Honestly I should have done this a year ago when I got into an accident that led me to Edgar at Flawless, from my attorney at YMPK Law (amazing law firm btw) I was a complete wreck and he was nothing but compassionate, helpful and ALWAYS there when I called with questions/concerns!! FAB was recommended by the person who hit my car and was paying to have it repaired. After I obtained a couple of estimates, I went with FAB as recommended because I was told they did amazing work. My only hesitation was that they are located in Tujunga and I live in Burbank. I can only say it was definitely worth the drive to Tujunga. Wow! I crashed my car into a concrete pillar (didn't sleep well the night before). That left a large part of the right front of my car totally mangled, with large pieces dangling. This is the best body shop I have ever gone to and I highly recommend it. First off any other body shop wanted to replace my whole number and charge me more. Edgar told me he could repair it and it would look brand new. It looked fantastic! This also saved me a little money and he smoothed out an area that I had pushed out and fixed it with no additional charge. I was so impressed I decided to fix the side of my car that was damaged. He worked with my insurance and I only had to pay $500.00 when my deductible was a $1000.00 and I was on vacation and he stored my car for free for 11 days. I feel they do a very professional job as a reasonable rate and my car comes back looking brand new. They wash it and clean the inside as an added feature. I would not take my car anywhere else.
