I was really terrified all my life of plastic surgery and when I was researching doctors it was…read moreeven worse because every time I spoke to an office I always felt like an agenda was being pushed or these crazy unbelievable results were being heavily pushed towards me. Offices were spam calling me back daily or bombarding me with emails like ad agencies lol. Or that typical tiktok "this doctor has THIS special technique" which felt sooo gimmicky and fake. I never felt like I really got to see PS doctors as medical providers and get to speak to them without the shiny Beverly Hills facade. Plastic surgery does have this trendy side.. i get it. But it is still a very big medical procedure and I really felt like I just couldn't trust a lot of these flashy doctors I'd spoken to... I lost around 40 lbs and I always dreamed of fixing my lower pooch area - my case is a little odd because I haven't had kids yet and am relatively lean - I was looking for a really refined result. AND zero BS. just tell me what's possible and what's not. Dr. Kim didn't take a crazy consultation fee. I didn't wait months for a consultation. He didn't try to sell me anything. His office looks and works like an actual (clean and beautiful) medical office. I never waited for my appointments. During my consultation, he gave me plenty of time to ask questions and voice my concerns. I didn't feel like I was being spoken down to or being sold a used car. Finally felt like I'm speaking with a doctor who can actually lay out to me exactly what to expect moving forward, the downsides and upsides of my options, and what was and wasn't possible. Nothing was downplayed or overexaggerated. I had never had surgery before and so I really wasn't ready to have a big procedure like a tummy tuck. I asked if there was a more conservative option for my loose skin/pooch - we settled on a mini tuck with lipo to remove a large portion of my problem area - with the door always open for a full if I ever wanted. Dr. Kim was supportive, nonjudgmental and honest about whatever decision I chose. Results - my mini TT results were BEAUTIFUL. My stubborn lower pooch was totally smoothed out - no lipo ripples or weird creases. I recovered in like 2 weeks. No infections, no broken stitches, no seromas, no hypertrophic scarring, no dead skin, just... nothing. Dr. checked in with me after surgery multiple times to make sure I was doing okay. My garment fit comfortably and I was on just tylenol by the end of day 2. My incision healed into a thin, fine line which was sooo easily covered in a bikini. Way later when I was finally ready for a full tummy tuck surgery to reach the last bits of loose skin, the ease of my decision was in large part influenced by how smooth my past experience was. I trusted I was in good hands, and I was right. AGAIN, the entire procedure despite being a WAY bigger one, was just as smooth as the first time. Drains were easy. Stitches dissolved easily. The new incision is exactly where we planned for it to be - thin, and very very low and replaced my older scar. I entrusted Dr Kim to decide whether muscle repair was needed or not - he said he will if needed, since we're already in there let's make it perfect! I am snatched lol :'D my belly button looks so cute with a little hood, it looks natural and lovely. I'm around 3 weeks out and my incision is already so clean and healing very well. At this point, I can say I have a very good idea of how Dr Kim's office works, the pre op, surgery, the follow up, as well as healing/recovery. All the girls remember me, they make scheduling extremely easy, are fun to talk to, and before and after my operation my nurse really made me feel safe, cared for, and at ease. I was given all instructions and medications promptly and on time, as well as the Dr's personal number for any issues at all. Everyone has their own experiences and surgery is a big decision which can have unpredictable outcomes. But for me, choosing Dr. kim (twice) was the best decision I made for myself. From the moment I arrived, the entire consultation felt surprisingly impersonal. Most of my appointment was spent with very young staff members rather than the surgeon himself. By the time I actually met with Dr. Barrett, it was only for about five minutes. He was pleasant and professional, but the entire experience felt rushed and transactional. I left almost feeling like it was a fever dream, it was over so quickly that I walked away confused instead of confident. The biggest disappointment was being told that the only way I would have a good breast augmentation result was with a lollipop lift and implants. I wasn't told this as an option it was presented as essentially the only option that would look good for my anatomy. I left feeling discouraged and thinking I didn't really have a choice. Thankfully, I listened to my gut and scheduled consultations with other highly respected, board-certified plastic surgeons. Every other surgeon had a different perspective. I ultimately chose another extremely reputable surgeon who recommended Motiva Ergonomix implants placed over the muscle (subfascial). He explained that because I had only mild pseudo-ptosis, the implant itself would provide the subtle lift and upper-pole fullness I was looking for without requiring a lollipop lift. I'm now on the other side of surgery, and I could not be happier with my results. I got exactly the look I wanted, avoided unnecessary scars, and didn't need the more invasive procedure I had been told was my only option. To be clear, I don't think Dr. Barrett was unkind. He was nice during the brief time we spoke. My issue was that the consultation felt rushed, impersonal, and left me feeling defeated rather than educated. Looking back, I'm so grateful I sought additional opinions before making such an important decision. My biggest advice to anyone considering cosmetic surgery is this: please get multiple consultations. One surgeon's opinion is not always the only answer. I'm incredibly thankful I kept looking because I'm absolutely thrilled with the surgeon I chose and my results.

