From…read morethe moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, professional, and clearly focused on providing great customer service. They took the time to explain what my car needed in a way that was easy to understand, without any pressure or upselling. The service was completed on time, and everything was handled efficiently. I also appreciated how transparent they were about pricing--no surprises, which is always a big plus. It's not always easy to find a place you can trust with your car, but this experience definitely gave me confidence in coming back. I'll be returning for future maintenance and would recommend Raceway Ford to anyone looking for reliable and honest service.

Negative Stars if possible…read more I'm a Ford Guy, I take good care of my Ford's and they take good care of me. I'm new to Moreno Valley, and only about 2.5 miles up the road from "RACEWAY FORD" but after my first ( and last ) experience with them, I will NEVER go back. I'll make the 17 mile drive to "FRITTS FORD, RIVERSIDE" they are absolutely worth it, and when I purchase my next Ford ( very soon ) it'll be with them. I called the "Service Department" ( at Raceway Ford ) to have the transmission fluid changed in my truck. I spoke to Kris in the Service Dept. and he told me that I could bring in my truck either Wednesday or Thursday at 0700hrs, that he opens the shop and would take my truck to be serviced, that the service takes approximately three hours. He said they would give me a ride home and then call me when the truck was ready for pickup. He assured me that I would have it that afternoon. I told him that I would call right back to confirm an appointment with him, I then gave my name and ended the call. I called back within ten minutes and this time I spoke with Craig, I explained that I would be available for Wednesday Morning and about the conversation I just had moments before with Kris, he asked my name and confirmed my appointment for Wednesday. Wednesday Morning I arrive at 0645hrs and wait for them to open, when they do, I'm the first customer there, and as I'm prepared to drop off my truck the Associate helping me explains that there's no appointment for my truck. I explained that I spoke with Kris, gave the date and time of the call, and that I had his name locked in with the number. Immediately another Associate walks in with coffee and doughnut in hand, the person assisting me turns to him and says "Craig, did you talk to someone about a transmission service for this morning or schedule an appointment?" Craig responds "No I didn't" while looking at me. The person assisting me then turns back to me and says "that's Craig, he said he didn't speak with you" and then I asked "who's Kris, he's the first man I spoke with the other day?" Then I saw the business cards on his counter with his name on it "Kris" and I asked him "both of you spoke with me, but neither one remembers now" and he responds "I'm sorry, you can leave your truck here, it's gonna take a few days to get serviced though" he then explained that they just came out of a meeting with management because they were twenty three cars behind, and management was angry. The two Associates lied to me, then made up excuses and blamed the manager. These guys are incompetent, I immediately left. AVOID RACEWAY FORD!!! Kris and Craig will lie to you, and Kris will talk badly about his manager to the public. "Fritts Ford, Riverside" was Great, I will continue to take All my future business there, they are Very Professional, Kind and Respectful!

My 2024 Prologue is the first Honda I have owned and I have not been happy at all. Spreen Honda totally corrupted my opinion of dealerships and multiple issues with this vehicle has severely tarnished Honda's image. This vehicle, unbeknownst to me at the time, was really a GMC vehicle that Honda placed their name on. There are two open recalls on the truck. My vehicle has been in and out of the Spreen dealership more than 10 times in less than a year - axle clicking, front bumper coming off, display console blackouts, rear camera blackout, vehicle not updating, HondaLink app not connecting to the car, etc. Spreen service counselors are the worst liars ever. Service have told me that parts were not available for any of the recall and the issues with the axle could not be addressed until Honda authorized the replacement. Spreen needs to be investigated by the State of California!! After the poor service at Spreen multiple times, I decided to make an appointment with Riverside Honda. Mr. Brady was my assigned service counselor. Mr. Brady assured me that my vehicle would get a thorough inspection and all issues found will be addressed. As it turned out my concerns of safety were confirmed when the technician discovered that BOTH axles (left & right) were bad, clicking when making turns at low speed, and needed to be replaced. The vehicle is NOT two years old yet and there warranty repairs needed...?!?!? Mr. Brady ordered the axle parts and had them installed under the warranty. He also got the display recall repaired. Mr. Brady kept in contact with me the entire day whenever my vehicle was left in his care. Again, Mr. Brady has saved the face of Honda. However, I certainly believe I got a LEMON from Spreen Honda. If anyone has had the same issues and found a Lemon attorney to handle, please let me know.

My experience with this dealership was extremely frustrating. I did not feel that my concerns were taken seriously, and despite being contacted after my initial review, no meaningful effort was made to resolve the situation. At one point, I was warned about potential "defamation" for sharing my experience. That response felt inappropriate and discouraging, especially when I was simply trying to communicate what happened from my perspective. I was also repeatedly contacted by a salesperson even after I made it clear I was not interested, which added to the negative experience. If you are shopping for a car, I strongly recommend taking your time, comparing offers, and considering financing through a credit union or outside lender so you have more control in the process. Overall, I would not return here based on how my situation was handled.

I drove about an hour away as i was interested in a specific car they had listed. Do yourself a favor and call to check if they have the car before making a long drive. Although, there are a few improvements that could've been made to make the experience a lot smoother, I understand this is a small/growing business and Luis and his associates put me together and had me on my way home in the car I wanted in a friendly and respectable manner. DO YOUR RESEARCH on the car you are buying. Know what you're getting yourself into. In my case, I knew the car I was looking at was known to be reliable and I took it to my mechanic after purchasing as a safety net just to double check. As expected, the car is in great mechanical condition. Would recommend CarZone to anyone looking for a used car!

They said that there's no way they could sell it for the price that I found it online for so they're gonna have to sell it for a couple thousand dollars more. These people are scammers and they will bait and switch you. and have no respect nor concern for your time.

Shortly after purchasing the vehicle, we experienced a serious battery-related failure that left the vehicle in your service department for approximately 30 days. Unfortunately, we are now facing the same issue for a second time. The vehicle has once again required battery-related repairs and has now been out of service for more than two months. What is most concerning is that on both occasions the vehicle lost all power while traveling on the freeway. This was not merely an inconvenience--it was a significant safety concern. Thankfully, both times I was close enough to an exit to safely maneuver the vehicle off the roadway. Had that not been the case, the outcome could have been far more serious. When purchasing a luxury vehicle, there is an expectation that the product will be reliable and that the ownership experience will be supported by a high level of professionalism, communication, and customer care. Unfortunately, our experience has fallen well short of those expectations. After two major battery-related failures and more than three months of cumulative repair time, we have lost confidence in both the vehicle and the dealership's ability to resolve these issues satisfactorily. We would appreciate a clear explanation of the ongoing problems with the vehicle, a definitive timeline for repair, and a meaningful resolution that reflects the seriousness of this situation. We chose Mercedes-Benz because of its reputation for quality and customer service, and we expect that reputation to be reflected in how this matter is handled. We look forward to your prompt response. Sincerely,

They struggled over this for quite some time and still ended up screwing it up. Not only did they mix up the registration and lienholder information, but they also listed the address incorrectly. So plates, registration, and title were sent back to this dealership. After all the paperwork we had filled out, you would think they'd attempt to call the phone numbers we had given, but nope... the plates just sat around until I stopped by looking for them. Then, I got home to find out all of the registration info is incorrect. Called them twice. Was hung up on twice and told that I insulted THEM and that I would have to figure out how to fix it myself.
