    Omelete Sancho Panza

This place is a must try if you are visiting Destin. A beautiful place, with beautiful and delicious food just about 1/2 hr drive from Destin. Service was excellent, shout out to our server Neila, she was very friendly and attentive. Parking could get tricky when it's busy. We got there early enough so we were able to find a spot right away. It was getting busy as we were leaving and people were waiting for parking spots. Food and coffee were very delicious and very beautiful. We got Pistachio signature coffee, it had Dulce de Leche on the cup with Pistachio crumble. It was delicious and picture perfect. For food we got Omelete Sancho Panza and Pork Belly Ceviche. The omelete Sancho panza was stuffed with chorizo, Bacon, tomato, spring onions and cream cheese topped with melted mozzarella and Spanish Manchego cheese and roasted red pepper. Everything together was delicious. The pork belly Ceviche had avocado with red onions, red pepper, cilantro, lemon juice and smashed fried green plantains. A bite with everything on the fried green plantains was to die for. We will be visiting again for sure next time we are in Destin.

Great service from start to finish! The food portions are huge, so you definitely get your money's worth. Everything we ordered was flavorful, hot, and absolutely delicious. We came for brunch--just a heads-up, they do not serve mimosas or any alcoholic beverages. I know that's something a lot of people look forward to for a girls' brunch. The wait time was about 45 minutes to an hour, so I recommend getting on the waitlist as soon as you arrive since they don't take reservations. Also, the menu link they provide while you're on the waitlist didn't work for us, so I ended up taking a few screenshots once we were seated. After scanning the QR code at the table, I was finally able to view the full menu. Overall, definitely worth the wait for the food and service!

The food was great and the Cuban coffee was amazing. We had tried to go once before but the wait was ridiculous. Glad we decided to try again on a Wednesday morning. We were seated outside - It was nice.

Overall this place is a 5 star restaurant!!! I will start with the only negative thing, the wait / parking lot. We came in a Saturday morning, to be expected, there was an hour and a half wait. There is little to no parking. We had to make our self a parking spot in the mud. The parking lot had the biggest potholes, it looked like Louisiana!! It was pouring rain so the puddles were huge. There was nonstop traffic in & out. Cars were stopping because they couldn't move on the parking lot. We ending up waiting for about 2 hours. When we got in, we were brought to a table immediately. We ordered a Nutella coffee and YUM!! Husband ordered the stuffed ham & cheese croissant, it was good. I ordered the spring steak omelette AND OMGGGGGG. The garlic Parmesan tots were DELISH. They had a rosemary taste and it was probably the best I ever had. Then we got the berry pancakes & they were very good! They were fluffy and cake like. The berries were fresh and they had cream cheese flavor. The presentation of the food was amazing. Service was amazing. I would LOVE to come back.

Bistrology did not disappoint Yes, there was a bit of a wait, but it was 100% worth it. The food was incredible and the service was just as good. We tried the cinnamon roll pancakes (absolute must ), the flare white coffee (so smooth and flavorful), and the chicken, everything was so good we were already talking about what we'd order next time. If you're on the fence, go. Just plan for a little wait... it's worth every minute.

I was so excited to try Bistrology, but these reviews got me so nervous! We went on a Saturday, and showed up at the restaurant at 11:55am. There was a short line, and when we got to the front host, she told us it would be a 45-50 minute wait. Because I read through so many of these reviews first, I was well prepared for a wait. We scanned a QR code to join the waitlist, and then we walked down the road to the outlet malls. We walked around and shopped, and then at exactly 50 minutes, we got the text that our table was ready. It was less than a 10 minute brisk walk from the outlet mall back to the restaurant. We were seated, and when the waitress came over to get our drink orders, we were ready to order our food too, which I think really sped things along. We were served our food 10 minutes after we ordered! It felt so quick, after I was prepared for a long wait. I LOVED my matcha. I ended up ordering two! My fiancé loved his "mocha cold", even though I worried it would be too sweet for him (it wasn't!). We ordered 3 entrees to split, and had leftovers to take home. The food was SO YUMMY. I loved the salmon sandwich ("Majestic Salmon Bite"), it stole the show for me. My fiancé loved the chicken on the chicken and waffles and was really happy with the eggs Benedict. The service was good and we loved the food and drinks. Yes it's a long wait but if you're prepared for it, it's fine. The actual space wasn't very big, but I'm sure when they open up the outdoor seating, that must help a lot.

    Iced Latte (I added Stevia)

The hostess were incredible! There was a long wait this Sunday and they were very nice. We got there at 9 and waited about 40 minutes (2 people). Their coffee was really good. We didn't get any specialty drinks but regardless I really liked my iced coffee. They have dairy milk alternative (almond, oat, coconut, etc). Their stuffed croissant was good, I wish it was just a bit more crispy / flaky but aside from that .... very good! Their coffee cream pancake is new and good. Overall we are happy we tried Bistrology.

Super amazing experience and such a lovely restaurant! The food was picture perfect and tasted even better than it looked. I honestly thought it'd be more expensive for how everything looked but it was very fairly priced and generously portioned. Our waitress, Valentina was absolutely wonderful and took such care while serving us. I'll definitely be coming back!

The food and the coffee was really good. I'd really like to come back for the made at table coffee.

The food was amazing, and the presentation was beautiful. The only negatives were the long wait to be seated. We were passed over several times because we hadn't mentioned we'd sit outside. It took 30 minutes for our food. The server was really good. Fortunately, the food was worth the wait, which is why I'm giving it 4 stars.

