I am so very pleased with the service I received from Black Diamond. We had our carpets cleaned. The carpet is very old and been thru a lot in other words a total mess! Our technician Ray was awesome. He was prompt and very professional. He asked me questions on the carpet, asked what I wanted, and then explained everything he was going to do. He was very thorough in his work and my carpet looks great and smells very nice. I will absolutely use Black Diamond again and will ask for Ray, a very nice young man who I now trust. Ray also informed me of the other services Black Diamond offers so more than likely they will now be my go to cleaning service. I've used their services 3 times, dealt with Nolan, Adam and Ray, all were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly They described the process thoroughly and answered all my concerns. My initial experience was for a rental home, I thought the estimate was a bit high but I was willing to give it a try as it looked like I was facing carpet replacement! I am moving into a rental and i googled cleaning services and this was the first at the top. I saw the ratings and called and booked an appointment. They were able to come out in the time they said. And did suck an amazing job at deep cleaning the house. Definitely worth the price and the time they spent cleaning the walls, and he said he gave the master bathroom extra cleaning as well as the oven. The house was pretty bad.