I called Dr. Diaz's office to confirm if this was normal and if anything had happened to not achieve the perfect results expected. Dr. Diaz called and explained everything perfectly and removed all of my concerns. Dr. Diaz is truly one of the best plastic surgeons, and a rhinoplasty is like trying to do surgery on a moving target. To solve for the final 1% of my concern, I was invited to speak to him for a revision in the future if needed. This is all to say, he is truly the best and while 99.999% of his results are all home runs, sometimes very complex noses (like mine) have a slightly almost perfect result and that is OKAY! Absolutely nothing to do with his amazing expertise or the amazing team. If you have any concerns, please call the office directly rather than leave a negative review out of emotion, trust me it's a win-win and also a practice of self love!

Her skill, precision, and honesty are unmatched, and the level of empathy that she's able to maintain throughout every single appointment is something that cannot be replicated. She also has no problem with saying no, which I think is one of the greatest traits an injector can have, and always follows up with a thorough explanation of her rationale in a way that is easily digestible. I've been going to her for over 3 years now for Dysport in different parts of my face as well as my traps, have had zero complications, and have loved how natural my results have been every time. I moved up to Norcal a year ago, but still fly down every 4-5 months to see her. Furthermore, in March, after seeing Angella for my initial follow-up dose of Dsyport, I made the mistake of getting a touch-up with someone else in NorCal because I did not have time to come back down to LA within the time frame that I needed to. For context, my masseters are just extremely strong and sometimes require more units than expected, since it depends on how much teeth grinding I do both at night and throughout the day, all of which is heavily influenced by how stressed I am from school and work. This is unfortunately something that I wish I had never done because their approach was not compatible with the goals that I had communicated to them, leaving me with my left masseters looking larger than the right, as well as my face looking rounder because of where they injected the Dysport. Waiting a couple of months for this second round of Dysport to wear off was extremely frustrating and interfered significantly with my understanding of my image. When I saw Angella again after 4 months, she immediately noticed the imbalance in my face and explained the exact technique she would use to address it, aligning directly with my goals and remembering them. I walked away from this appointment feeling incredibly grateful for her and beyond excited to be reunited, and also so sure that I would never let anyone else touch my face out of convenience ever again. Five stars all the way. I love Obaji Institute. I love the products and the innovation.This is really a great place. I am thankful to YELP for providing a great forum for writing about good businesses. Last year, one of the female (non medical) staff really helped me, when I needed to go back to using the products. She's the one, I believe, with the British-like accent. A lovely woman. She brings credit to this business. She actually assisted me with my new appointment and made it as seamless as possible. She also did me a favor that she was not obligated to do. I consider this going above and beyond the call of duty and I so greatly appreciate it! I also love the Nurse practitioner, a beautiful woman, in attitude, kindness, and expertise. Anita Gardner. Thank you, Anita. And Susan: She's a fixture at Obaji. She's been there forever and if you need to know anything at all, she's the go-to person. Quite, pleasant, and very helpful. Of course, the products do work. They are fantastic products. I could write volumes about how these products do the job and get the job done. There is peeling, but that's how the process goes. I respect Dr. Obaji, although he's abrasive at times. Many people are abrasive, but they do not have any mitigating factors. In this case, Dr. Obaji makes up for his personality by being a genius, period. His knowledge benefits science and myself, so what can I say? He knows his stuff. I am so thankful to him. It's people like this that make the world relatively easier, by making available products and innovations that help us greatly. Many staff come and go there. But I've found that the ones who leave (Diane Bedford) were pretty worthless to begin with. Now lets move on to facials: Stay AWAY from Rena Mardini. She is very two-faced. And, when it comes to certain things like