The next day, I placed the fish in the air fryer and potatoes in the microwave. Potatoes needed butter and seasoning as they were dry and not much flavor. The fish...woah! Even reheated and crispy again from the air fryer, it was wonderful. I squeezed some fresh lemon on it and a little salt...wow! We'll go again but not plan on wanting to eat right away in case it takes as long to get our food again.
