I adopted my boy Honey a week and a half ago from the shelter. He was left with matting and those little stickers/burs throughout his overgrown coat due to being found in a field abandoned. He had to be mostly shaved down body wise because of it. Aaron did an amazing job despite Honey's anxiety! He fed him treats and talked to him constantly throughout the grooming process (I watched 99 percent of it and was only gone about fifteen minutes out of the two hours of the appointment to grab a coffee and snack). He was so patient and I truly appreciate the time and effort he put into the little guy. Not just Aaron but all the staff were welcoming and came up to Honey as well! I will be coming back, but I'll be making sure to do a morning appointment next time so there's less chaos for my boy's anxiety. read more

I took my miniature schnauzer puppy here for her very first grooming, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the moment we walked in, both my puppy and I felt so comfortable and welcomed. Groomer Kody greeted us and took the time to go over exactly what we wanted for the appointment, while also showing genuine care and patience with my puppy. It meant so much to feel confident and safe leaving her in such great hands, especially for her first groom. When I picked her up, she looked absolutely beautiful! Kody also took the time to explain how the appointment went, which I really appreciated. I'm beyond happy with the service and care my puppy received and will definitely be bringing her back to Bitches N Bubbles for her monthly grooms. I had such an inconvenient experience.. My pup had an appointment with a groomer named Maddie , that was supposed to do services . However she likes to toy around wit customers appointments by putting u down as a no show instead of reaching out to confirm appointment arrival.. An on top of that she was back n forth with me about my appointment n trying to move it to tomorrow with somebody else , without even asking me first if I'm available tomorrow instead ...I wasn't even running 5 minutes late. Then she made the decision to wanna take my dog in but she seemed like she was gonna do my dogs grooming with no effort of wanting too based on her behavior.. and I mentioned to her that I didn't want her to feel pressured to do my dogs grooming.. Again back n forth wit appointment.. Man She Was such an unpleasant and rude person.. I don't recommend u get services with Maddie at all she gives the company like bitches and bubbles a bad name based on how rude and inconvenient her behavior is with customers.. I hope Bitches N Bubbles can fix this problem.. Let me start out by saying Shawn there is nothing ridiculous and laughable about my feedback on this review. As u can see thats why it's a 1 STAR REVIEW!!. What happen at BNB shop is all deadass facts.. An you as a business owner should be fixing this matter instead you giving such a messy fabricating and unprofessional response.. Apparently It's well shown ur immediate to get defensive and impulsive with the clientele that describe their negative experience at BNB.. Nobody has time for those type of businesses. Just to be clear ur groomer Maddie never called to confirm appointment. If she did I wouldn't need to come into the shop and bring my dog to get services it would of been handled over the phone by then .. and if you caught everything on camera, then you would see that I left because your Groomer Maddie's behavior was unpleasant n disrespectful. Have been going to this place now for a couple of years. We drive from Carson to Long Beach with our two fur babies. So worth it! You can tell all the staff absolutely love animals. They treat them with such love and care. We see Kyla often, she knows and loves both our dogs, but all of the staff are incredible. It pains me to write this review. It really does. Because I've been coming here for a year and I have never had a bad experience, and in this economy we are all trying to stay afloat so the last thing I want to do is hurt a business. But this involves entrusting someone with our fur babies and I couldn't let this go. I have a 14 year old pug, and Kayla and Steph have always worked with him and done such a great job. Go to them if you choose to give this place your business! I brought my senior dog here today hoping for the gentle, professional experience we always get. Unfortunately, from the moment I arrived, things felt off. The new groomer, Sarah, approached us with obvious apprehension, like she was not interested in working at all. She immediately asked me if I would be staying or coming back when he was done. I told her I would come back and get him. She told me I had to stay or she would reschedule because "he's like 18" and she didn't feel "comfortable" grooming my elderly dog--after I had already booked the appointment and showed up. That was red flag number one. Who sets conditions after the fact? After informing her that has never been requested of me before and I've been going here for a year, and despite her hesitation, she agreed to proceed when Steph intervened. Then, about 30 minutes later, I got a call saying she wouldn't be finishing the groom because my dog had diarrhea. I understand that accidents happen, especially with older dogs--but what I don't understand is why she left him half-groomed, visibly stressed, and completely wet. I showed up to Sarah standing around, drinking a soda, chatting it up while my dog was left unattended in a wash basin. She wouldn't even acknowledge me or speak to me. I was left to pick up a soaked, confused senior dog who had clearly been through more stress than necessary. No towel dry, no apology, no compassion--not from Sarah. Steph brought him to me, apologized for Sarah, and didn't charge me. But is that enough accountability? If you don't feel comfortable working with older dogs, that needs to be stated before an appointment is booked. This felt careless and unprofessional from start to finish. And frankly, it felt like discrimination and maltreatment. Definitely would not recommend Sarah if your pet needs even the slightest bit of extra care or patience. And as much as it pains me, she is the reason I don't feel comfortable going back. read more

I took my little one in for the first time! 5 stars does not cut it! They exceeded my expectations. The moment you walk in, to the check-in, to pick up. When I saw my dog walk towards me I was shocked at how fabulous she looked! I've taken her to big chain groomers and she always looks choppy. Steph did an amazing job and really worked with my dog and her distrust when they touch her paws ( she had been nicked 2 times at the big chain groomers) she smells amazing!! I am beyond happy! Shampoo, conditioner, brushes, towels, and apron, profession grooming tables and bath area. Blow dryers and complimentary bandana or bows. On top of all that the service was phenomenal, the vibe was amazing, chill bossa nova covers of popular music had me singing while I worked. I was even offered a beverage! 5 stars. Took my small dog Momo in for a full groom with Meshayla. We were greeted right away and filled out a single page of paperwork. If it's your first time at the groomers, don't forget a copy of your dogs vaccinations! It's clean, the decor is cute, the staff is friendly, and the prices are reasonable! And most importantly, my doggo was super cute!!! Her fur smelled nice and her breath smelled fresh too! My dog is super sensitive with her nails being trimmed, but Meshayla made her feel very comfortable. I felt compelled to leave a review for Bitches N Bubbles! Our dogs, Iggy and Gigi, are notoriously tough to groom, especially when it comes to nail trims--they're both very anxious about it. Bitches N Bubbles were incredibly patient and did everything they could to make the experience as stress-free as possible for them. While we weren't able to fully complete both nail trims (no fault of the salon--one of our dogs was not having it), we still made great progress. I was impressed by how knowledgeable, gentle, and understanding they were throughout the process. I have a Portuguese water dog that I've been told by various groomers can be difficult to groom when it comes to the actual cut because he's very sensitive around his paws... Stef is one of the few groomers in which my dog LOVES! All I have to do is show her a pic of how I like his haircut and she delivers perfectly every time!
