To recap--from day one, I would highly recommend West Coast Washers for their work in solar panel/roof cleaning, they did an excellent job from the beginning. While not their primary line of business, although it took a few iterations and some stress on both sides, they ultimately did a good job for us with bird proofing our solar panel arrays from some really persistent birds.
