We ate here for dinner on Friday night in July. Our reservations were for 5:30 for our party of 14. They seated us immediately where we had three tables together. I always check out the menu before going out to eat, and I was surprised at their large selection of entrees. It was busy being a Friday night so the service was slow. Drinks came out quickly but our main dishes didn't arrive for 1.5 hours. So it was at least 7 before we were eating. Now, I'm sure because we were a large group, they wanted everyone's dish to arrive at one time which may be why it took so long. However, the wait was worth it. I ordered the Enlightened Asian Chopped Salad with grilled chicken breast, baby field greens, napa cabbage, red bell peppers, carrots, crispy wonton strips, mandarin oranges with a tasty honey ginger dressing. I asked for the dressing on the side which they were happy to do. It was perfect! Everything was fresh, chicken was moist, not dried out. Everyone in the group was pleased with their dishes. The servers were attentive. The women's bathroom was clean. I didn't give it 5 stars since the wait was so long, but I would like to return again, but maybe not on a Friday night. The pathetic thing about it was after my order arrived and waiting over 30 minutes I expected to see nice slices of brisket with the rest of the items. I thought they had made a mistake and I told the waiter that I had ordered a brisket burger. I could see the bacon and everything else, but no brisket. The waiter then told me to lift the bun and doing so I discovered what seemed to be a tablespoon of minced meat of some kind, but you couldn't tell what on earth it was. It certainly didn't look like any form of brisket I had ordered and had the consistency of small minced, discarded scraps of some kind. The waiter apologized profusely and I wasn't going to let him take the hit for a pathetic product of the kitchen and whoever runs the place. This place was horrid from the start. The waitress was new and had a hard time finding our items her tablet, She was kind and helpful though. when we got our appetizers the cheese sauce was definitely fake and was maybe teaspoon on the whole thing. When my date got her side salad she said it looked like weed grass and was full of stems. her steak was supposed to be 8oz but looked like it was maybe 4 cooked. My steak was chewy and full of fat and ended up spitting most of it out. The salt shakers were caked solid from moisture and when we got the A-1 sauce the waitress brought us an empty bottle. My date didnt even bother with the chicken she got because you could tell that it was processed chicken and not an actual chicken breast. we said right there we would never come back. I didn't get a single refill while I was there and she talked to us a total of two times which was just because she had to take our order. So was surprised to see this really Nic sports pub only garners a 2.8. I've never been disappointed by the food or the service and the ambience is pure American sports bar. Today we ordered the wings appy and split ten between peppered bbq and traditional buffaloe. Wings were steaming hot sauces to perfection and large plump and tender. A great many wing places overcook their wings - these were perfect. Ordered the everything pizza. It was severed in a deep dish and the crust was awesome. As before when we visited I had one brand beer and one of the house variety. My only negative is that their brewmaster needs to get a clue. When you order a beer called "Hopstorm", you expect it to be over the top hoppy. No such luck - could barely call it an IPA! Sat at the bar, service was prompt and courteous. read more

The service with the hostess started out a little rocky when I asked her if there were any booths available and she said "not really" but went right over and sat us in one right away. She went through her monologue and left. The waitress save the day. Friendly and knowledgeable. Food decent but the Pizookies are outstanding. Try it you will like it. This review is mainly for the Bison Burger. Finding a place that serves atypical burgers is kinda hard. Traveling here from a diff city I had no idea where to look, all I know is that I wanted a burger and I didn't want beef. Thru my research I found this place nearby to my work and hotel. Placed online order that was pretty easy. I got it with fries which were very good I must add. So far I have ordered the burger 2x with fries and I really enjoyed it. On one occasion, I did venture off and I got the Cauliflower & quinoa power bowl with Salmon. Lemme tell ya, it was a lot of food. Maybe it's just me but i def couldn't finish it as one meal. It's big. If you have a huge appetite go for it, otherwise consider it as 2 servings. The only thing I got that I did not really care for was the Avocado egg rolls. Two coworkers hyped it up. It's not something I would have ordered on my own but I figured let me try it. Maybe I ate it too late, see I was preoccupied with trying to finish that large azzz power bowl that by the time I got to the Eggroll the weren't crispy anymore.. Lol. So yeah it was kinda a let down. I tried half a piece and it didn't hold my interest. Not sure if it was because it lost its "fried crispy" exterior. Before I even ordered it, i was already thinking I should just go buy a plain Avocado and just eat that. Oh it has some type of filling that I didn't care for either. I would like to try the sweet potato fries with my next bison burger order. Went back to BJ's for the third time in two months for half price pizza night and had a great meal! We got their pan style pizza which is reminiscent of Pizza Hut's but not greasy. The crust was crispy and fluffy, and the toppings were plentiful and delicious. Service was great as well, and the manager was great and really nice. Very happy to share a great experience and good food there. They have a lot of diverse choices and a really robust gluten free menu as well. Glad I discovered them recently and will continue to return. read more

