They now have a restaurant. They recently took over the old DQ on Murray Holladay Road across from the old mall. Sad to report they have a lot of work to do. First they really need to deep clean the place. There were still lots of tiny flies, it's November, crawling on everything. The tables and chairs felt like they still have a coating of greasy dust. Next, let people know your not ready to open or soft opening instead of full open. No straws, ice, lack of menu items, very disappointing experience. This food truck is similar to the Break restaurants but different. For instance, their Buffalo mac is grilled chicken and no bleu cheese crumbles. It was still cheesy and delicious though! Small to go box was $15 but a good portion. Last time I ordered a garlic burger and wasn't very impressed. I eat the original garlic burger, it was the most expensive burger I ever tried ever $18~ after taxes, they charge you for cheese on your burger (do not come with cheese) meat is a premade meat from Sam's Club or anything similar, they only put minced garlic from Walmart on top of the burguer and called it 'unique', just bread, meat, lettuce, onion and tomatoes, NO FRIES definitely not worth the price. Service was ok most like bad, when I went to the truck there was nobody inside, the guy was smoking probably or doing something else I had to wait outside in the cold until the guy came and start to pick my order. Food truck doesn't have maintenance since ever, all the other food was expensive too I didn't tried anything else but ~12$ for a Sam's Club Mac and Cheese is just unacceptable. read more

Not impressed. The prices are inflated for what you get and the time you wait. They ran out of mac and all chicken dishes (sandwiches, etc) about 10 minutes into our event so the garlic burger was really your only option. It definitely seemed like they were unprepared. I wouldn't eat here again or recommend them; there are far better food trucks than this one. read more

Pretty disappointed in their burger. I got the Original Garlic Burger and a side of Mac. The Good: The Mac was delicious I took the tinnnnnyyyyy Bag of chips and crushed them up and sprinkled on the Mac which was already delicious without the chips The Bad: The Burger was highly disappointing. The patties they use look and taste like the frozen on clearance ones at Smiths. Super Thin and dry. Served on French bread why? I got 90% bread with 9% meat and 1% fixins. All this for $25 Suggestion. Scrap your meat its horrendous. Hand make your burgers. Use fresh ground beef. You can prep and frigerate it and still be better than your current supplier. If you wanna use French bread cut it in half and double stack your patties. It'll make it look and feel like a $20 burger. read more

At the Holiday store. Sad place. No customers. Help did his job but just. No smile, no greeting. Looks and feels dirty. Mac and cheese was barely warm. No customers but. Tables were dirty, as were the ketchup and mustard bottles. Food was served on a dirty tray. Cant tell for sure as my up close vision isn't great but there was either 2 dead bugs or bits of tiny napkins on tray. Never again. read more

I went to their newer brick and mortar store, the old DQ in Holladay. Sadly, this place still needs some work. Everything we got was likely frozen and just fried/cooked. We got chicken strips, boneless wings, and a burger. Their curly fries and cheese curds were good, and I like that you get fries and a drink with each entree. That's where it ends. The burger, oh the burger. Easily a frozen patty, zero flavor, zero texture, they use American cheese, and their bacon is chopped up and put on top. I ate maybe 1/4 of it. My husband said the sauce on his wings was a premade bottled stale tasting sauce (he tried two different kinds and neither were good). Also, it made my husband and I just feel gross afterward, not great quality. If they want to be successful, they really need to MAKE their burgers. I didn't try the Mac, which from the other reviews, sounds like it's good. We likely won't be back. read more

These guys were in my neighborhood yesterday and we decided to give them a try. Who doesn't like a garlic burger? First off, I couldn't even detect a slight hint of garlic, not even a hint. It seems as though the cook forgot to add that one detail to our burgers while he was grilling them to perfection? Wait, he didn't grill them to perfection either, they were still very pink. There was zero sauce, pink meat, and NO FLAVOR. The tomatoes were overripe and get this...they don't have a menu and they don't display their price. What the heck? You'd think that after each and every person asked the same exact question that someone would get the bright idea to add pricing to their menu, but, here we are. We both threw away our $12+ burger because of how gross these burgers were. I'm still wondering how you forget to add garlic. SMMFH. read more

I ate their Garlic Burger last Saturday, and it was so good I went back 2 days later for another one! The burgers are HUGE and juicy so come hungry! They are served on a soft French bread bun and are seasoned to perfection. The second time I went, I got a side of their Mac and Cheese, and it was heavenly, with cavatappi pasta and a creamy cheese sauce. You can get it bacon topped as well if you are a meat lover. I will definitely be back for more! read more

This was a food truck that was at my work today. To say I was unimpressed is a very big understatement. The original garlic burger was what I ordered. For almost $18, I was really expecting more. The patty was nothing bigger than a cheeseburger patty from McDonald's. There were two of those. It was also pretty overcooked and dry. I also didn't taste garlic. It must have either not been on there or it was overpowered by the rest of the stuff that was added. A coworker ordered the Mac. That was just dry tasteless food there. Fantastic! The two who run the truck are amazing. Super friendly, sweet, and understanding people. I 100% recommend you give them a try if you are ever in the area. I had some mac & cheese and it was honestly perfect. I usually don't eat mac and cheese and I would go back for more. Food trucks can cost alot to run and their price is worth it. I was so excited to get a garlic burger from this place since I remember how great they were at Cottonbottom. We went when they were at Millcreek. Well, we were so disappointed. The burgers were just frozen round patties with minced garlic on top. The patty was very dry and over done. The bun was hard and stale. They did not look nothing like the pictures posted of the garlic burgers. I would say for the quality and what we got the price is way too high and not worth it at all. I wish I could rate this ZERO stars. 1st off you don't get a Garlic burger and Mac and cheese. you can get 1/2 lb garlic burger (like picture in google) for 17.95 and then if you add Mac and cheese it's an additional 9.95.. so almost 30.00 for ONE meal!! I ordered the 1/4 garlic burger (assuming I'd get a side of Mac and cheese) since it was $14.95 but NOPE I got a 0.25 cent bag of classic lays chips and the bun was way thick probably to make the whole "burger" look bigger so it filled the styrofoam to go box! I make better garlic burgers at home for 1/4 of the cost! so glad I stood outside in the cold for nothing read more
