I recently had my car serviced at Raceway Ford, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From…read morethe moment I arrived, the staff was friendly, professional, and clearly focused on providing great customer service. They took the time to explain what my car needed in a way that was easy to understand, without any pressure or upselling. The service was completed on time, and everything was handled efficiently. I also appreciated how transparent they were about pricing--no surprises, which is always a big plus. It's not always easy to find a place you can trust with your car, but this experience definitely gave me confidence in coming back. I'll be returning for future maintenance and would recommend Raceway Ford to anyone looking for reliable and honest service.

Negative Stars if possible…read more I'm a Ford Guy, I take good care of my Ford's and they take good care of me. I'm new to Moreno Valley, and only about 2.5 miles up the road from "RACEWAY FORD" but after my first ( and last ) experience with them, I will NEVER go back. I'll make the 17 mile drive to "FRITTS FORD, RIVERSIDE" they are absolutely worth it, and when I purchase my next Ford ( very soon ) it'll be with them. I called the "Service Department" ( at Raceway Ford ) to have the transmission fluid changed in my truck. I spoke to Kris in the Service Dept. and he told me that I could bring in my truck either Wednesday or Thursday at 0700hrs, that he opens the shop and would take my truck to be serviced, that the service takes approximately three hours. He said they would give me a ride home and then call me when the truck was ready for pickup. He assured me that I would have it that afternoon. I told him that I would call right back to confirm an appointment with him, I then gave my name and ended the call. I called back within ten minutes and this time I spoke with Craig, I explained that I would be available for Wednesday Morning and about the conversation I just had moments before with Kris, he asked my name and confirmed my appointment for Wednesday. Wednesday Morning I arrive at 0645hrs and wait for them to open, when they do, I'm the first customer there, and as I'm prepared to drop off my truck the Associate helping me explains that there's no appointment for my truck. I explained that I spoke with Kris, gave the date and time of the call, and that I had his name locked in with the number. Immediately another Associate walks in with coffee and doughnut in hand, the person assisting me turns to him and says "Craig, did you talk to someone about a transmission service for this morning or schedule an appointment?" Craig responds "No I didn't" while looking at me. The person assisting me then turns back to me and says "that's Craig, he said he didn't speak with you" and then I asked "who's Kris, he's the first man I spoke with the other day?" Then I saw the business cards on his counter with his name on it "Kris" and I asked him "both of you spoke with me, but neither one remembers now" and he responds "I'm sorry, you can leave your truck here, it's gonna take a few days to get serviced though" he then explained that they just came out of a meeting with management because they were twenty three cars behind, and management was angry. The two Associates lied to me, then made up excuses and blamed the manager. These guys are incompetent, I immediately left. AVOID RACEWAY FORD!!! Kris and Craig will lie to you, and Kris will talk badly about his manager to the public. "Fritts Ford, Riverside" was Great, I will continue to take All my future business there, they are Very Professional, Kind and Respectful!

I definitely recommend I walked away happy they took my trade-in and gave me a very decent price they made the car by an experience quick and effortless.

I sent multiple detailed emails asking very specific questions about whether the vehicle required any addendums or mandatory add-ons to complete the purchase. Despite these clear and polite inquiries, I received zero substantive responses from any actual staff member. Instead, every email triggered the same generic autoresponder stating that "someone will contact you soon." That never happened--not once, even after several follow-ups. It is extremely frustrating to be completely ignored when you are genuinely interested in purchasing a vehicle. To make matters worse, it appears that the internet manager, Liz Lopez, actively blocks or filters emails when customers ask direct questions. After sending reasonable follow-up inquiries, my emails stopped receiving even the automated acknowledgments. Blocking a potential buyer for asking standard purchase questions is shockingly unprofessional. Additionally, the dealership's AI chat system (or automated messaging service) repeatedly spammed my inbox with canned, irrelevant messages. The chatbot, identified as "Rachel Smith," provided no useful information and failed to address any of my actual questions. This is not customer service--it is automated noise designed to create the illusion of engagement without offering real assistance. This level of disregard for prospective customers is unacceptable. If a dealership cannot respond transparently to basic questions about pricing and add-ons, it raises serious concerns about how they conduct business during the rest of the buying process. Based on this experience, Raceway Nissan demonstrates very poor customer service. I would not recommend Raceway Nissan and strongly suggest looking elsewhere to avoid unnecessary frustration.

When I got there, the hood was up and the vehicle was running. I wanted to cold start the car, but was unable to. I drove it to get a pre purchase inspection. At the mechanic shop, when i tried to start the car, it wouldn't run. Had to call and ask for a ride back, wasted 45 minutes of my time. Turns out the battery was dead. Moises was probably jump starting the truck before I got there. Now, a dead battery isn't a big deal, but doing all that extra stuff just to sell a car is BS. Also, knowingly placing a customer in a situation where a car is malfunctioning is dangerous.

Took it to a mechanic near my home and the transmission oil was BLACK with metal shaving in the pan. Called the warranty company and the first thing they tell me is please read your contract we only cover up to $2,500. This is something that was not told to us when we purchased the warranty. It's all smiles and oh don't worry everything is covered 100% (words out of there mouth). I understand that these are used vehicles but there is no way they inspected the transmission oil before they sold it. They would have immediately seen that the oil was bad. They said bring it back to us we will fix it without any out of pocket to you. There is no way that I am going to trust them to repair my truck. I haven't even driven the vehicle 400 miles since I bought it and it needs the transmission rebuilt. I gave them plenty of opportunity to help with the extra out of pocket that I am incurring. But according to them as of my last call to them they will not help with NOTHING. I wasn't even asking for them to pay the complete $3,000 out of pocket that I am paying. I was giving them the opportunity to help with any amount to soothe over the blow of the repair. Their claim is that the place that I took it to is over charging me for the repair. But not according to the 3 estimates that I received. At the end of the day I will repair my truck and move on but not without me leaving this review to make people aware that the warranty is NOT 100% covered as they claim to you. Don't trust the mechanics to have done a proper inspection of the vehicle before they sell them. If this review helps anyone while purchasing a vehicle here then my review has served it's purpose.

There are three different sign dates January 2 contractor signature when I bought the car January 3 when everything was acknowledged January 5 and the warranty was signed for the oil changes. Well, I wasn't there on the January 3 and I wasn't there in January 5 only January 2 . First, I was told that an email was sent to me with a pin to dock sign on my phone on 3 January. Then I was told I signed in person on the iPad at the dealership on January 3. I was misled about the oil changes. I've been trying to deal with them. I'm not sure how everything was signed without me being there or acknowledged.. When I first bought my car, the tires were bald. They had replace them. My cylinder head went out in 23,000 miles.. It's been ongoing problems and nobody there seems to care at all or will not help me. They treat me horribly. I've asked to talk to the owner over and over and their response to me is we will be handling this matter the owner will not talk to you. At first, it was hard for me to believe that the owner will be OK with any of the situation, but I guess he is and he doesn't really care from what I've been told. STAY CLEAR OF THE DEALERSHIP,!!!! They struggled over this for quite some time and still ended up screwing it up. Not only did they mix up the registration and lienholder information, but they also listed the address incorrectly. So plates, registration, and title were sent back to this dealership. After all the paperwork we had filled out, you would think they'd attempt to call the phone numbers we had given, but nope... the plates just sat around until I stopped by looking for them. Then, I got home to find out all of the registration info is incorrect. Called them twice. Was hung up on twice and told that I insulted THEM and that I would have to figure out how to fix it myself.
