The presentation, food and server were amazing. This was the best meal, I have ever ordered on DD. I had to call. Emily and the guy who took the phone call and the back staff also need a compliment. The manager had to run an errand .. this was 10/10! Tell your staff what a wonderful See you never do this for anyone that's why I didn't know that I had to wait until giving you my whole experience. Stopped in here on a Friday night. Was seated promptly! Opted to sit in the taproom side. Less fancy with music playing. Waiter was friendly and attentive. Ordered the round town burger medium. It arrived medium well, however, was flavorful and delicious. The bourbon glazed onions and malt vinegar aioli paired well with the burger. The fries were crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. Left a google review on our experience and the owner decided to get on and show their "professionalism " or lack of. Would definitely not recommend this place for a nice steak dinner. Somehow they can't even manage to serve fried coconut shrimp without burning it. My steak was a nice cut, but they completely charred(tasted burnt) on the outside. The steak was cooked on the inside to my liking. I asked for steak sauce to help wash it down and the manager was less than pleasant. We will Not be going back. We've came here twice too see if the service would be different and if it'd change our opinion. For us sadly it didn't change. Our Order: For starters our sppetizers were the buffalo chicken dip and the spinach artichoke dip. Our main dishes were the Pasta Primavera and Round town Burger with fries. Our drinks were the wrench and whiskey and a black diamond mule. Execution of Our Order: the spinach and artichoke dip was great it had great flavor and was very enjoyable. The buffalo do tasted like it was out of a can and was very unappetizing to be honest. The pasta was cooked perfectly, the vegetables could be cooked a little bit more, and the sauce tasted great. The burger was overcooked and unseasoned which made it kind of dry to eat, the Fry's were fine and tasted okay. The drinks were interesting, we were not a fan of the house drinks personally. We tried to order regular mixed drinks but the bar didn't have half the ingredients which was disappointing. Seating: we sat on the bar side at the high top both times we were here and we liked those. They have booths, low tables, high tables and bar seating available. Staff and Services: our server both times were not very attentive, we came later in the evening and there was not very many people so really no excuse to not check on us. We waited 10min after being seated before we got her to take our drink and appetizer orders. She brings us our drinks and we asked about the appetizers she said they was coming. So we put in our food order. Here's where it was backwards, it took 20 min to get our food no worries but still no appetizers she apparently had forgotten to put them in so we got them shortly after we got our food. I was very excited to try this restaurant, since we don't really have steakhouses in the area. However I was disappointed after my first experience there. I got the Round Town burger which was very good, however it came out about 20 minutes after the rest of my group's food. Nearly everyone was done eating by the time I received my entree! I also got the potatoes au gratin, which were absolutely not au gratin. They were diced potatoes, which wasn't a big deal, that just isn't an au gratin potato, so it shouldn't be listen on the menu as that. But the cheese/cream sauce on it was gross. It tasted sour or like it was very vinegary. I did not finish those, nor did another person in my party who also ordered them. Some of my friends got steaks and said they enjoyed them, but no one was overly impressed. Additionally, several people in my group did not receive their sides when our waitress brought out all the entrees and they ended up telling the waitress not to bring them because we waited so long for our food. It was busy, so I was patient, but no one likes waiting for 1.5-2 hours for their meal. I was able to get 1 drink and never could put in an order for another because our waitress barely came by our table. Actually, I think we did order another round of drinks which we never received! Thankfully I was not charged for that though. I also was only able to get a water refill once. My husband got a flight of some of the beers and we did enjoy those. So...unless they work out some of the kinks of their service and wait time for food, I will not be going back. Because The Waverly location is not available I am Leaving my review here. Four of us had dinner in Waverly 7/24. We ordered Prime Rib. At first we were told they were out, we asked our waitress to double check with the kitchen as it was 5:30 pm and there was 6 people in the restaurant. She came back and said they have it. All for of us ordered it. All the portions had been grilled and this was not prime Rib. Prime Rib doesn't get grilled. My cut was 1/4 thick grill marks not Prime Rib. The waitress tried she was brand new. The Bar was a mess, We had to wait a long time for drinks and there was hardly anyone in the bar/restaurant. The bartender was new, working with an experience one. We had Old Fashions the first two were great the last two were undrinkable. This location won't stay open long read more

