Fuck this place never again!! I went in today at the sunset 117th location to buy a matching bracelet and earrings they had advertised. when I get to the display all the placards were gone, meaning they sold out. I went up to customer service and asked if the store in Kendall had it in stock. The lady looked up in the computer and said yes they had 6 bracelets left and 3 earrings. so I hurriedly drove to the Kendall location went up to the display. and yes, they still had them, so I thought. Upon getting to customer service with the two placards the woman gives me a blank rude look and said let me talk to the manager. Ok I say to myself. Then she comes back a minute flapping her arms in her broken English telling me it's over it's over. I'm like what's over? are you out of them? you can't be, your system is showing you still have in stock. so Just what is over? she proceeds to ignore me and calls next customer up. I just told myself fuck this rude lady I'm Just going to leave and rip up my membership card and my wife's who the gift was for. I just can't believe the third world trash BJs have become. I later looked online and saw they were still on sale. pretty upsetting and disappointing it's worth paying a few bucks more for Costco at least they make good on their end. read more

This store is located in the heart of Kendall is great. It has a huge parking lot for every one. Great gas station ith inexpensive gas on the side of the store, for members only, of course, and with the price of gas being what they are today, it is really a bargain. Other BJs locations are either too far south or too far north. Nice liquor store with lottery machine. The liquor store has great prices and I love their sales every month. This store has it all with great prices and it is always fully stocked. The fresh food and vegetables are constantly replenished. The store is clean and the staff are very friendly. I brought 4 tires with a guarantee of free rotation, When I went to the tires service they send me to the store because they don't have any records ( by the way there is nobody attending up front ) you have to wait until someone who's in the back comes and is probably working by himself. I went to store they cannot find any records of my transaction. I went to the bank and got a copy of the statement with my purchase and went back and spoke to the supervisor... nothing, somehow nobody can find any record of my purchase. My mom constantly orders instacart from BJs and she's also constantly is missing items, employees can't find them, etc. Today, Jose delivered groceries, ALL the groceries. None were missing or incorrect. Jose was on time and such a pleasure to deal with. Even though he couldn't speak or walk right (I had a family member with a similar condition) he was my moms favorite grocery delivery person. I know BJs had nothing really to do with this experience (maybe employees at the time were helpful?) but I wanted people to know about JOSE the instacart employee. Decided to come back a second time and try my luck: Same result. No one at the jewelry department ever. I asked for help a numerous amount of times and employees who work there just told me to write down my item number and take it to the register. I explain I would like to see the item before buying it; apparently that was too much to ask for. I went to the "supervisor desk" and asked for help in the jewelry Section. This bjs is located on sunset drive and 117 Ave. and out of the bjs I have been this is the oldest. Their produce section is good but I do not like the way they have it arranged because is not in an organized way for me. They always have food tasting from different brands. Their food store is closed and Dunkin' Donuts is opening soon instead. They have gas station, tire repair shop and you can take to fill in your BBQ gas tank too. Plus they have a liquor store also with great prices and a vast variety of liquors. I recommend you this part of bjs specially around the winter holidays because they bring gift cases of all those drinks. The tire center staff is very friendly however their warranty they sell you on roadhauser is horrible and misleading. Be aware! They sell you a warranty for road hazard but they don't tell you it's only good for three years. No sign anywhere hanging says anything. You find out after you buy them and it's in small print on the back of your receipt. They are the only people that do this. No other wholesale club has this ridiculous policy. I have been calling every day for the last two weeks corporate to have somebody call me back from the store or regional manager. Still no response. We begin with helping himself to a 2 cups of coffee and let's not forget 5 hours later he gave us a quote of $81,000 he said he gave us Military discount which neither my husband nor I are military and a Senior citizens discount once again we are early 50"s after we said we need to think about it he offended us by mentioning I see you have a $65,000 sport car sitting on my driveway but you won't pay for windows we were blown away by his nasty attitude. So we told him to get out of our home . Stay away from FHIA/Bjs . We bought windows for a lot less from a more professional sale guy then this clown that offended us. read more

Isles have signs on the them letting you know what they have so you wont waste your time looking all over for what you need. The isle have plenty of room so shoppers can move around without running into each other It has Low prices for items that you get in Bulk! So if you are shopping here to purchase one item this isn't your Store! The staff is nice and helpful in finding the stuff you cant locate. So disappointed with this particular BJS tire center. Towed my vehicle to have a blown Michelin tire replaced. Counter/service guy tells me tire is out of warranty and not made anymore. Tire size also wasn't in stock and couldn't guarantee a pro rated tire cost. Replacement would take 3 days, told me to tow car back home and bring back the rim on Monday. Whatttt? Purchased these tires in 2016, only had 25,000 miles. plenty of tread left. I called Costco, they had a correct size replacement tire. Towed to Costco, bought another Michelin, installed, done. Quick great service. Costco has a full 10 person tire staff, this BJS has 1 or 2 people at the most and a crap shoot. No longer buying tires at this BJS. read more