Top tier brunch! This place was on my list to try out while in Destin. Although there was a bit of a wait the service, food, and drink made up for it. So, my advice either get there early or go on a weekday...this could possibly help. At any rate, the food and drink.... So so so good! Everything is fresh and made to order. The coffee selection will blow your mind. You can definitely tell there was some time and thought put into each offering. This food is art and passion all pressed into a lovely and vibrant space. This is what I had: Bold Bacon cheddar croissant: 10/10 OMG! Talk about impressive. This is no regular bacon and cheddar sandwich. Although I did ask for the bourbon glazed bacon on it... I got the regular bacon. It was plentiful and still good. The croissant is made on site. The snap of the arugula and the smear of mayo along with the big cheddar flavor all created a harmony for a great sandwich. Classic breakfast: 10/10 well cooked, fresh ingredients, flavorful options. A great elevation on a classic. Pistachio Latte: 20/10 Now this work of art stole the show. From the presentation to the creamy caramel and pistachio nuts.. this latte had me at hello. I wish I could have this everyday. Hot chocolate: 10/10 The quality of chocolate and elevation of a classic hot chocolate speaks volumes on the vision here. This place is a MUST try. You will NOT be disappointed.

Hands down, the best brunch spot in town! From check-in to our server Javier, the entire experience was top-notch. The service was impeccable, and the food was outstanding. It's quickly become one of my favorite new spots. I'm excited to try their new location in Pensacola. Be sure to arrive early and put your name on the list, as they don't take reservations. The wait well worth it.

We visited Bistrology after seeing it go viral on TikTok, but unfortunately, it didn't live up to the hype. We ordered the Ghost Burger, and to our surprise, the cheese wasn't even melted. The presentation and quality just didn't match what we saw online. Our server, Vanessa, made the experience worse. Two of us were splitting a meal (there were four of us total), and we overheard her in the back talking negatively about it. To make it more uncomfortable, the host kept staring at us throughout the visit, which made us feel unwelcome. When our burger finally arrived, it wasn't made correctly, and we weren't offered any condiments. The place itself is cute and in a nice area great for pictures but that's about it. The bathroom was also very unclean, which was disappointing. All in all, Bistrology is more about aesthetics than actual food or service. Definitely not worth the hype in our opinion.

The employee who took our order was disinterested, seemed very annoyed and wasn't very pleasant. Also fine because I'm sure it was a stressful day. The barista guy was super nice though. First complaint is the prices. They are UNNNNNBELIEVABLE!! I got an American breakfast plate ($15) and asked if I could sub the sourdough for anything because I'm gluten free, she said no, so I just said ok take it off and asked for an extra egg. The egg was $3.50 LOL! I got an iced latte as well and my total was $27. I forgot to order an orange juice so I got that later and it was $7. So almost $40 on what ended up being maybe 400 cals, almost no food. The fruit on the side was horrendous. Literally ONE STRAWBERRY! And a few grapes, why is it always grapes?! The bacon was so fatty also it was almost inedible. I paid almost FOUR DOLLARS for an extra egg and it looks like they forgot it (the plate comes with two) because the portion was so small. The food was bland and so so not worth it. Although the orange juice was so good but still too pricey. So SAD

All super good! Crust was a thin crust, not too paper thin though, so a nice in between of thin and regular. The cheesy bread was SOOOO good! The cheese on the bread was nice and thick and gooey! A+++ on the cheese bread in my opinion. Great helping of cheese. So if you just want cheesy bread that's light or mid on the cheese I would recommend clarifying your preference b/c they're serious about the CHEESE part of the bread! Called ahead to see what the busiest times are and typical wait times, b/c wasn't sure if we should order assuming longer wait times or if we should wait to order until closer to being ready to be hungry enough for everyone to eat. Called and the gal on the phone was SOOO nice and friendly, advised week day order before 5pm and will be ready within 30 mins. Advised we'll order before 5 and will probably put order online and she asked for my name and advised she'll keep an eye for my name to come through, which I thought was just an extra step of nice courtesy that I wasn't expecting and just thought that was so thoughtful! Was about $90 for two big pizzas and the cheesy bread, but SO worth it. The pizzas were also BIG! So was very happy with the portion sizes. Happy to spend this money for the quality and supporting local owned establishments that put out quality product! I would recommend purchasing here over other franchised chains.

It is! The Donut Hole most certainly has diner vibes and I suspect the booths are original to its 1978 origins - both of which made for a nostalgic experience. Although named for the sweet, fried confections, The Donut Hole has a huge menu of breakfast, lunch and dinner items. My table all ordered breakfast even though it was lunch time. The breakfast was awesome - omelettes, pancakes, poached eggs, cheese grits, coffee and the most delicious rye bread. I had the sausage and cheese omelet and there was something about it that made it better than other omelettes I've had. Also, I loved the rye bread - it was sliced thicker than what I am used to and it was very pillowy. I enjoyed it dry but it was also good with a little butter. We waited about 20 or so minutes for a table, but once seated we enjoyed prompt, attentive, excellent service. And's let's not forget to talk about the fresh made donuts! Oh my, there were a lot of flavors to choose from and none of them disappointed. Initially I went with a chocolate frosted and Bavarian cream filled donut. But then a fresh tray of key line donuts came out and I had to get one of those too. My sister ordered a few and we took them back to our rental, cut them in quarters and had a donut tasting party. Delicious! I am looking forward to my return trip to The Donut Hole. A visit to Santa Rosa Beach would not be complete without a stop at The Donut Hole.

The Lavender Paloma was different. It hinted of lavender, not too sweet and I couldn't taste the liquor, but I definitely felt it after awhile. Then we ordered brunch. I'm an eggs benedict fan, so I ordered the Trifecta, which was a combination of three different styles of egg benedict: Cochon, Chicken St. Charles and Bayou Shrimp. All three were quite tasty. My partner ordered a side salad that she was raving over (spring mix w/tomato and champagne vinagrette).
