I checked on line and made an appointment for Friday, August 21st- the only available option was to do a 'Drop and Go'. All communications said bring your car in by 9:30AM. I dropped my vehicle off at 8:30am. Initially, I asked how long it would take, the woman working the desk said '3 hours'. The man says 'don't give her a time'. I leave my vehicle with the understanding that the car would be available before 5pm when the shop closes. I was told I'd get a message when it's ready. I called the listed number for the West Palm Beach location and speak to 3 different automated voice prompts before reaching the main customer service at the national level who says let me try and call the store. This was at 4:00pm, Naomi, the representative says they may or may not be done by 5pm. I take a ride-share over and my car at 4:54 is parked exactly where it was at 8:30 this morning. The woman at the front desk is repeating everything I say, with no additional detail. It's 5:12pm and my car has just been taken into the back for service. Expected work time: 2 hours. I can't stress this enough, please choose a different retailer, location or overall option. No apology or explanation for the inconvenience. 1 star is too generous.

And then I look at my glass and the pin prick size nick in the glass has spread and is now a semi-circle with multiple layers of riples. And the other Mexican man working there (name unknown) was down right rude, dismissive, laughed while talking to me and was talking to other people in the background while on the phonewith me. Longe story short, Charlie's Auto Glass showed up to fix a pin prick size nick in my window and left me with a huge shattered crack for which I now am going to have to replace an entire windshield. THere is a reason why your dealerships and other providers DO NOT refer Charlie's. They may schedule you quickly, but beware!!!!! The technician spoke absolutely ZERO English. He called his shop after I came down. Without saying a word or even trying to put me on the phone with an English peaking representatie, he got into the company van, windows up and drove away. That was it. This company came, they created problems, they left, and they take no responsibility. His first words, "you called for a quote" ?!? I give him the needed information - he quotes me under $100 cheaper than Safelite I set the appointment for the following day. Appointment was anywhere from 10am - 1pm :-/ but I'm assured it most likely will be close to 11am. At 11:29a I get the call that technicians would be at home within 15 minutes. I leave the gym but get stuck behind a funeral procession. At 11:40a I get a call saying technicians are at the home and need keys I was around the corner so he was telling the truth. I hand them the keys then call in to pay over the phone. Though paying in cash was an option (that I never take if I can help it). I went about doing errands they gave me keys back and continued to work. When I remember to check on them, just after noon, they're gone. Window has been replaced and no signs of broken glass. Efficient! As for all the names - no clue? I needed some tint re-worked on my truck, so I opted for Auto One. I was able to drop it off and let them take care of it while I went back to work. They were upfront with letting me know that due to the tint being computer cut they wouldn't be able to fulfill the request I had for the visor strip. After picking up my truck I saw they were indeed able to do the strip how I wanted. That was great to see! Thanks Kenny and team! It was pricey. But, sh*t what isn't expensive any more these days?