your body, your skin, and other crucial factors in your life, you do NOT want to continue to put yourself in the hands of someone untrustworthy.Among other matters of concern, the first time I got a facial with her, she ruined my relaxation time by prattling on about another client who got a facial from her and supposedly told her "how good" it was, but then went to the other staff and complained about her. (Probably because she scared this poor client and made her feel she couldn't tell her the truth to her face).The staff had to give this client a new free facial with Liz. Now I see why. Lesson learned: There two sides to every story, especially the stories told to you by people like Rena Mardini and others her type. Never trust a two-faced person. Besides, it is unprofessional to complain about one client to another client. Additionally, she went on and on about how supposedly hot she is. Really? Self-confidence is good and all, but one needs to also be realistic. Besides, this is even more unprofessional. I was there to receive a facial, not receive constant self-directed compliments and The Old Upsell. That underscores the good reputation of Obaji. In my opinion, they should get rid of Rena Mardini. Who knows what else she does to bring disfavor upon her employer's reputation. And with people like that, it is never a good idea to continue going to them for services. Thus, I will not be going back to Obaji for my facials. I will continue to purchase my products there and be thankful to the good staff. But until and unless they get rid of her, I will not return for facials. I am unhappy, because creates an inconvenience for me. That's too bad, because I am a very loyal customer who has been with them for many years and continued to spend vast amounts of money at a drop of a dime. And, from experience and wisdom, I know, beyond a shadow of a doubt, and I have in fact seen it so many times: If I have a problem with someone, it's definitely a sign that that person is a jerk in life, in general. And, as with all jerks, I will not be the only person who has problems. That jerk will cause problems with many others, sooner or later, and said jerk will have complaints left and right, eventually. So I'll let this play out on its own and leave it in the hands of Obaji. As for myself, I'm done with my facials there and I will tell anyone else not to go, until that person is gone. Okay, first let me state that Hollywood is obsessed with "It" people, and in my opinion these people usually are nothing but just disappointments, but the seasons are changing and so is my skin so I sucked it up, and made an appointment to see this celebrity "It" doctor with mild aspirations to say the least. Just to let you know ahead of time, the parking police are vicious in Beverly Hills, so you better bring plenty of change or park in the free lot across the street if you decide not to park in their valet lot which is in the back of their building. So after fighting the lure of Rodeo drive to purge me of all my money, I finally made it to Dr.Obagi's office still with some cash in tact.Ok, so let me just say from the looks of this place, he must be seeing a lot of patients, because the office is damn phenomenal, huge crystal fountain with his name spelled out in it and all. So I am now fearful for my wallet and all of it's contents in it, but when I walked in, the fear met with amazement because every, and let me stress "every" girl that worked in this place had on no makeup and looked amazing! I'm figuring this is not just random luck because they were of all ages and skin tones, and they looked truly amazingly beautiful not nothing on there skin. And you know and I know, that nobody in Beverly Hills or LA for that fact is going many places without any makeup on, even 15 years olds have the gloss and powder going in this city, so this perplexed me to say the least. I had to wait about 15 minutes after I checked in to see him, which was okay, my dentist and gyno leave me to fester for atleast 45, so 15 is way cool with me. When I finally met the "It" doctor, Dr.Obagi in person, I found him amusing, he is quite flamboyant, sharply dressed, and very knowledgeable and well educated. He spent a nice amount of time with me, before disappearing in a cloud of magical "It" dust. I must say, he actually made me laugh, which was good because when I got that long list of prescription cremes that wasn't so funny. I am a wash, tone, moisturize girl, nothing more nothing less, so all this extra I was not sure of, but then I heard one of the girls say "Bye Mrs.Obagi" and I looked up from my long list to see this absolutely drop dead gorgeous woman head for the door, wearing you guessed it...no