We loved all our food! My husband got a burger and fries and he said it was fabulous. I got potato skins and a flight of beer. All four of my beers were yum and my potatoes were crispy and yummy. This is a steak restaurant in downtown Circleville, that 90% of the people cannot afford to eat here. I love steak, but even I could not fathom spending $57 for a bone in ribey, so I got the lasagna, it was good, but like warm at best. Honestly the green beans were the best part of the whole meal. Wife got the potato skins, they were burnt, and the cheese appeared to be out of a can. Honestly, don't waste your time, keep driving past this restaurant. Our first and last time. We ordered salmon and chicken parmesan with the buffalo chicken dip as an appetizer. Both dinners were tasteless, no flavor at all. My baked potato was served with hot/liquid butter, absolutely awful. The buffalo dip was ok, tasted like the kind I make at home, nothing special. Absolutely the worst prime rib I've ever had! Over 1/2 Of it was fat. My mother's steak was black on the outside and raw on the inside and was ordered a medium well steak. Made reservations the same day and were seated on time. Wait staff was friendly and multiple stopped by our table to check in on us. Everyone enjoyed the food. Bread & garlic butter were brought to the table right after our drinks. Waitress kept all our glasses filled. French onion soup came out piping hot. Filet was tender and flavorful. Cooked medium just like I ordered. The asparagus was steamed so it was still soft but crunchy not soggy. My husband said the au gratin potatoes were flavorful. His steak was also tender. The food was all delicious. I gave 4 stars because the diamond still has a few rough edges: wrong type of wine glass for my red wine which was a quality wine (not your typical $8/glass kind of wine) and the server should have taken the ladies orders before the men. For a meal at this price point the service needs turned up just a couple more notches. One other small detail was the large plates for the sides caused the table to get really crowded. I believe this diamond will be polished to a proper shine; like all good things, it'll just take a little more time. I will definitely be back. Our thought was to revisit this restaurant, allowing for a couple of months for them to settle in. We were looking forward to a good steak dinner but the meal for the price was not up to par. We did not have reservations for the steakhouse but were told the tap house area had seating and we could order steaks from the menu. Ok, no problem. Our drink orders were taken and delivered after about 15 minutes. Meal orders were taken and then ... the wait. It was easily 20 minutes before our meal was delivered. I ordered the 8 oz Coulette steak with asparagus & parmesan, and my husband ordered the 12 oz prime rib with a baked potato. The coulette steak was cooked to order but not terribly hot. The asparagus looked anemic. My husband's steak was cooked to order but came to the table lukewarm. We did let the server know. We did order the pretzel brownie dessert which was good. Suggestions ... if a specific veggie is 'not in season' please don't offer it on the menu. Maybe a winter squash for the fall months??? Nicole provided service Saturday afternoon August 23 at the bar. My wife and I truly appreciate great service and hospitality. Nicole manages and runs the restaurant with precision and grace. Sliders were excellent, chicken sandwich my wife had was 5 stars, including a side salad. I prefer the waffle fries, dipped ranch was delicious. Great red amber beer on tap, great vibe. All four diners ordered prime rib. It arrived at the table less than room temperature. The server didn't know which piece was rare, medium-rare, or medium so we had to switch our plates around. The taste was good, but it would have been much better if it had arrived hot. Our Caesar salads were okay. The truffle butter baked potatoes were hard, barely warm, and truffle flavor was non-existent . The au Gratin potatoes were also hard and there was barely any sauce, and they were cold. And both potato dishes arrived 15 minutes after our meat was served. Our server was okay, but had she checked on us more frequently we might have had hot food. Liz took great care of us for dinner! We ordered the prime rib (Which has been perfected since opening) and the Shrimp and Scallop Pasta. The serving sizes were large so we took some home.
