This was actually the only place open the Sunday before July 4th, but we had been here years ago and decided to give it a go. It has a nicely done interior, a little dark-ish, with sort of old world tavern feel. Dinner was good (fish for me, pizza for my wife), and the dessert also. What made this a 4-star though was our waitress, Ashley I believe it was. She was attentive, interactive, acted like she liked being there. We've been paddle board camping for the last 3 days and read the great Yelp reviews. They did not disappoint. The folks understand service like no body's business! They had places to charge our cell phones and we're happy to fill our water jugs and put them in their freezers for us. They were happy to mail some letters we had and offered to drive us to the store down the road when we asked where to buy some fruit. When we said no but thanks, they drove down to the store and bought us fruit and wouldn't take any money for it. The little boy Drake bought the fruit with his own money. He just said "pay it forward."

I had the mango shrimp wrap which was nicely filled with plumb shrimp cooked just right. The fried calamari was slightly over cooked and felt like it was from a frozen bag not fresh from the water. The mozzarella sticks also seemed to come from a bag and the one I attempted to eat had no cheese inside. The grilled fish sandwich was tasty and a good size except they left the skin on which I know a lot of people like but not me.