make up! I asked the woman at the register was that Dr. Obagi's daughter, and she replied "No, his wife." Yeah, ummm.... sold. I don't care whatever is in this cremes, as long as I come out looking as clean, clear, and glowing as the girls that work there and his wife. Well let's wrap this up because I got better things to do than type a novel here, so let me just get to the point; so far so good, actually great is a better word for it. I've been on the program for about a month and a half and I am seeing the results that I went there for in the first place, and in the end that's all I ever cared about.Good, clear, beautiful skin. I have been seeing Dr. Bashey for about seven months on the referral of my aunt. I went in to address my malasma after seeing another dermatologist through my insurance provider. The first dermatologist gave me a very grim prognosis insisting that there was nothing to do about it. I also went to see a Med-Spa professional who provided me with what I found out later to be, bad medical advice. When I went to see Dr. Bashey, he was friendly and reassuring. I was so self-conscious about the dark patches on my face before the treatment. Family members would frequently comment on the patches and provide advice, which was usually along the lines of "stay out of the sun" or "wear sunblock" (as if I wasn't already heeding that advice!). He indicated that there was actually a way that I could reduce and even eliminate (for a time at least) my malasma. Dr. Bashey gave me a better understanding that it was not bad lifestyle choices that solely led to the malasma, but also genetics and hormones. He was honest with me stating that it would be a chronic condition that I would need to assess and address on an ongoing basis and I appreciated that. Because of what I had been told by my insurance dermatologist and the Med-Spa professional, I did not have high expectations. I used the creams Dr. Bashey provided and agreed to undergo a controlled depth facial (or the blue/green facial). I was consistent in my usage of the creams and the regiment in spite of the stinging sensations and the redness and flakiness. That consistency was rewarded because even before I received the facial, almost all of the malasma was gone. I would have been satisfied with these results to be honest. So after the facial, I was amazed. Not only were the dark patches gone, but I also looked younger. Like, a lot younger. So young, that I was frequently carded when my husband and I went out to eat. My sister said that the before and after photos look like those fake infomercials because of how amazing my skin looks now. I do need to cycle in and out of the active creams still, but for much shorter periods of time and with much less redness now. It is an expensive process, but it is COMPLETELY worth it. Not only is my malsma manageable now, at times it is gone. I also look younger and feel more confident. I would recommend that anyone who could see Dr. Bashey for their dermatological needs, do so as soon as possible. It was a life changer for me. read more

Dr Obagi was recommended by my regular Dr who is Dr Stevens, and the RN Kendal from Visalia, CA which is where I normally go. However, being I was in the Los Angeles area and the two doctors STEVENS, and Obagi do work together, I decided to drop in. As it was arranged at the drop of a dime of from one phone call and good luck I suppose. I've religiously used Obagi nuderm regimens since 2003 now that Zo has been presented I've just begun this product. I wanted to see for myself a new experience with becoming familiar with dr Obagis office, and now that I have I must say that the staff are simple amazing and highly professional. (Suzy who is so inviting and radiated positive energy). This visit I did se Dr Terkonda for an consultation that ended with juvaderm and turned out he prescribed many of the ZO Obagi products. He did an amazing job with my injections which only show natural visibility. With one week I've noticed the remarkable changes with my skins appearance. Rena was so helpful and informative with the product knowledge and went out of her way to help me clearly understand what would be taking place with my skin with the new line ZO. I would highly recommend these products if plan to have glowing radiant skin and you promise to use the product religiously. Each regimen go hand in hand, so it is very imperative to use together and use the prosody at consecutively. Dr. Bashey performed my lip injections and I could not be more pleased with the results. His work gave me the added boost and natural look I wanted, while allowing it to look like I've never had any enhancements done. My upper lip has always been a bit