I was almost to the point of breaking down and buying a new sofa. There's nothing wrong with it, but the cushions were so flat and worn, it was really uncomfortable and an eyesore. It goes terribly wrong. Yeah, I ruined my beautiful leather coat by simply taping on fake patches. So, I called tailors all over the city asking if they can repair it and all of them said, "Nope. It's ruined for good." But then, I remembered these miracle workers (Kate and Michael) at Diversified Repair Service in Englewood who had fixed my leather couch years ago. So, I called them!
