They do premier quality work on high-end vehicles. Their timelines are reasonable and accurate. I recently had my ram TRX fixed here and they did nothing but quality service. I never thought I'd have such a close relationship with a body shop, but Bistagne has become my go-to. My Tesla seems to attract more than just attention--people feel free to back into it at random! Thankfully, I always keep the cameras on. The first time it happened, Bistagne came to my rescue quickly. Though the process was long and drawn out because a non-insured person hit me, they worked seamlessly with my insurance carrier and returned my car in pristine condition, like nothing had ever happened. The office staff suggested I consider switching to a different insurance carrier, which I did (hello, AAA!). As fate would have it, I needed Bistagne again just last month after another collision. The most unfortunate incident of a newly purchased car that resulted in me coming across one of the most trust-worthy, friendly, and professional repair facilities in Southern California! After flying from SoCal to Sacramento in February to pick up my 2023 BMW M3, I made the 7-hour journey back home driving down south towards SoCal. While I thoroughly was enjoying the ownership and excitement of my new car after driving for 375 miles with less than 60 miles away from home, I had an unfortunate incident where a wooden debris had fallen off from a vehicle in front of me making a direct impact to my car. Front bumper, radiator, oil cooler, AC condenser line, water pump and all the underlining just to name a few damages also causing my car to become undriveable. My new-to-me vehicle that has been in my ownership for only 6 hours was wrecked. While I was trying to calm down from the state of shock, denial, and depression, I was trying to figure out my next steps and had found Bistagne Bros Body Shop in Glendale less than 10 miles from where the incident occurred. After briefly speaking with Octavio on the phone and explaining the situation I was in, he suggested for me to have AAA drop off my vehicle at their shop even though it was closing, and I was greeted by Robert (after hours when the shop was already closed at 6PM) who helped quickly assess some of the damages through quick visual inspection. I proceeded to drop off the keys to my car and ended up taking an Uber ride back home. The next few weeks involved me constantly calling Bistagne Bros and speaking with Octavio and my insurance company to iron out the details and next steps. Lucky for me, none of the parts (even though there was 11 pages worth) were on back-order and as soon as my insurance company engaged with Bistagne Bros and approved the repairs, all the parts were ordered and Bistagne Bros went right to work to make all the necessary repairs. The timeline provided to make the repairs and bring my car back to its glory had exceeded my expectations! Even though it was an unfortunate circumstance with my newly purchased car that I did not even make it home with, I am beyond thankful for the team at Bistagne Bros for taking care of my car and making it feel new again. I would highly recommend Bistagne Bros Body Shop as a trustworthy and highly competent facility to make repairs on vehicle collisions for all makes and models. I brought my car in for a bumper fix and after I received my car back my car started having tech type issues. When I called to tell them that my car was being weird they told me that it couldn't have been anything they did and got defensive. I was disappointed with the response I got. I ended up taking to dealership mechanic which who I only ever dealt with for my cars whole life. In the end I decided to get rid of it sadly and I wish I would have just left my bumper crashed because then i might still have my car. I wanted to use a place that I thought would be better than the chain collision places but I do def regret that. They were very nice but I didn't like their response. I expected them to be professional and say to bring it in so they can do those diagnostic things or maybe it was a resetting problem from the wiring idk and idk if it was them or them fixing it but it had NEVER done anything like that before taking it in for bumper change. read more

Robert Bistagne's response is not factual. I have lived in Glendale almost all my life, I know where I take my cars, I knew his father Tom. I've only been to one body shop in Glendale in the last thirty years and his shop was it. I brought my Tbidrd back to him several times complaining about the finish and all they did is buff it out and it turned dull in a couple days. The attitude about the problem was complete indifference. This happened not recently but quite a long time ago. I have a long memory for people who provide inadequate service. I was working super late, was exhausted, & when I got home, I accidentally hit the side of my garage and popped the front of my Tesla bumper so hard that some of the attachment screws popped off & the side of the bumper looked all jacked up. Tesla recommended quite a few shops but Bistagne easily had the best reviews so I went here. Octavio saw my car right away & showed me where I tore part of the plastic underside of the bumper. I was super bummed because I was thinking it was going to be crazy expensive to replace that entire piece and with part shortages and delays figured it might take forever to get fixed. But Octavio was able to do a simple repair on the spot that will allow it to hold off for now. It's going to have to get replaced eventually but it'll do for now. Long story short, the crew at Bistagne is great! I was in a minor accident that caused a moderate amount of damage. Between Tesla being Tesla and supply chain issues, Bistagne had my car for nearly 3 months. But they always kept me up to date with where things stood, what needed to be done, etc. Even when I called to bother them, Octavio and the whole team never seemed put-off or troubled. Once 80% of the repair was done and my car was driveable, they gave it back to me and I drove it while we waited for additional parts.