uneven and an insecurity of mine -- it is now perfectly symmetrical. I'm happier with my appearance both with and without makeup now. I was really nervous about the injections because I had never had any work done and I have a low pain tolerance. But Dr. Bashey and his staff made me feel 100% comfortable and at ease. Dr. Bashey was so amazing with how he administered the injections, I barely even flinched -- and I had no numbing agent prior to the procedure. Not only am I extremely pleased with my lip injections, but Dr. Bashey and his staff went above and beyond to extend their professionalism and bedside manner long after my procedure was done. His staff checked in on me following my injections on a regular basis and his nurse even gave me her personal phone number to contact her if I had any questions or concerns. She went out of her way (on a Saturday and Sunday, no less) to text me and see how I was doing, if I was happy with the results, etc. I could not recommend Dr. Bashey enough, not just for his precision and expertise when it comes to whatever areas you want to address, but for his kind and courteous demeanor in which he extends to his patients. It has been (8) days since I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the Morpheus8 and exosomes skin treatment at ZO Skin Center by NP Jamison Williams. And I must say, I am thoroughly impressed with the results. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Jamison took his time to listen and asses my overall skin health and concerns. He is extremely knowledgeable and I could tell he truly has a passion for making his patients look and feel great. The treatment itself wasn't necessarily "painless" but was definitely tolerable, and I could immediately see a difference in my skin's texture and tone. I will definitely be scheduling a 2nd and 3rd treatment in the near future. After my treatment, my skin felt firmer, smoother, and more youthful. The fine lines and wrinkles around my eyes and forehead were noticeably reduced, and my overall complexion looked brighter and more even. My jawline and chin have also become more defined. I appreciated that there was no downtime or recovery period, and a big help from that was the added exsosomes treatment that Jamison recommended- and I am so glad that I did it. I was a devoted client and patient of zo skin center. I had a surgery scheduled and paid many thousands of dollars for it. Zo cancelled for medical reasons (which made perfect sense); however the doctor refused to speak to me about the cancellation and I was also refused a refund. Zo's surgery administrator then offered me the opportunity to schedule the surgery 4 weeks later. I was not available to put my life on hold but I rearranged everything including travel plans to make myself available. The surgery was confirmed and everything put in place. Later however the manager reached out to say that I had inconvenienced their team with my cancellation so they had given my latest surgery date to someone else. She then offered me the opportunity to schedule the surgery 6 mos later without offering me a refund. Eventually I received my refund but cannot recover the costs associated with changing my plans and relying in good faith on theirs. I repeatedly asked to speak to the doctor and was refused. Finally, I learned that the management abused the skin specialist who brought me in as a client and she has now left. This business may have a great reputation for quality products/services but their management and physician staff are comprised of uncaring, heartless, impudent individuals. I live in SF and flew to LA to have a Mint Thread Lift procedure with Dr. Bashey. Since this was a first for me I needed to make sure I have it done with someone that is well respected, reputable and known for great results. Angeli, the office manager met me at the reception and welcomed me with assurance that I am in good hands with Dr. Bashey. Dr. Bashey is an awesome doctor and did an amazing transformation on my 55 year old sagging face. I was very conscious and avoided at all times having my side view profile picture taken because it was no longer flattering. To my surprise the procedure was painless and took less time than I anticipated. Great first experience with Dr. Bashey and I will not hesitate to come and see him again. Thank you Dr. Bashey for giving me back my confidence and making me look great again. I also need to emphasize the importance of using great products. I only use ZO Skin Health for my face and have gotten so many complements from family and friends on how beautiful my skin has gotten. I wished they would open a clinic in SF. The Absolute BEST Botox I've ever had!! I was a little hesitant