Bluefoot is a small, woman-owned business, and Monica, the owner, is truly wonderful. She spent time at every table, and we absolutely loved getting to talk with her and getting to know her. The first thing they brought to the table was a small bowl of fried plantain chips, and I have to say... they were THE BEST I have ever had! I even asked if they sell them, and thankfully, they do! You can purchase them to take home. For an appetizer, we ordered the chicken empanadas, which came with homemade hot sauce and homemade Sriracha sauce. Both were incredible!
