I hired this service a couple of years ago and I will not call them again. They came in (owner ) with their people and did my carpets. I asked if they could do my upholstered dining room chairs and they said yes. So then I was asked if I wanted scotch guard because this would prevent stains from reappearing. Was told if they reappeared they would come back out and clean. So yes I agreed to the extra charge. Well after a couple of weeks or so the stains showed back up. I called and they basically said so sorry but it's not our fault and they would not come back out to take care of the problem and re-clean. So I hope that maybe they are better now but just wanted to make people aware maybe do not get scotch guard at extra charge because they ignore the problem and will not make good. read more

Junior serviced our home and I can't say enough good things about my experience with him. He was fair, appeared trustworthy, communicative, and provided personalized care and rationale behind his service. For that reason, I've called the company for my recent two project needs. From my two experiences with Johny, I unfortunately can't say the same. My advice is get a quote ahead of time, because there always seems to be a surprise when working with him. I am so disappointed with our last service!! I scheduled a last minute carpet cleaning via telephone with one of the owners. Only needed two rooms (living and dining room combo) and a hallway. I was given a quote over the phone but once they arrived and had already started bringing equipment in I was told it was going to be more. I thought fine whatever, I don't have time now to go anywhere else and you've already began the process. They probably weren't even here for 20 minutes from start to finish. They did an absolute horrible job!!! The day after carpets had plenty of time to dry, our carpets were so sticky! Fast forward a week I took it son myself to do a carpet rake, since they didn't, and OMG the cloud of soap dust that came up was so disturbing!! Now don't tell me that my carpets are that dirty after just over a week when nobody uses that particular room. It is blocked off so nobody goes in other than to sit on the couch for a short time with feet up on a coffee table. After spending the money that I spent I am so aggravated with such horrible service! Never again will I use them!! Did I mention that my carrots looked as bad now as they did prior to service and it's only been two and a half weeks! read more

Please beware!! Company overcharged my credit card $100. Then when called about it, they said they would get our refund back that day. No call back and couldn't get a hold of them. Then second day, made promises to return money and nothing. New note: Finally get a call back from Johnny, one of owners, whom was trying to blame us for supposedly not answering our phone for him to return our money. I have no record of them trying to call. He was rude and trying to yell over me talking. Let's see if I get my money back within the time frame as stated. If not will be reposting to the authorities. Had these guys clean our carpet. First of all we just painted the house 2 weeks ago. They scratched all the trim along all the walls, now I have to buy paint and redo all the trims. any minor stains in the carpet are still as visible as the day before. There where areas completely missed. No pattern to the way they clean. Just random strokes throughout carpet. Really wish I had taken before and after pictures but never would I have thought i would be getting bad work. Stay away from these guys. their quality of work is great however they are not truthful and will break your things without telling you! they came in the morning and did our 2 story home and while they were working I was downstairs in the kitchen. they told us to wait a minimum of 2 hours before stepping on the carpet. at night I entered my room (upstairs) and saw the nice clean carpet AND my broken drawer! that they failed to mention they broke. and dumped the contents on top of my bed. my mom called them the next day to let them know and of course they said they "did not break it and that it fell off the bed" to which my mom asked why they didnt tell us anything, we were home. the guy said it didnt look like the drawer had any importance anyways. well yeah, it's not his! so of course he doesn't care. they just picked up the pieces and contents of the drawer and threw it on top of my bed and didnt say anything when they left. will be looking for another cleaning company. will not do business with dishonest people. read more

Today's Carpet did a fantastic job on our carpets yesterday. The carpets were heavily soiled, some black spots I'd thought would never come out.. Junior & his helper got up every last one off & then some. Guys were on time, called on their way, professional, friendly, quick, but thorough. I found Today's in the monthly coupon book mailer.. 3 rooms for $119. It also includes a hallway, but mines laminate, so didn't use that part. Today's Carpet Care was recommended to me by my mom. They got a stain out of her carpet that was impossible for other companies. They cleaned my carpet today and it looks and smells great. Update: After the carpet dried there were yellow stain lines all through the carpet (where there weren't any stains previously). We called and the owner argued with us and insisted that he sent his 2 best employee's but he would come by to check it out. When he came over he immediately got ready to clean the carpet without even looking at it. By this time we had already moved rugs and furniture back but he cleaned around it. He said that he knew exactly why the yellow stains were there and it was due to too much water. It looked good when he left and again was stained in weird patterns when it dried.
