That being said, I could only give Gorman's a 3 because they employ the most unhappy person who is rude, snarly and very unpleasant. I dread seeing her at the checkout lanes and will avoid her. She is unprofessional, mean and is a detriment to your business. I wouldn't still have my job if I acted the way I've been treated by her. I even had a conversation with another customer who witnessed her surliness and received the brunt end of it too. So it's not just me who experiences it. I thought at first that maybe it was just a bad day, but she is like this EVERY DARN TIME! The other ladies and gents at Gorman's are perfectly friendly and helpful. One bad apple spoils the bunch tho.

Did you know you're money isn't really a donation to Children's Miracle Network? It's actually a donation to Speedway's bottom line - they write off your donation. And they have a photo of the kid they "sponsor"...the photo hasn't changed in years, I'd be hard pressed to believe he's still a kid. Lastly, and perhaps more importantly, this is one of the most expensive gas stations in the area. If you go south east, you'd be better off getting a Sam's membership and buying there. Southwest, the Admiral station at MLK and Grand River. North? Go to the Speedway or Murphy's in St. Johns. I easily save at least $5 every fill up just by not filling up here.

Tons of space to move around in the parking area and pumps. The pumps are pretty new looking and snazzy. I loved the inside because it was a really nice clean setup. They even had a pizza station! They had a bar area with some stools if you wanted to sit and eat in the store as well. Staff here was pleasant and quick. I would gladly stop here again on my way out of town. Thank you Speedway!
