelled or looked so good a great place to take your dog she was well taken care of. They even did a quick examination surprising me shows they do care about our pets.

It has taken me YEARS to find a groomer. We have moved a lot and havnt been able to find someone to do a good job. My goldendoodle has high anxiety and really needs a sensitive groomer. Finally found one we love. Thank you

I'd highly recommend this store for any pet needs. I had the pleasure of having Lillian F. groom my puppy. I mixed up my appointment time & she accommodated us. The entire staff was welcoming, kind & professional. Trusting someone with your beloved pet difficult. I came back to pick him up & the staff shared delightful stories & my puppy was well taken care of. I took a chance & couldn't possibly be more thrilled. I hope management takes notice. From the moment I walked in to checking out, it's always a joy! What a special place!

Don't judge a book by its cover... I have never had a dog that needed to be groomed before so when I started looking I was having a hard time finding someone that was available. My friend who is a very picky poodle owner said to go to Claire at PetSmart...I was a bit hesitant to be honest. Claire was amazing! She did just what I asked. My puppy is 13 weeks and I just wanted a mini groom. To say I am impressed, not only with the quality but the price as well is an understatement. While I waited, I wondered the store and found it to be very clean and well stocked. I was given some advice on puppy food by a nice young man and all the other staff was very friendly. I will most definitely be back for Claire in the future and maybe pick up some other goodies as well.

Her ruff was nice and full, now she has an irritated bald spot.

When Brent found Tala, she was in a heartbreaking situation--essentially feral and abandoned by the side of a highway, just days away from being euthanized. Thanks to Brent's dedication and expertise, she not only got a second chance at life, but she became the most well-behaved and gentle dog we've ever met. Tala is a Husky-Samoyed mix, and from the moment we brought her home, it was clear she had been given an amazing foundation. She walks like a dream--both on and off leash--has zero reactivity, and greets every person and animal she encounters with calm friendliness. She's completely potty and crate trained, follows commands effortlessly, and doesn't jump or vocalize unnecessarily. She's also wonderfully affectionate and incredibly food motivated, which makes bonding with her a joy. What amazes us most is how Brent managed to shape her behavior so thoughtfully without dulling her spirit. Tala still has all the bright, clever, loving traits that make her such a unique and special companion. She's seamlessly become part of our family, and we truly can't imagine life without her. Brent is nothing short of a miracle worker, and we wholeheartedly recommend Ace Dog Training to anyone looking to adopt or train a dog with kindness, skill, and heart. Thank you, Brent, for giving Tala--and us--such a beautiful new beginning.

He was not my dog originally and I was having a hard time managing him. It was so hard to leave him but, such a good decision. It made a huge difference in my relationship with him. I received daily pictures and a video of his training. He was responsive when I texted for updates. After three weeks, I picked him up. Brent showed me how to work with him. I have been consistent with the training and two years later, he is still easy to work with and I bring him everywhere with me. This was such a great experience. Thank you again!

He barked for a full minute whenever we'd have visitors. He would go ballistic on our neighbor and even nipped her once. While on leash he would unpredictably lunge aggressively at other dogs. Sometimes he would listen when we called him inside, but only when it felt convenient to him. After just one week with Mark he barely barks when even the UPS guy delivers packages. He quiets immediately when we tell him to. All I have to say is "leave it" and whatever he was paying attention to he now ignores. He doesn't react to other dogs while on leash. When off leash he stays right with me (even when he REALLY wants to chase a cat). Now I can take him everywhere that I had hesitated to before. Crowded beaches, busy tight streets, places where dogs are off leash: no problem! Our dog is now a source of joy rather than a source of stress and anxiety. We are two months post training and our dog only seems to improve. So grateful for Mark! He gave us the dog we always wanted. Just wish we hired him four years earlier!

Her prey drive is off the charts and was unmanageable on walks - to the point of being dangerous for both her and me. I contacted Mark to work with us to manage her prey drive, even with my initial reluctance to use an e-collar. We discussed his methods at length and he let me experience the e-collar for myself. After a week of working with Mark, I now have new capabilities to walk and go on adventures with my dog safety - and we can enjoy ourselves. Now that Mark has worked with her, the rest is up to me to maintain what she has learned. This ended up being a successful way to go, given her challenges. And I'm grateful. One thing that impressed me right away about Mark is that he took the first day with my dog to orient her to her new environment and spent time bonding with her. Each day of her training, he sent videos of where he took her, what training he was engaged in with her and how she was doing - multiple times a day, keeping me informed. Any questions I had, he responded to immediately. Finally, I was given training on the techniques and tools so I am able to maintain and continue her training. She has responded very well to Mark and his training process! In fact, I think she fell in love with him :-) I have no hesitations to continue working with Mark if any further support is needed.

They worked daily with our dog at Doggie Camp for 28 days and never gave up on her. All of the staff told us how much they loved her and can't wait to have her back for daycare and boarding! We appreciated the detailed weekly reports on how she was doing. As a camper grad, we also have free private lessons at the facility for her lifetime! It's a great way to brush up on all the skills we all learned. Special shout out to Santiago for training me and my husband so we can be the best dog parents for our furry kid.

The people at DDG are fantastic, very personable and great dog trainers. They kept in touch weekly, sending pictures, discussing the tasks accomplished and the problems to be worked out. Thank you from Anna and Ripley.

She always wore a mask and stayed as far as my dinky house would let her. I have worked with animals my whole life and so seeing her in person and talking through problems I was having and brainstorming new ideas (since I tried all the ones I could think of!) really worked out. She is very adaptable and knowledgeable. My cat has anxiety that causes him to lash out, attack, and become very upset over small things. We were able to work together to figure out his triggers, how to avoid them, and figure out ways to get his brain working more throughout the day. I recommend her 100%!