My wife and I and our 2yr old granddaughter were shopping and decided to give them a 2nd try as it was our 33rd wedding anniversary. We had gone about 6mo after they had opened and had a very sub par experience. We didn't leave a review at the time chalking it up to working out the bugs. Today we were seated promptly and ordered an appetizer of cheese and chips. About a quarter way through them I noticed what I thought was a burnt chip (see pic) as I picked it out and looked at it I noticed it wasn't burnt but appeared to be moldy green/gray. I brought it to our servers attention to which she replied " that's gross" and immediately apologized. I asked if she could send a manager over. We are ones to be petty or complain and if with have a good experience while dining we leave positive reviews and tip accordingly. But when it comes to health especially that of our granddaughter potentially getting sick your damn right I will say something. A gentleman dressed as a cook/ chef came to the table and asked what the problem was. I should him the chip and he responded " I don't know how that could happen cause we make them fresh daily". He said he would take them off and walked away. Our entrees came and we just had the boxed up as we had lost our appetite. Our bill was over 65 including tip for the 3 of us. Being small business owners ourselves we know and value our customers experience and bend over backwards to assure that. BJ's being a corporate chain I'm sure should have no problem comping an entire meal but thanks for the free chips we couldn't eat. I assure you we won't be making a 3rd trip there! Had a great experience here! A few coworkers and I went for lunch. I ordered the lunch pepperoni extreme pizza with a bowl of soup. The meal was filling, service was quick, and food quality was great! I also had a reward for a free pizookie, so I chose the monkey bread pizookie. It was amazing! ABOVE & BEYOND....... The same night we had such a horrendous experience at O-Ch......... We decided to have our Veterans Day meal here. We get there ...no wait hostess said and we was seated right away. Our waitress (Elisha a corporate trainer) blessed us with her outstanding service. She asked how our day was goin, when she found out what had happened. She was so apologetic on behalf of the industry and commenced to deliver excellent service. Then the manager (Trey) came over and again apologize for the industry and comped our meal. We were and still are taken back at the kindness we was shown here. Just when you think the evening couldn't have ended any better. The GM came by (A fellow Veteran). He talked to us for a bit making our visit even more special. Well like I said the service was excellent . How was the food you say........ Amazing with in 10-15 min our food was there and was soooooo fantastic. I got the Pasta Ziti and she got the Shrimp Scampi Pasta. Rapping up our meal. Overwhelmed at the service and kindness we received here. Then oh yes there's more, our waitress (Elisha) put a desert menu down and said (desert is on me). At this point I'm about to tear up. This day is a special day for us Veterans and we absolutely felt it there. So we got the Strawberry Shortcake Cookie, topped with Ice Cream.... Oh my my my.. DELICIOUS is an understatement. Needless to say we left there bellies full, Grins going and our hearts filled. Would absolutely recommend going there. I know we will be back over and over. Are they wrapped in 14k gold or something! Their prices aren't consistent or cohesive either, how is a steak $3 more than a salad. I ordered the chicken with rice and beans, husband had a quac bacon chz burger, kids had wings, chicken sandwich, and chz burger. Plain chz burger was burned around 30% of the outside but the center was tasty and juicy. The chicken sandwich was fine but nothing special or worth the price, wings were wings Nashville Hot is not spicy AT ALL, guac bacon chz burger was the best thing we ordered and my husband said it's not worth the price at all. Now onto my food, I didn't eat the chicken because I don't like the taste or consistency of rubber. Spice & Flavor was good on the chicken, rice, and beans but I paid $15 for rice and beans. Bottom line, this place may have ok beer but they need knocked of their high horse b/c their food is way overpriced and I truly will never ever return. Service was meh, server was nice but we saw her twice and the hostess' were RUDE. News flash, you're the hostess and should be friendly & inviting, don't blank stare and roll your eyes when we check to make sure you didn't accidentally skip us b/c we've been waiting 5x longer than you originally stated and we've watched other parties come after us and be seated before us. Our bill was $104 for three kids meals, chicken/rice/beans, guac bacon burger and a beer. With tip that's $125 that I would have rather wadded up and thrown out a window. Been here 3 times since they opened. Every single time, bad service and tonight the food was terrible. Overpriced food too. We got a kale and brussel sprout salad. The brussel sprouts were missing and it was drenched in vinaigrette. Literally dripping. Kale had stems/vains. It just looked unappetizing. I wanted to just think we picked a bad salad. Food came it was less than mediocre. I asked for extra cheese and sour cream just so I could finish it. The sriracha brussel sprouts were hard with the butts not cut off, couldn't even chew them.
