Both places estimated repair costs at $250-350 to change out the auger belt which included pick-up on the snow-blower. They estimated it would take at least a few days. Then I call Leroy's. The manager, Rick asked me to send him an email with my address and a picture of the sticker with model number. He responds that they can pick it up the next day (Tues) and that I'd have it back by Wed. They come get it Tues at 9am....and have it back to me by 12:30 the same afternoon. They also adjusted one of the brake releases for me too. Total bill was only $148 with door-to-door service. I'll recommend these guys to anybody who needs work on their snowblowers or lawn equipment. Absolutely fantastic service at a great price!

If we had called a firm like Sears I honestly am not positive they would have provided similar advice because they make money by selling washers, dryers, etc. The great news our dryer was fine and my wife had actually fixed the issue earlier, but we gained peace of mind in knowing our dryer was in excellent shape and that if we had an issue we had a relationship with a firm that we could trust.

It's really nice to find someone especially a small business who does business like my dad used to. It's very reassuring to know I have someone to call on when I can't do it myself. When I first spoke to Juan, I told him what my problem was. He gave me a guesstimate over the phone. We arrange to have him come and pick it up. He looked it over and check it out.
