Monday night. 845PM. Nice crowd. Waitress was kinda out of it. She barely raised her head to speak to us. She managed to ask us if we wanted a table for 2 then she gathered the menus and walked off. Being the jerk that I am, I didn't follow her. I wanted her to TELL us to FOLLOW her! lol She realized that we weren't behind her and she waved us over to the table. We ended up asking to be seated somewhere else. She mumbled. I thought she was hilarious - my man, not so much. Food was delicious. The ribs were fall off the bone good. I could've used more BBQ sauce. I asked for some onion strings that I saw piled on a salad and the chef obliged #happiness Server was great. Price was right. I'll be back again and again. read more

This place has good food but the service is always an issue. Either there's too long a wait or the order is wrong. Like tonight, I ordered curb side. It said It would be ready at 7:40. I was late because I knew it wouldn't be ready. When I get there there is a number to call. I had to call three times because there was no answer. Then when I got an answer they couldn't find my order. When they did find my order, I get home and my order is wrong! This is unacceptable, do better, I think this is the last straw. I enjoy this food and this place a lot, but I wont be return. This place simply doesn't value its customers. read more

So, if you order pickup, excellent customer service nd attention has to be spot on right? Well, I'm visiting that area and staying at a hotel near UM. When we get bk to the hotel from picking up the food (just one of use went to get the food), 1)the flatbread pizza is cold as if it cld not hv been piping hot. I was approx 25 mins away, but still no warmth to be found and I had heat on in my vehicle on the way there and back. 2) NO eating utensils which I added as an order item (You'd think it goes without hvg to ask since it's pick up and the likelihood is pretty high to need those to eat in the go...I picked up to go!), but I also indicated utensils for 3). 3) There's slaw in with my ribs. Isn't the spoil risk for the Mayo factor in slaw kind of high when in a warm environment ? Mainly I was really ticked on bc no utensils were placed in the bag. I had a birthday celebration for my sister's 62nd born day. And the waiters and waitresses along with cooks and manager on February 26, 2023 messed up multiple food orders. This was a big disappointment and disaster, very disappointing time for us. read more

I was sooo excited to go here. Dragged my wife out so we could go. I was sorely disappointed. The menu is extensive but the food is very average. Not bad but not good either. The server bragged about how good he was. Well after having served us I feel bad about the other servers. Again he wasn't terrible but he was not good either. I walked away thinking I had wasted my time and money coming here. It is for that reason I gave it one star. There are too many good restaurants in Laurel to come here.. read more

BJ's has a huge menu with plenty of options and drinks, and it ends up being a great place for groups. The food here is pretty decent, and they do an amazing job on desserts. I came on a Sunday night and got seated immediately. I ordered a prime rib with fries to start my meal while my girlfriend got the tacos for dinner. Both dishes came out very hot and it was great! I was worried that with such a big menu the quality wouldn't be as great, but they did a good job. The prime rib was juicy and the tacos tasted great. I passed over the fries and got the monkey bread for dessert, which came out to be the best part of the meal! I would recommend this spot for anyone with a big group with varying tastes. You won't get bored with the menu and it's a great location. read more

We miss going to BJ's Brewhouse in person. It was one of the first restaurants our little boy has eaten in, when he started eating solid foods! Seems like so long ago! It was a busy "work day for mom and dad" so we ordered delivery last night. Placed the order to be delivered between 5-5:15PM thinking delivery would take an extra 15 minutes so it'll be closer our toddler's dinner time with enough time to cool the food down. To our surprise food came before 5PM; this was way before we were ready to eat dinner. But fortunately we have an air fryer so could reheat things if needed. We ordered cheese bacon burger with fries and jalapeno cheese burger upgraded with a loaded baked potato. Also had an order for fish and chips (a family favorite) and tri-tip slider appetizer (both also came with fries). The fries with the burgers were a bit steamed, but nothing a few minutes in the air fryer didn't take care of. The only major issue we had was when we placed the order we had special instructions to keep the condiments on the side. We don't like soggy buns. They were not put on the side and the buns were soggy. :-( Other than not seeing our special instructions deliver was efficient and contactless and food was tasty (except for the soggy buns on the burgers). read more

