[[HIGHLIGHT]]Very disappointing experience.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Came here with a couple of girlfriends to get our nails done together before one of them was getting engaged. We were laughing and chatting together the whole time, so I didn't realize until afterwards that my technician didn't do any of the normal cuticle work, moisturizing, hand massage etc. that is included with a manicure. She filed my nails, put the polish on, and then that was it. The end product did not look good - the next day I noticed how much she missed the edges of my nails, my cuticles looked terrible, and they were filed unevenly. I will not be coming back here. read more

Being from out of town, I needed to find someone to correct a bad pedicure as well as prepping nails after gel. Kim is outstanding if you are looking for someone who will cut dead skin to prevent ingrown nails. Very detail oriented. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Terry did my manicure and was very patient as we found just the right color.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Julie managed to arrange to have my pedicure and manicure done at the same time as so was short on time.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Cant say enough great things. [[HIGHLIGHT]]We had an appointment, but they were understaffed.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We got the deluxe pedicures. They barely scraped/sanded our feet, and they didn't even cut the toenails. We sat there between steps for a long time. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The staff was friendly.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The towels didn't look clean, and they grabbed the water circulator from one foot bath and put it in someone else's foot bath without cleaning it. One of the technicians kept touching her phone while working on our feet. Many moments that we felt it was not sanitary. The chairs were okay, but you could tell they had been heavily used. Visited this nail salon for the first time. The shop is lovely and the staff is friendly. Three stars only because of the friendliness of the technicians. The quality of my nails (and my daughter) is terrible. Two days after getting our nails done and paying more than usual for 'dipping', our nail color began chipping off. I went back to the salon two days later for a nail repair and the same day the same nail was chipping. I've never known SNS (dipping) to do this. My nails are short and square-shaped. Almost every day since l got my nails done from this salon, there's been a new breakage. The picture is the initial nails that were chipping. Almost every nail is chipped now. You must try this nail salon!! I moved to Charlotte from Las Vegas. I've tried at least 10 nail salons in the area and this one is the BEST. I tried this place for the second time and was again disappointed. I think this place is probably best for acrylics and dip, not short natural nails. They rushed through the cuticles portion by using a drill and sloppily painted on the polish. I prepaid and tipped 30 percent but they just aren't good at basic mani pedis for short nails. The polish wasn't even all the way near my cuticles so it immediately looks grown out. They filed my nails into a weird shape, too, so I'll have to redo my manicure myself for much better results. read more

Everyone here was so kind. It was a peaceful environment. Those are the pros. I came in for the $10 dip removal. They asked me probably 5 times if I wanted another dip, if I wanted a pedicure, I kept politely declining. I know I'm not bringing the business big $$ today but I'm just hoping to get some help without being pushed for more sales. They took 1 hr to remove my dip and give me one clear coat. Crazy. They ended up giving me a manicure, even though I never asked for one nor knew about the cost. My total came to $30. And of course needed to tip. I wouldn't be that upset if they did a good job, but I felt it was really poorly done. I asked for round nails and they felt super square - I had to ask to make them more round 2x - the results are in the photo. The clear coat was just one coat. I have a smoothening buffer at home, I left there with super rough nails from their buffer. I think I got the worst person there though, since I was probably the cheapest customer today. I had to come home and re-do them. Not to mention my nails were so beautifully long and I asked for a little trim and she just chopped them all off - I was watching tv. Ugh. The time it took, plus the poor results, plus the additional hidden costs made me super bummed. Won't be going back. read more

Tammy nailed it! I've never had "cute nails" but on a whim, went with their SNS pedicure (foreign to me) with tips added (also new) and a black French manicure. I absolutely love these! Two and a half weeks later, they've still held strong--and even longer than the gel nails I'm used to. I'm definitely going crazier with Pinterest-inspired looks next time. read more

I have frequented this place a few times and my gel manicures never last as long as other places. My last manicure lasted less than a week. Literally every nail had giant portions of the polish missing. I have never had this happen at any other salon. I had my nails done in a different state before this manicure and everything was perfect for 3 weeks. I would try a different salon if you want to have long lasting results. read more

Avoid. $70 SNS and $55 gel pedicure. Not affordable especially when my gel pedicure only lasted 4 days. I got my nails done on Wednesday afternoon and left on my vacation Thursday. On Sunday, my toe nail polish was already coming off. This has never happened to me with gel nail polish so I was in shock. I spent alot of money here so my nails should not be looking like this after 4 days. I will never be back here and will spread the word to not come here. People work hard for their money and should spend on poor services that do not even last. If it was good quality that would've been okay but no. read more

She was professional and offered great service and quality work. She only works Saturday and Sundays but the salon is open 7 days a week. They never close. They offer bottled water, sparkling water, champagne and a variety of alcoholic beverages. I have no complaints. Because I get simple and easy services, I'd return again. I had no issues.

During my first visit, I requested a design the nail tech said she could do, but ultimately could not, so I settled for a simpler design and paid without issue. For my fill-in appointment, I arrived on time for my 5:30 PM appointment, but my service did not begin until 6:00 PM. I showed the same nail tech the design I wanted, and she confirmed she could do it. Unfortunately, she struggled throughout the service, repeatedly removing and restarting the design. By the time the salon was closing, my nails were still not finished. After nearly two hours, around 7:45 PM, I politely asked for the design to be removed and a plain polish applied instead. I did not raise my voice or cause a scene, and I even apologized for the tech having to stay past closing. I paid in full and left calmly, although I was unhappy with the service. The following morning, I received a text from someone claiming to be a manager, stating that I was BANNED from the salon like I'm some kind of criminal. I found this unprofessional and disappointing. At no point was I rude or disrespectful. I was patient, communicative, and understanding, even when the service could not be completed as agreed. I would have appreciated an apology or accountability from an incompetent nail tech rather than being dismissed for calmly expressing dissatisfaction with a service that was not delivered as promised. What I received instead was deflection and lazy management. Sounds like a lawsuit for discrimination. Be blessed.

The person at the front desk (owner or manager) was very rude and literally made me GO HOME TO GET MY BADGE, and the way she told me I would have to do this was rude and condescending. That is obviously not a discount to make their business friendly to nurses, as most nurses do not have their badge on them at all times. I will not go back here nor would I recommend any of my colleagues to come here. It was quite a let down. I expect better service especially from a place that pretends to care about nurses and they hard work that we do.

Now charging extra for gel and French tips is already crazy; but $45 extra for this design is wild! I've had way more elaborate nails that I didn't pay this much for. Today I arrived at 10:03am, and by the time I worked my way up to the counter, at 10:10 am I was told I would need to come back in an hour to see Lana since she was already with a client. This is common and fine, especially if you have a preferred tech. So, I was more than happy to return. I returned under an hour later at 11:05am and was told she was already with someone else and I mentioned I was back in less than an hour later. That's when the receptionist could have cared less. She stated she didn't tell me that, and that it was someone else, which it was. The lack of communication and care clearly relayed we don't want your business, or you can just keep trying. The dismissive attitude was clear. So, time to move on. What a shame. I have come here for years and now none of that matters.

My then 92 year old uncle only wanted every other month appointments so I paid $620 for 2024. Unfortunately, my uncle died before using his 2024 appointments. Although Melissa asked me to give her two months for a refund, which I did, and she sent me a photo of the refund precessing a month ago - still no refund and only long, dramatic diatribes instead from her. This was my experience and I would not recommend this company and would not want other customers to fight for refunds and deal with all of this nonsense. I believe she just got back from a month long vacation which makes it worse. I hope this helps others who may be thinking of using her services.
