We were laughing and chatting together the whole time, so I didn't realize until afterwards that my technician didn't do any of the normal cuticle work, moisturizing, hand massage etc. that is included with a manicure. She filed my nails, put the polish on, and then that was it. The end product did not look good - the next day I noticed how much she missed the edges of my nails, my cuticles looked terrible, and they were filed unevenly. We sat there between steps for a long time. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The staff was friendly.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The towels didn't look clean, and they grabbed the water circulator from one foot bath and put it in someone else's foot bath without cleaning it. One of the technicians kept touching her phone while working on our feet. Many moments that we felt it was not sanitary. The chairs were okay, but you could tell they had been heavily used. Visited this nail salon for the first time. The shop is lovely and the staff is friendly. Three stars only because of the friendliness of the technicians. The quality of my nails (and my daughter) is terrible. Two days after getting our nails done and paying more than usual for 'dipping', our nail color began chipping off. I went back to the salon two days later for a nail repair and the same day the same nail was chipping. I've never known SNS (dipping) to do this. My nails are short and square-shaped. Almost every day since l got my nails done from this salon, there's been a new breakage. The picture is the initial nails that were chipping. Almost every nail is chipped now. I tried this place for the second time and was again disappointed. I think this place is probably best for acrylics and dip, not short natural nails. They rushed through the cuticles portion by using a drill and sloppily painted on the polish. I prepaid and tipped 30 percent but they just aren't good at basic mani pedis for short nails. The polish wasn't even all the way near my cuticles so it immediately looks grown out. They filed my nails into a weird shape, too, so I'll have to redo my manicure myself for much better results. read more

Everyone here was so kind. It was a peaceful environment. Those are the pros. I came in for the $10 dip removal. They asked me probably 5 times if I wanted another dip, if I wanted a pedicure, I kept politely declining. I know I'm not bringing the business big $$ today but I'm just hoping to get some help without being pushed for more sales. They took 1 hr to remove my dip and give me one clear coat. Crazy. They ended up giving me a manicure, even though I never asked for one nor knew about the cost. My total came to $30. And of course needed to tip. I wouldn't be that upset if they did a good job, but I felt it was really poorly done. I asked for round nails and they felt super square - I had to ask to make them more round 2x - the results are in the photo. The clear coat was just one coat. I have a smoothening buffer at home, I left there with super rough nails from their buffer. I think I got the worst person there though, since I was probably the cheapest customer today. I had to come home and re-do them. Not to mention my nails were so beautifully long and I asked for a little trim and she just chopped them all off - I was watching tv. Ugh. The time it took, plus the poor results, plus the additional hidden costs made me super bummed. Won't be going back. read more

Avoid. $70 SNS and $55 gel pedicure. Not affordable especially when my gel pedicure only lasted 4 days. I got my nails done on Wednesday afternoon and left on my vacation Thursday. On Sunday, my toe nail polish was already coming off. This has never happened to me with gel nail polish so I was in shock.
