The layout is quite luxurious AND minimalist and I spent a lot of the time admiring the setting. I was lucky enough to meet the owner and we had a nice chat about the different cities we had both been to. I didn't have to wait long and I got in right before a rush. I was very pleased with my buffed nails and my hands and feet were silky soft. My manicure lasted about a week, which is typical for regular polish. The only downside is that tips cannot be added to a credit card, so be prepared to bring cash or use Venmo. No massage chair and they do not use the plastic 1x use liner for pedicure foot soak. I hope the tubs are sanitary but not sure as they just fill it with water and a blue tab. I went for the $40 Classique pedicure and it says includes cuticle and pumice for the feet and she kept waving a yellow bar saying this is it unless you pay $10 more for better care. I really wanted to love Bisou, but my experience wasn't ideal. First of all the space is very pleasing aesthetically. However, the chairs, which are super cute, do not move forward or back to accommodate different heights or sizes of people. They also do not have arms that lift for easy entry/exit. I nearly fell trying to climb out, around the bowl, with a step down directly in front of where I needed to put my paper slipper clad foot (the technician didn't want to put on my non-slip flip flops I wore in). I made an appointment for a full set with dip powder and Luxe pedicure. The pedicure was good except for the extremely aggressive pumice sponge. I had to tell her multiple times that she was hurting me. The full set with dip powder was very nice and meticulous, until we got to my request for chrome ombré nails. I had a picture for them to follow. But I don't think my tech was familiar with the process. She had to remove it and start over three separate times, because she couldn't figure out the right polish/curing process. Then another tech came over, who seemed to understand how chrome polish worked but not how to do ombré with it. After three hours in the shop, I just gave up and accepted what she'd done. The polish is lumpy and it is definitely not a good ombré application. But the people were very friendly. Don't think I'll be back though. read more

I've been coming to Bisou since they opened, and I love it. The vibe is excellent, with a clean, modern, minimalist aesthetic that I love. The service is always exceptional, as is the music and conversation. You're always offered something to drink and a smile from the moment you enter. I have always opted for gel manicures and pedicures. Sinath or Alina are the go-to for my manis, and Nicole and Sam do amazing pedis. I have the world's worst cuticles and have to wash my hands constantly at work. Very few people have the patience or the skill to tame the beast, but Sinath does. She's also a beast at polish application, and I never have chips. It was a great experience from start to finish. I highly recommend this salon for all of your nail care needs. read more

The attention to detail on my pedicure was amazing and we were able to get the exact shape on my finger nails that I have been wanting but not quite getting right at other salons. Lovely salon. Friendly staff and really comfortable. My only complaint is the detail in the massage and the paraffin wax. The massage wasn't very much worth the extra fee in the deluxe package.
