After a day of hiking this place was SPOT ON! We love finding spots where the food is good and the people working are laid back and easy to talk to. 100/10 recommend!

My husband and I stopped in here our last day in town last month when were visiting the area with our dogs to hike at New River Gorge. It was one of the pet friendly options I had searched before we went and it ended up being one of our favorites. They have a small, pet friendly patio that we sat on and were shaded from the heat under a big umbrella. The dogs each got their own little water bowls upon arrival. Our server was prompt and friendly and made sure we had plenty of water during our stay. I had a side salad and a chicken salad sandwich that was seasoned perfectly and was very fresh. My husband had a side salad and a burger and really loved what he ordered. He said it was a great portion size, juicy, and seasoned well. It's a cute little place kinda off by itself and they have pinball inside that would have been fun to play if we had been traveling solo. I definitely recommend stopping in if you are in the area!

Cozy and fun eclectic atmosphere with sweet and efficient staff. The Dolly Sandwich was divine, perfectly balanced uniquely paired flavors with the most exceptional jam tying it all together. Also, the staff were so accommodating and helpful at allowing us to put together plates with various items from various dishes across their menu that our picky little eaters would eat!

Such a unique and cool place! We always try to find these types of places when we travel, and we were lucky when this one popped up. Great food. Cool ambiance. And super friendly staff. I always rate a place by determine if I would return. The answer is a resounding YES.

The skates looked like the original skates I wore in the 90s but they still function. I guess things were made better back then. The music was loud, too loud really, and it was crowded. But Santa was there. And the kids enjoyed the play area and it was pretty clean. The bathrooms could have been cleaner. The staff was helpful and attentive. The prices weren't terrible. Cons: We went just for Laser Tag, and I've never seen such a poorly run operation. We were told to go to the arcade area (very small) and ask for it there. The guy signed us up, then didn't utter a word and skated off to the rink to have fun. We waited for almost 2 hours before they called the laser tag groups. Session lasted for a few minutes, and half of that was spent changing broken equipment. We tried doing another session, but were told it would be a while, and the guy skated off again. My son left in tears after that, and we'll never be back. Not that it's really the fault of the business, but there were kids throwing bouncy balls on the skating rink and chasing after them without skates on, and they were allowed to continue. Very dangerous, I wouldn't want to skate there.

We chose the "extreme fun" pass for everyone and were told that the infant would be the same price ($24.99) for everyone. What? She can't even walk. That's crazy. But okay fine, a policy is a policy, she can watch. So our total for 6 people was $150 + socks ($3 each) + tax but wait! There's a 5.5% fee for using a credit card so another $8+. The website casually mentions a "discounted cash price" but a 5% upcharge is absurd. In 2026 who carries around that kind of cash? When we asked about this up charge, the attendant grew very defensive and began trying to explain that the credit card company requires the charge and that it's not a fee they can eat as a business expense because they have to pay for Virginia gaming taxes or something. Look, I get it, I work in customer service too and don't always agree with my employer's policies (but still have to support them) but this man was acting like the fee would come directly out of his paycheck and being quite aggressive about it. We aren't stupid and know that businesses have out of pocket costs but pretending like they need to be passed on to the consumer at an exact 1:1 ratio is silly, ESPECIALLY when you're charging $3 for a $0.10 pair of socks. Anyways, we paid and kept it moving. The kids liked jumping and then the older girls liked the climbing walls. It wasn't very crowded and most of the bigger kids/teens were corralled in one of the dodgeball courts. I assume this is where all of the employees were too because there was absolutely no one available anywhere else on the floor. Not a huge deal because we had plenty of adults and our younger kids were safe to play on the other surfaces. They really liked the small playground (although it really should be more like 8 and under, 12 is pretty big for an area obviously for younger kids). The foam pits in the jousting area and ladder section were disappointing because the foam is old and crusty off and pretty gross but the trampoline parts were fairly clean. There is a section with "ninja" kind of activities that seemed to be an afterthought and had a lot of unfinished wood and a dangerous open area to the bottom of the trampoline springs that we stayed clear of but could be a big issue for older kids. When we were all getting tired of jumping and wanted to do the arcade and bumper cars is when things started going downhill again. We asked the person at the front for help with the bumper cars and he said someone on the floor could help but there was no one to be found. One employee at the front desk, one at the snack bar, and not a soul on the floor, no one at the climbing wall, and not a soul in the arcade/big slide area. They finally managed to find someone but were visibly annoyed so it was an uncomfortable situation. After we were done doing arcade games we went to the prize area to cash in our points for trinkets. The kids mostly played games that didn't get many points so I knew we wouldn't have a lot but we had 3 cards and wanted to combine the points to get a couple very small items. There were other families there with a gazillion points though and the man working there seemed super overwhelmed by the process and focused on their high ticket items, which is understandable. He told us the individual amounts but then when he was combining them the amount was somehow less than they were alone? He kept adding them but as other people came up he'd start doing things with them and mixing up everyone's cards. It was super confusing for everyone, especially our 2 kids who kept picking out treats and then being told actually no wrong amount. He finally came up with a number that was in the same ballpark as the initial individual cards and we got a couple bouncy balls. Overall, this was quite a day. The jumping part was fine but the customer service overall needs some serious help. They are obviously significantly understaffed which is annoying at best but potentially very dangerous with no one on the floor. The credit card situation is annoying too and should be more clear on the website, but truly the ability to take cards is a business convenience and expense that I expect a business to absorb.