to get Botox again due to a previous bad experience I had at a different doctor's office a while ago. I have been told by a few different doctors that I have a heavy brow which could cause my brows to drop with Botox if it's not done correctly. Also, as a man I also didn't want to look feminine. A family member referred me to Dr. Sameer Bashey, and said that he does the Best Botox. So I decided to take a chance again, and let me just say that I'm so glad I did! Dr. Bashey was very kind to me explaining what to expect, and it didn't hurt at all. He was able to lift my brow to make my eyes look more open without dropping my brow or giving me " The Jack Nicholson" look. My forehead looks smooth and my lines are gone. While I was in the room I asked Dr. Bashey to also look at a few suspicious skin cancer spots on me. He took the time to do a biopsy on one of the spots and sent it off to a lab to get checked. It came back positive and he then referred me to a doctor he knows that does Mohs surgery. The whole experience was GREAT in Laguna Beach ZO Skin Centre! I will definitely keep going back to Dr. Bashey, and I highly recommend him to all! read more

I went in for a consultation on my cellulite and met with Dr Bashey. He did an amazing job educating me on my options and informed me the best long term option as Cellfina. After leaving, I felt I knew exactly what I was getting myself into and scheduled my appointment. I'm not one to usually write reviews, but after getting it done, I felt the need to post in case someone else was in the market for this treatment. I couldn't be happier with the results, treatment and Dr Bashey. The treatment took no more than an hour. I was thinking it would be a little more invasive, however I rate it a 2 on a scale of 1-10. Besides the initial needles for numbing, I didn't feel much at all. The same day there was tenderness but nothing to the point where I couldn't move or walk around. There also was leaking of the numbing medication and little blood the first day but that was it. I wore compression pants as recommended by the doctor or my tight spanx for two weeks. The bruising had subsided for the most part after week one and was completely gone after week 2. I can see a huge difference already in my before and after photos. Dimples have disappeared! I would definitely recommend to anyone suffering from cellulite. read more

Exceeded my every expectation! I recently had my first visit with Dr. Bashey, to address some aging concerns. Instantly, I was met with an individual that displayed qualities of passion, precision and quality in relation to relevant/current anti-aging solutions and truly showing care for a patient. I prefer a very classic, natural look. I do not want to look "over-done". Dr. Bashey carefully took time to listen to my concerns and educated me on my options. We decided that fillers were a great solution to meet my demands - I've experienced injectables in the past and have been very satisfied - but Dr. Bashey's unique techniques and placement made all the difference. I've been to this location a few times now and this is hands-down the best experience I've ever had getting a facial. The team in Beverly Hills is absolutely exceptional. They have such a warm and welcoming environment created by their friendly staff members. Suzie at the front was so helpful and delightful. But the main highlights of my visits were definitely Paola and Audra. I expected to be in a room almost in complete silence (as many facials tend to be) but Paola has such wonderful energy and is extremely easy to talk to. She made the experience so enjoyable and the hour i was in there for barely felt like 10 mins.... we had such a good time! She made great recommendations to help me build a skincare routine. I was then passed along to Audra who helped me select the products.... I was so amazed by her magnificent customer service skills (she's such a sweetheart). I ended up loving the products I bought, after just a few weeks of consistently using them I saw a huge difference in my skin. I went to see Dr. Bashey at the ZO Skin Centre in Beverly Hills for CO2 laser resurfacing. I take good care of my skin with medical grade topical products but I was looking for a treatment that could go a step further and provide some rejuvenation benefits, especially with some acne scarring from my early teens. The method Dr. Bashey used made this treatment highly tolerable and painless, I was amazed! I followed his post-care instructions and was completely healed in 6 days! I was really surprised at how quickly my skin healed but definitely attribute that to Dr. Bashey's post-care protocol and his dedication to my healing process. He checked on me