We reached out in good faith to resolve the issue, but it was not handled appropriately. What made the situation worse was the interaction with the manager, Tanya. Instead of helping resolve the problem professionally, the conversation became unproductive and felt disrespectful. We did not feel heard or taken seriously as clients. Additionally, my fiancé's previous review about this experience was removed, which is very concerning. Because of that, I am sharing this experience again. This situation raises serious concerns about both customer service and transparency. We hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves how they handle client concerns in the future.

Had put them in iPad for me to see all I needed. Walked out with a $3000 bill. The joke is I went back for another $300 treatment.