A few months ago I ordered food from this location on Doordash. They messed my order up big time, so the manager on duty that night gave me a $25 courtesy card, which was nice of him. This evening I finally went in to the restaurant and used the courtesy card to order a large pizza for takeout. This time the food was good, but it took them almost an hour to prepare it. I was told by the manager on duty, who helped take my order, my pizza would be ready in 15 to 20 minutes. After waiting over 30, minutes I finally asked the employee at the takeout counter how much longer for my order. She went back to the kitchen to check. Two minutes later, another employee came from the kitchen and told me that the cook made a mistake and had to remake my pizza. I asked her how long will it take this time, and she said "just a little more time." The service is horribe. Some of the employees at this location are unprofessional and focus more on each other than their customers (from my observation tonight, including some managers). They fraternize and joke around with each other a lot. They can be heard in the kitchen from the bar and takeout area. This is not the first time I have witnessed this level of unprofessionalism at this location. It's okay to have fun with your coworkers, but not at the expense of the quality of service and the food. I will think twice before returning to this location again. It's not worth it. read more

We were part of a big party so maybe that is part of the reason for the 3 stars instead of a higher score. We ordered three appetizers: naked bone in wings, honey sriracha Brussel sprouts, and chicken club flatbread. First off, I would have liked the temperature of my food to have been a bit warmer. I ordered a classic mojito and it was just way so sweet. It took awhile to get refills on water. However, my favorite dish was the Honey Sriracha Brussel Sprouts so much so that I ordered them again. Don't buy pizza from here. These issues have nothing to do with COVID, the staff even claimed it was slow when I ordered. Undercooked, with huge disgusting dimples underneath, and diced tomatoes on top of a supposedly regular large pepperoni pizza.. as if the sauce wasn't tomato sauce. I was very disappointed in the two Santa Fe salads I picked up earlier today. I had asked for tortilla strips and dressing to be on the side. When I picked it up, both had strips on the salad. When I asked about it she said the order didn't say it. I said yes it did in special instructions. Her response " we can't see that", seriously? Then I get home and we both had a lot of ends of lettuce and mine had several pieces of brown lettuce. I ate about a quarter of my salad. The best was the chicken on it. Was hoping for better with each salad costing $17.95. read more

My kids and I just recently ate at this location (12/11/19) and this was the worst experience we've ever had here. We've gone here several times and it's always been fine but this time it certainly wasn't. We were seated pretty quickly but it went downhill from there. Our waiter took exceptionally long to greet us. I almost had to go find someone. After taking out orders it seemed like forever before getting our food. My food was lukewarm at best. My son ordered a BBQ chicken pizza that BARELY had any chicken on it. We were never even asked if we wanted refills on our drinks. Then to top it off I had to wait for my bill! I was super annoyed that I had to pay for the experience anyway let alone I had to wait for my bill. I think that if the waiter would have acknowledged the delays in the service I would have been more understanding but the lack of transparency on that level has really soured my taste with the restaurant. Came here with friends on Sunday for the Ravens Commanders game and it was not good at all. We had Summer and every time she came over I tried to get her attention to order food and she completely ignored me. Food took forever for some people. My boyfriend and his friend took some of the added gratuity (that we weren't told about) off as it said we could do on the check, and their bank statement now says the waitress added about $10 to each check! We also did not know about the happy hour locations, but we were not informed of this when we asked about what is offered until we got the checks and we were charged full price and that is when we were informed of the NFL happy hour ONLY being offered in the bar and patio. Mind you, there are no working TVs on the patio! We will not be going back to this specific location especially if Summer is working. Huge beer selection, lots of amazing pizza options, great variety in entrees and my favorite, lots of vegetarian options on their huge menu too! The mushroom appetizer is my favoriteeee, highly recommended. Also, Alexis is always my go to bartender or server, she's attentive and great- honestly a good reason I keep going back. I really really want to like this place... I have had bad deliveries from this location quite a few times. Before the closure, I would go in to order food to-go and it would take forever for my order to be ready (45 mins+). At the time, they had plenty of people on staff, so much so that waiters and waitress would crowd in the back by the to-go area and hang out and chat, while 1 person was answering phones, and helping people as they came in. I have eaten there in person a few times and found the food to be ok... I don't think the price justifies the quality of the food... If you want a spot that is great for TV, Deserts, Beer, and Alcohol this is a great spot. It is a brewer I guess... For edible food and customer service - I think it is better to look elsewhere... read more
