I am a Vice Principal at an Elementary School and I contacted Eagle Limousine to see if they would be willing to help us with a reading incentive event that we were hosting for our scholars. Not only did Sergio immediately agree to donate 1 20 passenger party bus, but he was able to provide additional party buses at a discounted rate. Because of this, we were able to provide our scholars with a truly amazing and unforgettable experience. Sergio exhibits excellent and timely customer service and communication. He made the booking process, payment process, and everything extremely quick and easy! But that's not all! The day of the event, BOTH limo drivers personally texted my cell phone to notify me that they were en route and when their estimated time of arrival would be. In the texts they both displayed a very eager and excited attitude, and I could tell we were already getting off to a great start! When the limos arrived, both drivers were absolutely the friendliest and most excited people and brought amazing energy to the event and the scholars. They helped us pump up the kids, and they got the party started by getting the energizing, feel-good music cued up in the limo as the students entered. The limos were of EXCELLENT quality. They were not just clean, they were PRISTINE inside and out! There was plenty of seating, bottled water available for everyone, and of course amazing lazer lights to make the party even more enjoyable. This is the WORST limousine company I've EVER EXPERIENCED! On the day of my mother's burial at Riverside National Cemetery, my family and I, were kicked out on the street in front of the cemetery. The owner Sergio had no empathy towards our tragic loss. My mom was killed on a car accident by a reckless drunk driver, so we have already been going through so much just dealing with our sudden loss alone. Our amazing chauffeur, a man with a heart and passion for grieving people, told my family he would take us back to our home. The cemetery was backed up which took up time unfortunately, our driver never complained. Almost two hours after our time, we were not called to give a time warning, a deadline, and offer of extended time at an additional price at all. We were told the driver would pull over and we would need to exit, per Sergio the owner. When asked how much over we needed to pay, and if we could send it via Zelle? Sergio stated "It don't work that way" and forced his driver to pull over. He didn't even give us a chance to gather the additional $590.00 to give when we already paid $750.00. Our driver literally drove ONLY 22 miles!! And Sergio wanted my grieving family to pay almost $1,400.00!!! Insane! Money Hungry! Also, when asked to remove the stripper pole being this was a funeral event and not appropriate, his response was "No one has asked me to remove a pole!" Sick! What goes around comes around! My wife and I decided to celebrate my 30th birthday by gathering my closest friends and renting a party bus. After speaking to Sergio, he was able to educate me on how this renting thing goes since this was our first time renting one. He was very black and white about the prices and no hidden fees like other company's that continued to give me a price but ended up with more additional fees. Unfortunately, our experience with this company was terrible. My daughter was turning 9 and it was her dream to have a limo ride. That is why We booked it as a surprise. All kids were looking forward to a big surprise. We booked it a week prior the event and made a deposit of $100. One day before the birthday party I texted the manager Sergio to confirm and he did. Then the driver of the limo called me and said that he will be driving a party bus in the morning and he won't have time to change it to a hammer so he can come with the bus at no extra charge. Obviously, We refused because the idea was to make a dream come true and the dream was a limo, not a bus. The same evening Sergio called to confirm that everything is ok and we peacefully went to bed. Next morning we got a BIG surprise. Sergio texted me 2 hours before the party saying that there is no way he can do the limo because the wedding will take longer than he expected. So I offered to move our reservation to 3 or 4 pm instead of 2. But he stated it's not an option because the driver has another event in the evening. This way the wedding and the evening event became way more important than the kid's birthday. As I mentioned earlier, it was just 2 hours before the party. There was absolutely no time to book another limo. Sergio just said sorry and used COVID-19 as an excuse which of course has nothing to do with him being unprofessional and greedy. Looks like these guys take as many bookings as they can and then just chose the most profitable ones. Also, I was texting Sergio every day from Saturday to Tuesday asking for the deposit refund and every time there was a reason why he can't return it.
