At first I was overwhelmed and didn't know what I was getting into. But as I walked around the store, I picked out a few to try on. The ladies there were super nice and patient with me. I must of tried on 6 different pair of boots and did plenty of walking around in each pair. I wasn't rushed about making a decision at all. We were able to browse the different varieties in the men's' section, but really needed someone to do his measurements so he could place the custom order. It took a good while for someone to notice us and then also be willing to come talk with us. The lady who did come over was pretty aggressive in her sales pitch-saying that the pricing we saw was going to change after tomorrow, so we'd better hurry and buy. It felt a little icky, and we ended up not buying a suit. I wonder if it's true that in-person shopping is really dwindling. Service seems to have gotten apathetic and the furnishings in the store were abysmal (see the picture of the horribly beat up chair in the men's section.) For the higher-end clothing that this store carries, I'd love to see the rest of the experience elevated to match what customers may expect.
