I've only tried a couple of things on the menu but everything is relatively solid. The broccoli and cheddar soup is especially good. Great selection of draft beer. Only 2 stars due to lack of service. Today at the bar the bartender could not have provided worse service. She was pleasant enough and nice enough but completely inattentive. It was uncomfortable watching other people wait 7 or 8 minutes for her to even come over and greet them because she was talking. Only 7 people at the bar. Their menu is huge! Reminds me of Cheesecake Factory and their giant menu. It's nice because there is something for everyone. I have only ever ordered through DoorDash and it was very good. We tried three things and each one was delicious. The burger I had was what you'd see in an advertisement. So perfect looking it almost looked fake I used to do delivery for GrubHub and that is how I knew about them. The two times I had when in their staff was super friendly to me while getting the orders. I'll probably stop in at some point for dine in. read more

Like most I dont write a ton of reviews but this place is so overpriced and low quality I feel the need to warn people to stay away. At $21.50 they brought me out the most nasty parmesan crusted chicken it was burnt and flat with a nasty weird taste definitely something frozen. I am adding an update that is solely based on the curbside to go process. The food was amazing. That being said: put an order in at 4:36pm for 5:15 pickup. Maybe they need to have longer options online when ordering? I don't know. But showed up at 5:14, right on time. 5:25, no one has come out yet, and I needed to pay still. I called, was told a few more minutes. Finally at 5:46, someone came out to get my credit card, then brought the food out 5 minutes later. So, I don't know if they should have longer lead times when ordering online? I don't know if online curbside orders are put at the bottom of the queue? But this has happened twice now to me and it's so disappointing. I haven't tried "to-go" but I may as well, because then at least I can go into the bar as opposed to waiting in my car for half an hour. read more

I ordered delivery via Uber eats. Part of my order was a steak an cheese, just the steak an cheese. I get it, and onions on it. Photo below, there slip on it says no onions. Also in photo an onion hanging out just to show. I call, they say call Uber eats. I drive to get another. I get home, and still made wrong. I call up, and all they tell me is to dispute with Uber eats. No offer of a credit or anything from them. I wish I could give zero stars. Twice, an you can't make a simple steak and cheese with o my steak and cheese. I paid for delivery, just to drive up myself and still be wrong. Ordered online through Grubhub and had food delivered about a month ago. I really was looking forward to it as I have been to BJ's in FL and had a wonderful experience. Unfortunately the wonderful experience I had did not happen in my delivery order from this location. For an appetizer I ordered the chicken pot stickers which were ok. The were a little rubbery. My husband ordered the BBQ Chicken Chopped Salad. It was a large portion of black beans, corn and crispy onions however lacked lettuce. There were only a few pieces in the entire salad. I had the Spicy Peanut Chicken with Soba Noodles. My dish is pictured in this review and in my opinion the size of the dish was laughable. It resembled a lean cuisine frozen dinner. The flavors were actually very good however it appeared I received a half order yet paid for a full order. This was the best dish out of the three items ordered. We are planing to give the restaurant itself a try as a friend of ours bartends here. I'm hoping the visit will increase my star review because I really like the location down south. The food at the Florida location was very fresh, flavorful and portions were decent. Maybe it will improve over time since it is still kind of new. Or it could end up being a place to visit the bar and have appetizers vs a place that you can order dinner from. read more

Brief Line Up Front: This place is like a nicer AppleBee's or Chili's. The reason I liked our visit so much is because we have a 5 month old and the waiter is the best we have had. The food is not exceptional but the service was absolutely top notch. Coming for a late lunch we were able to be seated immediately and they had a baby sling that let the wife and I put the car seat into it since our little guy can't support his neck very well for long periods. We had a bottle for our little guy and the waiter offered to bring warm water to heat it up in. This is an absolute first. Wife and I have been out countless times and this was the first time a waiter offered. His amazing service continued throughout our lunch and we walked away happy. I had the brisket burger which wasn't bad but I have much better. I was hoping for thick slices of brisket on a burger. It is more like chopped brisket tossed in a ton of super sweet BBQ sauce and tossed on a burger. Overall, it isn't bad, its just of a let down from what I was expecting. Wife really liked her french dip sandwich but our appetizer (smoked sausage) was really really bland. Usually for a smoked sausage you choose a sausage with a lot of flavor. This one tasted more like a glorified hotdog. The mustard for the dish was good at least. Regardless, the mediocre food was overcome by superior service. Honestly, we had a great meal with just the kindness we received and really enjoyed our time. Hopefully, if you come here you have the same great service. read more