every day to ensure I was healing properly and feeling ok. I am close to two weeks from the procedure and loving the results that seem to be getting better everyday. I get compliments daily. This procedure really provided textural improvement that I couldn't get from just topical products alone. I saw Anita Gardner, NP, for my terrible adult acne. My skin was not too bad as a teenager, but when I got into my twenties it progressively worsened. I saw other dermatologists who told me that my acne would naturally go away, but it continued to escalate and would flare up periodically. I tried everything to get rid of it. I saw Anita, and my acne was gone entirely five months later in time for my wedding. She fixed both my childish acne, and my emerging lines and wrinkles. She also gave me an upper lip that looks 100% natural-- no one would ever guess that I had injections! I am SO grateful for the amazing care and results that I have had. I only wish that I would have gone to see her a long time ago, and did not live with the embarrassment of my acne for so many years. In the beginning of my treatment, I had raw red skin. It was not easy, but I diligently stuck with my treatment exactly as I was supposed to. A few months later, I had clear skin that was so worth the process. I see Ninka for facials on a monthly basis and she has completely transformed my skin. Her hands and advice are magical and her knowledge about skin, health and ZO products is extensive to say the least. She has such a calming energy and really makes facials and extractions an enjoyable task. Ninka asses my skin differently every time I see her and does the necessary treatment to achieve the best results. She really knows what she is doing and how to combat my skin. I don't believe it's possible to have better looking skin - at any age - than you get with the Obagi product line! I have used the products for several years, and now my daughter uses them, and we both get compliments on our skin all the time. Interestingly, we have vastly different skin - but Dr. Obagi and Dianne know exactly how to recommend specific items for each of us, and tell us exactly how to use them . . . and the results are spectacular - especially for someone who always had problematic skin before! It has been my experience that they never let you "over buy" but insist "less is more" and just encourage being faithful in using the products. Dr. Obagi himself is amazing and a walking testimonial for his philosophy and product line. Most of my interaction is now with Dianne and Susie and they are caring and wonderful. Visiting the Zo Skin Centre is always a treat, especially because that's where I get to see Rady Ouzounova. People often tell me that I don't look my age. That's partly due to genetics (thanks, Dad, for passing along your preternaturally youthful skin), but also has a huge amount to do with the facial treatments I receive -- probably not often enough -- from Rady. I've visited many facialists in my lifetime, and Rady is by far the most skillful, which is why I have stuck with her for many years as she has advanced her career through a few well chosen professional settings, culminating in the beautiful Zo Skin Centre. Over time she has become a friend. She knows me -- including my skin! -- very well, and treats me with TLC, which I totally appreciate. Thinking -- and writing here -- about Rady makes me smile. My first visit to ZO Skin Centre was 2 weeks ago & there will be more in the future. The staff created a comfortable atmosphere, very attentive & mild mannered. The office is clean, bright & inviting. I had a facial with Margarita. She has a very nice touch, great hands. She explained everything she was doing & why she loves her job. That is evident through her knowledge & skill. My skin looks & feels great. It will take a few more visits to get the results I am looking for but it's a gradual process worth the wait. My skin did react a little but cleared up in 2 days. I expected that to happen. If your pores are clogged then you should consider this & other procedures. If you don't know, ask questions results will vary, my experience was very positive. I am using 2 products which are working well with my skin. read more

A few months ago I got treated for my cellulite with the Cellfina Treatment. I was treated by Dr. Bashey in Beverly Hills and could not be happier with my results. Being in my forties I honestly do not have the time for creams with my baby running around. Cellfina was a very quick treatment and long lasting that gave me the desired results I had no idea were possible. I chose to get this treatment well before bathing suit season, but honestly there was very little downtime and the recovery was quick. There was bruising for a month or so after, but once that went away I was able to see the extent of the results. I would highly recommend this treatment to anyone who has mild to severe dimpling and cellulite. It was an immediate mood boost and overall I feel like my confidence after having a kid is restored. read more

