I basically got scammed out of my money! DO NOT SHOP HERE! Purchased a pair of gloves. They send me the wrong size. For a month, I have tried requesting shipping info to send back and get the correct item. Despite of talking on the phone and a numerous emails, I am still stuck with the incorrect gloves. Bison motorsports is hard to get in touch with and impossible to resolve a problem with that they caused. After more than a month dealing with Bison, I have not received the item I paid for, I have sent back the incorrect item they shipped me AND Bison does not respond to my emails. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!! I ordered a part on June 4th, 2020. In addition to ordering the part, I paid for 2 day shipping. As of June 15th, despite multiple phone calls and voice mails (none of which were answered or returned) I still had not received my order. As a result, I posted a negative review on this site. Within 24 hours I received an email that stated "We just got our shipment in from our supplier over the weekend and your order will be shipping out shortly." This was on June 15th, 2020. Out of a sense of fairness, and an understanding that "things happen", especially for small businesses trying to stay afloat during the COVID-19 fiasco, I removed my original negative post. I fully support small businesses and I wanted to give Bison Motorsports a chance to make things right. It is now July 12th, over 1 month has passed since I placed an order for a $72.99 part and paid an additional $9.60 for 2-day shipping. I still do not have the part that I ordered!!! At this point, I think it's clear. DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY IS A RISK. This is not a company on which you can depend. There are multiple reviews expressing similar experiences. I would recommend avoiding doing business with this company. It simply isn't worth your time or your effort. At this point, I don't even want the part. I just want the $82.59 refunded. read more

I placed an order on April 5th with expedited 2 day shipping. It's been 22 days since then, and I still have not received it. I've made multiple phone calls and spoke with someone who said they "think they sent it out the other day" but they cannot provide confirmation or a tracking number. I called last week and requested that my order be shipped or I get a refund, and they said they would refund me. Well, it's been a week and no refund. No package. Nothing. I ordered over $200 worth of stuff, all of which said was in stock, one Product from another company that doesn't want to be named, and paid the extra $22.50 for 2 day shipping on June 10th. By June 15th, I hadn't received a tracking or shipping notification so I called and spoke to somebody (Can't remember his name or if it's even his real name). His response was that they were waiting to receive the product I ordered from the other company and the air cleaner (which he said they should be receiving the air cleaner later that day) and I gave him permission to just send what they have and the rest of the stuff when they get it. He said no problem, you'll get a shipping notification today or tomorrow and hung up... 2 days go by without any shipping or tracking info so I start calling again, only this time, no one is answering. Next day, same thing. Wait til Monday, same thing, today, same thing. I've left voicemails but haven't received any call or emails back. I opened up a dispute with PayPal earlier and posted on Instagram about the dilemma (which I hate doing but after you hear this next part, you'll understand why I don't give a fuck) only to find my DMs blowing up from people that had the exact same problem which got me thinking... So I messaged the other company who's parts were in my order and asked if they had fulfilled any orders or shipped anything to Bison Motorsports lately and their response was "We haven't shipped anything to them in a long while" This guy straight up lied to me over the phone about my hard earned money and it went straight into his lying pocket. Plus, to handle the dispute, they create a fake tracking number so PayPal thinks they made right on their end. Multiple people have had that happen to them. I'll be calling every single day until I get someone to answer, get my order canceled, and get a full refund while I'm on the phone with them. read more
