They let me leave the first time with a broken OE end link. I even let them know the sound was way too loud to be what they initially thought was the ball joint bearing. They also installed my wing and I kept hearing weird noises in the rear. Turns out its the suspension, not the wing. However, when I looked to see if any bolts were loose, all of them were. I tried to tighten them but they just kept spinning. Smh. I let them know there's a loud slapping sound coming from the rear passenger, even sent a video, and they want to charge me to diagnose and fix it...said that they made sure to check all the torque specs. I highly doubt that. If they let me leave the first time with a broke part. I don't know how a shop can function this way. If you installed something incorrectly, you should look to fix it at no charge. They do not doo quality work at all. I would double and triple check your service if you plan to come here. Although customer service was decent, I will never come back to this place again. Service from the techs cannot be trusted.

They didn't give me any pressure to get it done there. So I told them I needed to call the other place to see if my warranty was still good. I ended up doing it there and got a new battery. Took about an hour and a half because they didn't have my battery available and the one they did have didn't fit correctly. I waited for a bit in the waiting area which was nice for them to have. I ended up leaving and getting some lunch but they kept me updated with texts from an automated system. Great customer service. Fast and efficient.

On rear set, mounting holes were too deep causing tapered nuts to bottom on studs shoulder.. very poor engineering on both... Customer service NEVER returned my emails... stay away.
