The shuttle service will text you the night before your trip with information details about the van and later an ETA (estimated time to arrival). You can call the 1-800 number almost any time you have questions. I say almost any time because I don't think anyone was available to answer at 4am Pacific Standard. Other than that, there is always someone who will answer and answer your questions or change your pick up needs.
