Absolutely, the most professional and amazing place. I have two gigantic Maine coon cats, each over 30 pounds, and Pilar handles them professionally and perfectly. Highly recommend! Reasonable pricing and they do a super good job. My dog is white but over time kind of developed a tan look and after bringing him here, I have not seen him that white in a long time. He gets groomed once a month and I've never seen no other groomer to get him to look like that. Plus he came back a little more fluffy and super soft. Over time I realized that the nicks and crusty scabs on my fur babies came from careless grooming, not the dog park. On several occasions they were given haircuts that were inappropriate for their breeds, without my authorization while my requests were ignored. Costly leather leads were lost and replaced with cheap, flimsy ones. Equally disturbing, until my savings took a sharp dip, I was unaware of being gauged by exorbitant pricing for both grooming and boarding services that did not correspond to those listed/quoted to others. read more

Found them on yelp... I called and they gave a quick response..I called around to 10 different groomers in long beach to find a appointment for my cat. The place is real clean and your greeted by two friendly women. It was my cats first time going to the groomer so he was a bit antsy. I they assured me he will be ok and if problems arises they will call me. Being the drama king that smokey is I was called back lol. I was able to calm smokey down to finish his trim and nail clipping. I reaalli wanna thank both women for not giving up on smokey and finishing the job the patience they have we're of angels. Tried out a new groomer because my groomer left from my last place and they were booked for months. I specifically gave instructions for a schnauzer body teddy bear cut on the head but do not cut off his beard leave the beard. I also stated for the skirt to just give it a cleanup because it was already long enough. When I picked up my dog his beard was gone and his skirt was very short. This place is horrible and a SCAM!!! We bought a coupon book from a man at Recreation dog park who sold us the coupon book for 30$ with 4 coupons, one for a bath and groom, one for a nail trim, one for a shampoo and one for something else. When we called to make an appointment for our dog they told us it would be 20$ more on top on the coupon because our dog is a German shepherd. Since the coupon thief never told us and of this we pretty much got screwed and they said they have nothing to do with that man and he made the coupons himself. What a crappy ass company, how are you going to let a man make coupons with your companies name and number and then say you had nothing to do with it?!!!???? read more

Half the time I called no one would pick up, but usually by the second time I tried I can get a hold of someone. I took my German shepherds both Kobe and Kovu to get groomed. Both ladies did an amazing job with them. They bathed, brushed, trimmed nails, ear cleaning, anal glands, brushing of the teeth and shaped Kovu's furry behind lol. Oh and they added argon oil to their fur which by the way was a plus. I am so pleased with the work they did on my boys, they smell good and feel good, but most importantly they both looked like they had a good experience. I will definitely be coming back to them as the service and price were very reasonable. I have two semi-poodle-y dogs and I have been using this groomer for several cuts now. They purchased the business last year (formerly Paws & Claws) and are a dramatic improvement over the old owners. The cuts are excellent and they get both dogs in and out in a reasonable time. Polar did a great job on my wire hair terrier. To me it was the best job he ever had.he is a street dog. He was abandoned when my Mom got him. He had been abused.
