No frills coffee cafe. What you would expect. Decent food and coffee. Good vibe in general. It's a coffee shop.

The breakfast offerings were large meals. The food was good, but it was twice as much as I wanted. It was not possible to order a la carte to get a smaller amount of food. The service for ordering was prompt. The server was a bit slow at removing dirty dishes from the table. We sat outside under umbrellas in filtered shade. There is also indoor seating. This cute little cafe just opened right by my house and I've been looking forward to trying it. My husband and I came here today for a quick bite. So they stop serving breakfast at 11:15am and lunch at 3pm. We got here at 2:50 just in time to grab a sandwich. My husband got the club added avocado which they didn't add ( it was added to my side salad ?) I got the smoked turkey sandwich. So they come with a salad and fires. Took about 20min to make. Second time we have tried to eat here. Once a while ago and then today. Both times they were no longer serving breakfast. The first time we got there at 10:50 am and were told they stop serving breakfast at 10:45 am. Today we got there at 10:10 am, and we were told they just served the last table breakfast and did we want lunch. I asked don't you serve breakfast until 11:00 am. We were told no that's only on weekdays. No where on their website does it say this. This restaurant is so difficult. It seems you would serve later on weekends, but not them. Won't be trying to go there anymore. I guess they don't need the business. We're done with them. So if you want to get breakfast there, they change the time they serve randomly according to their mood. Customer service stinks too. read more

I was really hoping this would be a nice place to meet with my friends or clients and to have breakfast. But unfortunately our experience was subpar!! It took forever to get someone's attention to order and the manager/owner has an angry vibe. When the food finally came it wasn't good. This review is based on my interaction with the woman at the register. I walked in with my two kids in tow, grabbed a menu and was asked if I was dinning in, I responded yes and she proceeded to tell me it was going to be quite a wait, continued to emphasize "like a lonnnngggg wait" she said there was still 5 families ahead of me waiting to eat. I said okay, and she said again "like a long wait at least 35 minutes" I started looking around for a table and then she said "well more like 50 minutes to be honest" I didn't chose this place so I decided to wait for my girlfriends to arrive to tell them how put off I was from that interaction. We found a table outside and sat down, when my two girlfriends showed up she came out again and asked us how many were in our party and if our children were going to eat too..? I don't understand the reason she would ask that and in that tone, she kept ranting that she needed to see if she had enough food and that she needed to speak to her chef and blah blah blah, at this point I told her we were going somewhere else and she quickly said okay! All cheery, talk about biting off more than you can chew, if you can't meet the demand of the business don't open one, it was 10:30 am and you're running out of food?. The food here is very good. The service is so bad we'll never go back. We've dined in multiple times and have witnessed the poor staff attitudes that accompany the long wait times. The last two times we went in, we left with no food. Once because we sat for 32 minutes at one of the six inside tables before any employee said anything to us. The second time, I was told they're not taking to-go orders when I tried to order at the counter. After packing up the baby to place a to-go order in person because the they don't answer the phone. Every time we go there the service is slooow. Seated by the waiter outside, it was 5 minutes before he approached the table to tell us he was going to bring us menus. (Inefficient) he knew we were seated and needed menus. So he went inside and several minutes later he came out with something for another customer, but no menus. (Inefficient). He said he was super busy and that I would have to wait. I went inside to get menus and had a few words with two girls at the counter. They gave me menus and then assured me the waiter was trying really hard and that her very busy. The waiter then confronted me and was upset that I referred to him as "Tweedle Dee" to the girls. And then he proceeded to tell me how hard he was trying to take care of everyone. Instead of getting busy taking care of us, he wanted to be confrontational. Pissed off, we left and will never go there again. His time management and situational awareness are lacking. Needs to thicken him skin too, what I called him was a compliment compared to what this old Marine could have done. On a different note, we will miss the food! But, I refuse to lower my expectations for the customer service I expect... this guy missed the minimum.
