Then I go to the desk and say I needed a copy of my perscrition and they staed I would have to pay an addtyional sum of 41.20 for it.I was not happy. this year my appointment for 06./11/2025 . so i goggled about paying for the prscription in New hampshire and found a federal mandate stating that they must provide patients with a copy of thier perscrition regardless if they ask for it or not. After talking to a manger I was told the fee was for them doing a refaction test. Had to get my glasses fixed a couple of months ago and walked into a beautiful new facility with fantastic lighting and displays. They have always worked with me for appointments and I have never felt rushed. They are top notch and have very high standards.

My wife and I have gone here since we were children. but after this experience i will use bleach for eye drops before i go back to this establishment. the fact that you knowningly employ that POS has entirely changed my oppinion about this practice, this buisness, and the people who run it. to you specifically sir. theres nothing negative enough that yelp will allow me to say to you. I decided to buy my Rayban eyeglasses at Lumen eye care back when it was called Illumineyes. Rather…read morethan buy them from a discount box store or chain store I paid a premium price thinking quality and customer service. I had to bring them back for an adjustment because the arm hinges became bent and they were adjusted. Earlier this year or late last year before they moved to their new location and changed their name, the hinges to the arms became misalign/bent again and they adjusted them a second time. This week I went to their new location and now called Lumen Eye Care because for a third time needed to be readjusted because again the hinges were bent/misaligned. This time when I checked in at the front desk and verified I bought these glasses there, a male person I think it was one of the doctors said I will help you. He asked what was the problem and I explained the issue and gave him the glasses. He took them out back and I was thinking like the previous visits he was adjusting them. Instead he was verifying I purchased them at the old location and name, when I bought them and knew I was backed at least once with this issue. He told me there was nothing he could do and it was a known issue with these Rayban glasses they don't even sell this particular frames anymore. So what changed from the last two times I been there.? They changed locations and name. If it was a known issue why didn't he tell me rather than fix them like the other two times? Didn't want to deal with products purchased at the old location and old name? I don't know the answer. I do know I will be getting a new prescription this summer and I do know I won't be buying them from Lumen Eye Care.

My eye sight is now all screwed up with severe headaches. I went to a real eye doctor at Massachusetts Eye n Ear and they were shocked on how different the 2 pairs of glasses same prescription.... Buyer beware Lens Crafters is a scam!!! I have hired an attorney, so they will have to pay my medical fees!!!