To be honest, it barely has any presence at all: you can find very little about the place online, or even on the mall's website itself, and it has no direct phone number (the number I am adding to the listing is the mall's main directory). I should probably mention that it is in unit 790, on your right after you exit the JCPenney so you have a fighting chance of actually finding the place. So then you might be inclined to wonder: why did I care enough to find an arcade that doesn't seem to want to be found? Simple: I wanted to find a DDR machine to play, and there simply aren't that many anywhere these days. According to an old online source, there used to be a Tilt arcade here in Huntington Mall that had a DDR machine. I figured it wouldn't hurt to check, so I decided to stop by when I was already in the area for a Homegoods visit. Well, Tilt is no longer here, though it seems it was bought out by a local operator and rebranded as "Fun Time Arcade". Seeing as how I was the only customer there when I went, I'm curious if they informed anyone they still exist. As you can tell by the pictures I've added here, it's a bit like the nearby Camden Park: some old school charm but mostly just old. There is not a DDR machine; sadly they only have a Pump It Up one, which is far less fun. However, if you're into claw machines or ticket-winning games, they have tons of those, and they are filled with interesting prizes I haven't seen anywhere else (I got the distinct feeling they pretty much just put whatever they wanted into them, haha). Also, they have an original Time Crisis light-gun game, which is pretty cool since you can't find them at other arcades now that they have been replaced by Time Crisis 2 through 5. I didn't check out the prizes since I'm not really into ticket games, though they appeared to have a wide selection. As it stands, this arcade is fun to drop by if you want to play a light-gun game or bring some younger children to spend half an hour or so. Outside of that, not a ton to recommend it, and since arcades are somewhat out of vogue these days, I can't blame the owners for not being willing to shell out for some newer or classic games. Don't expect much, though still stop by if you really like arcades like I do. Overall: 2.5 out of 5 stars ----- Pros: - It's pretty much the only arcade around. You'd have to drive all the way to Charleston to find anything better. - The machines are well-maintained, I barely saw anything out of order (a rarity for modern-day arcades). - Games are affordable, with most of them costing about 50 cents a pop (and 25 cents for some of the claw machines). No tokens here, just quarters, so no worries about getting stuck with tokens you can't use. Cons: - Not a great variety of games, and don't expect to find anything that came out within the last 7-8 years. That said, don't expect too many classics either. - Not really a ton to keep you entertained for very long unless you have kids who love to play games that win tickets. Even if you enjoy shooting, racing, and claw games, you might get about 20 minutes of entertainment out of the place.