A quick stop on the way to the airport yielded good chow in a clean comfortable environment. My bride ordered Chicken Tortilla soup in a Bread Bowl and really liked it. The top of the bread was baked in the oven with Butter and Garlic and was respectable. I had the Thursday Special, Baby Back Ribs with a salad and two sides. I chose the Tomato & Mozzarella Salad and the Chicken Tortilla Soup. It was very good. The Special was topped off with a free Pizzookie--Essentially a Pizza Chocolate Chip Cookie with Vanilla Ice Cream. It was very good. Almost five star territory. We had dinner at the Brewhouse. Service was subpar, at least our server was. Table behind us had a different server, completely different. The other server was more friendly and warm. Beer was good, got a flight of beers, they were out of the 2 beers that I originally wanted, but no biggie. Ordered chips and salsa as an app, chips were a little greasy. For entree, we ordered a shrimp and quinoa bowl, and a burger. All of their burgers are cooked to a medium. Note, my burger was definitely well done. Well we're to start. The menu is very extensive to say the least. As time goes on in sure they will stream line the menu to figure out what's hot and what's not. I had the golden beets as an appetizer. It took 30 minutes for 4 bites. Take for granted the place is new and the wait times will get better with exsperience and repitition. It's like being here and watching Bar Rescue. It takes time and mistakes to make it better. It's new have to give them time to adjust to training a reliable staff. Overall place is clean fresh n packed. As for my friends meal. Hamburger sliders...no grilled onions, hamburger was burnt. Meat was dry n crunchy. I'm sure the cook is overwhelmed. This place just opened a few months ago and we love it. It is now our go to place for casual food. Beer selection is awesome. I believe there are over 40 beers on draft. Menu is large, similar to cheesecake factory. Food has always been good. There is something on the menu that everyone likes. I would recommend signing up for rewards and the app. Today is get 20 % off just for paying with the app. Last note...the TV's are approximately 70 inches and can be seen at the barber from the dining tables. The wedge salad was wilted on the outside and not much blue cheese or bacon, the chicken wings were pieces of breaded dry dry chicken, with mostly breading! I had heard mixed reviews about this place, my daughter wasn't thrilled with it but she may have had a bad experience because sometimes gluten-free things are not that great. But my husband and I were trying to decide on a place and I wanted to try it. I'm glad I did! The service was fantastic, the food was delicious, the atmosphere wasn't too bad, except every TV had the same channel on so I think they should mix it up a little bit, not everybody who walks into a bar wants to watch sports. Also there was a impending storm at the time so every TV got knocked out anyway! my husband had the pork chop which was very thick, I think it was approximately two pork chops cut together and I think he had his potatoes and a vegetable, I had a big salad with all kinds of things in it. I wish I could remember the name of it but just take my word for it it was delicious! We went around 5 o'clock and it wasn't too busy. But right after we walked in it filled up. It's worth giving it a try, it was a really good size menu with a lot of options. My 5 year old daughter decided we should go to BJs for supper, as "Bj's rookies" our waiter, "Bald John" was MORE than accommodating. He is extremely knowledgeable of the menu, recommended items and informed us of specials. He was attentive, checked on us frequently and answered all questions. He is an exceptional server. We ordered drinks, MADE TO PERFECTION. Our appetizers were LARGE and delicious. Our meals were hot, tasty and exceeded my expectations. I've been to BJ's Restaurant and Brewhouse on many occasions and to be honest they have all been very disappointing. Tonight however was quite a different experience. Our waiter was Hunter and he was great. Very personable. Checked to see if we needed any but left us to enjoy our dinner without interruption. Just what we wanted. We ordered the avocado egg rolls as an appetizer and they were just so good. Two of us split with California flatbread. We really enjoyed it. We also got a side of French fires. Yen other member of our party order the fried chicken sandwich and said it was excellent. To drink one of us ordered a beer, one ordered a Cabernet and one ordered the sparkling sangria which was fabulous. All in all an wonderful dinner. read more

We usually order delivery from here and theirs is the best The few times we have been able to dine in are so worth it. Our appetizers are always the same, calamari and their Brussel sprouts. But now we have a new favorite, root beer glazed wings. So good. Tonight I went off my normal choices and order the blackened shrimp taco. It came as 2 healthy sized tacos with a generous portion of tortillas, black beans that were like a dip, salsa and a guacamole cream sauce. All delicious. I've been here twice before and we sat down and ate . Service and food were amazing, which is why we decided to go back a 3rd time. This time we took our toddler who was freezing due to the ac on a really cold night so we decided to go to the back and order take out. We placed our order at 8:19pm. We didn't leave with our food until 9:34pm. I checked our bags before we left to verify but our food was cold. The only thing that was still hot was 1 entree that they finished minutes before bagging our order. I only ordered 2 entrees and a kids meal. I would not recommend take out at the restaurant. Went to BJ's for the first time this week, expected it to be crowded as it's only been open a couple months maybe less. Typical for new restaurants in RI, swamped for the first few months then if it has staying power you can tell in about 6 months. The location for this one may be too good and they will stay busy far longer than they should. I will say out waitress was very friendly and did take care to come by quickly. Made suggestions and had answers to our questions. A couple appetizers may be a better option than a single meal, the menu is fairly extensive and there are plenty of options even for picky eaters like myself. Pizza is my favorite go to, and I'm very simple - I go for the basic cheese. I like all types, thick, thin, New York, Chicago, and Greek style as I call it which is all over New England. I was disappointed with the pizza at BJ's, they call it deep dish which I think is over selling it. My first thought was Pizza Hut pan pizza, I'm not saying that's bad, I can enjoy Pizza Hut pizza as much as the next person. It did not have the flaky, buttery crust you would expect from a true deep dish pizza. It was more of a risen dough type pan pizza. It had OK flavor, but was very dry. Probably a good place to go for a quick drink, or just to get out for an hour or so. Maybe a drink and desert ! We ordered 4 small items and asked for them all out at one time ... we got one, 30 minutes later we were still waiting.
