My one big beef with them is that they push spray foam... hard! (because it makes them a lot of $$$). What they don't tell you is about all the flame retardants & other PROVEN cancer-causing chemicals that off gas for decades after the install. My mistake, stick with products like mineral wool. None of these companies do an actual insulators apprenticeship, it's a "this is what my dad & grand-pappy did" mentality, & it shows.

I was told that I would be a priority call and the service was subsequently rescheduled (and confirmed) for 2:00 - 4:30pm on January 5 (afternoon call is not priority in my view). No-one turned up so I left a voice mail at 4:30 on 01/05, asking what was going on. As no-one responded, I left another message at 6:00pm that evening. The call was returned a few minutes later but, in spite of my saying "hello" 3 times, all I could hear was people talking in the background, so I hung up. As of 2 days later, no-one from the company has contacted me. I guess they don't want my business, so they won't get it.