Dr. Bashey is pretty amazing. My skin looks pretty dam good and the guy is a master when it comes to figuring out non-surgical ways to take years off the face. I've done botox, fillers, and he also laser resurfaced my face and eyelids. Can't recommend him enough- he's very talented, confident, and I feel at ease with him. I would suggest that you follow through with the different recommendations he makes. Its not haphazard. At your first consultation he will outline an entire plan for you from start to finish and how long it will take you to get there. I like this because I know where I'm going and what to expect. Its a lot of information to digest but once you process it you will realize that there isn't once specific treatment that fixes aging. you have to target it from multiple angles. read more

She gave just the right amount so my lines were smoother but I could still move my forehead naturally. Mona also prescribed exactly the right skin care regimen to treat the rosacea I had had for years and couldn't get rid of before. My skin looks great now. The location is also really nice, beautiful relaxing space, and a welcoming warm energy from everyone there.

I started to notice I lost volume in my nose over the years looking more pinched. It made me super insecure, feeling like everyone can tell. :( I tried looking around for non surgical nose jobs since I'm terrified of another surgery! Unfortunately back then, I had no luck. Almost all the drs I found didn't want to touch my nose since I had a rhinoplasty. Last week I made the decision to do more research and find a Dr. I started googling and came across Dr Rivkins instagram. I was still looking around and everyone's after pictures on instagram and TikTok and it lead me to Dr Rivkin again! lol So I knew I had to book. I felt so comfortable in office. Not superficial like most LA clinic. Everyone was super nice and welcoming! It's only day 2 and love my results! Love the fact that Dr Rivkin offers a timeframe for touch ups too. They asked if I would be interested in giving them a second chance with Nurse Ashley who I already knew and loved from past procedures. They were so generous in offering me "the treatment I deserved" and so I took them up on it. The difference was night and day. My practitioner this time was so present and knowledgeable, she walked me through every step and was extremely thorough, skilled, and professional. I felt at ease during and after. She even prepared me a serum sample to apply for my aftercare. I was so impressed this time around, I feel comfortable recommending Le Jolie for non surgical procedures. In six years, I've only had one negative experience and they were so quick and generous about rectifying it.

As someone who is simply trying to feel more confident in my own skin, Skin Select has done exactly that for me. I've been visiting this med spa for over a year now, and I'm honestly amazed by my transformation! Tiffany helped me with my final rounds of RF microneedling and Botox, and her attention to detail was incredible. She made me feel completely at ease throughout my entire visit, and after just one session with her, my skin looked brand new! I've also had the pleasure of meeting with Jinli, who gave me such a thoughtful consultation and helped me understand which treatments would best enhance and balance my features while still keeping me looking like myself. First, the office is beautiful and so clean and calm. It definitely feels high-end, but it didn't feel snobbish. The people there were very warm and friendly. Tiffany was wonderful and met me right at my appointment time. She was attentive and answered all my questions. Best of all, she didn't try to push anything other treatments or upsell. While she did mention some other options later down the line, there was absolutely no pressure to get them down, and no pressure to sign up for any packages. The procedures both went smoothly and I had no bad side effects (but again, it's still too early to see results). The best part of Skin Select is that no one seemed rushed. I've been to other med spas where you feel like cattle, rushing you in and out. And I've been to other places where I've have to wait over an hour to see someone because they were just cramming as many patients as possible into an appointment session. I'll definitely be back and looking forward to the results!
