    We got pastry platter at the front display for Memorial Day and only a day later discovered mold, even though date for expiration was much later. It left me thinking they are selling leftovers packaged for holidays. Never again!

    Came here to get a wee bit of gas!! Seems to be the cheapest in town by the lines . Waited 20 mins to get to the pump! Gas has gone down a bit but the frustration of the customers has not! Beware of cursing and arguing customers that's free !! I did not have a problem but witnessed a couple of people behaving nasty! They don't d not get the memo-- 'it's the season to be jolly!!

    I brought 4 tires with a guarantee of free rotation, When I went to the tires service they send me to the store because they don't have any records ( by the way there is nobody attending up front ) you have to wait until someone who's in the back comes and is probably working by himself. I went to store they cannot find any records of my transaction. I went to the bank and got a copy of the statement with my purchase and went back and spoke to the supervisor... nothing, somehow nobody can find any record of my purchase. I don't know how this crap is acceptable today when is impossible buy anything without digital trace.

    Hate it ! Such a mess and expensive for the bad quality of products ! I would never shop here again one time was enough.

    Store is well stocked and so many parking spots with a gas station available that is always 10-15 cent cheaper than nearby stations

I had…read morea very difficult time getting a new washer delivered after my warrantied one broke, and Melissa saw the process through and made sure everything went smoothly. My washer broke a few weeks ago, and I got a return goods authorization from the manufacturer after they couldn't fix it. Unfortunately, I had to come into the store to get it exchanged. I was initially annoyed, but when I walked into the store, Melissa immediately came over and had me send everything to her email so she could take care of it. She told me what to do and who to see so I could get everything finalized. Then on the day of the delivery... nothing! I call the store and get transferred SEVEN times. Everyone is passing the call around trying not to make it their problem. That is, until Melissa gets on the phone. I explain my issue and she immediately remembers me and says she'll find out what happened. She calls back and lets me know they gave me the wrong date. And to expect it the next day. Next day comes and goes. I call back and ask to speak to Melissa specifically. She apologizes and says she will personally reschedule the delivery this time. She sends the confirmation and assures me it will go through. And it did, the delivery went smoothly. In a store where everyone seemed anxious to pass my issue onto the next person, Melissa took ownership of the process and ensured a smooth delivery. I'd ask for her if I had any issues again. TLDR: Melissa Torrens from customer service is the person you want helping you if something goes wrong.

The new model is put your phone number in a queue as soon as you get in to the store. I did the mistake of not doing that thinking I'm just going to easily find what I came for but no such thing! A computer monitor needs a bit more help to find so I had to go back and put my name on the list because the monitor I wanted was not easily available as I thought. It had to be brought from the back... Having said all of that, don't make the same mistake I made of trying to ask a random worker for help. I guess their system works if people follow it right? Lol Well the store is very pretty. The layout changed from the older model. The computer area is my favorite! Very organized and cool looking. Their prices are still competitive compared to online shopping so in that sense, I don't mind shopping in person to actually see the products and play with it a bit before purchasing!

They had one small girl doing all the work. Between checking people out and pickup orders. Meanwhile I had to go tell the guy that a greeter to have someone help her out. There was 3 people in line ready to pay and 3 people waiting to pick up. No one noticed she needed help and no one offered. Definitely not working as a team here.

    Went in to look through and compare a couple of TV options. DId some initial looking with some…read morenotes. Plenty of options as most displays should. We could see the prices are comparable n competitive to other retailers. Jonathan professionally approached us and introduced himself simply offering support for any questions we may have. We continued and after some more notes, we approached him and he facilitated information, answers, and experience. In the end, we decided on 2 TVs, personal upgrade interest. We also took advantage of an incoming need of a mattress and asked Jonathan to assist. We narrowed down and selected a purchase. Unfortunately, the item was erroneously showing as in stock but actually not available. Jonathan made all efforts to locate and facialte a replacement that met our needs. I chose an alternate option as it was for a non-local location use and had to acquire at that other city location. We asked him to update and refund that purchase and again he diligetnly supported the refund transaction. Our alternate choice was not reflective of Jonathan's service, salesmanship, or of Brandsmart. He was always professional, honest, and very communicative even after hours to ensure we were satisfied.

It was packaged and sold as a new item. The following day I tried to return the defective or used item back with my receipt. To my surprise, I was refused the return by an employee, Angel Vasquez, who stated he was the Brandsmart USA (located at US-1 and SW 159th Street, 16051 S Dixie Hwy) South Dade manager. He accused me of using the item and declined the return of the defective or used item. Luckily it was worth less than $20. Can you imagine if it had been a $1,000+ TV or other expensive item. Do yourself a favor and avoid shopping at Brandsmart USA stores. First return ever and worse experience. It's disappointing that a store like this would, first off, sell defective items or used and try to sell like new. Does not provide the opportunity to even hear the customer's report. Simply shuts the opportunity to either replace or return the item. It is truly concerning that we have stores like this stealing from consumers.
