I'm updating my review from way back in 2016, to denote its still just as good and to give a shout-out to our fantastic waitress. This was actually the only place open the Sunday before July 4th, but we had been here years ago and decided to give it a go. It has a nicely done interior, a little dark-ish, with sort of old world tavern feel. Dinner was good (fish for me, pizza for my wife), and the dessert also. What made this a 4-star though was our waitress, Ashley I believe it was. She was attentive, interactive, acted like she liked being there. Plus she was fun, chuckled at some lame (funny) comments... just made you feel like family (which doesn't happen a lot, I can tell ya). Or perhaps ask them who's making it first as it varies widely depending on who is behind the bar. (Hint, if it's the owner, hard pass). She tried to convince us my drink was a double, but it barely had enough liquid with all the ice to constitute a double anything. The food is still amazing as well as the service, but maybe they should leave the drink making to a professional. Also, drink prices on the menu are not reflected correctly, an upgrade to a double says it's $3 but we were charged $4.25 which added insult to injury.
