The staff has always been friendly, helpful, and welcoming, and the coffee is smooth and enjoyable. My biggest concern is the pricing. Only the regular-size drink prices are displayed, so ordering a larger size can come as an unpleasant surprise. Paying over $8.50 for a 20 oz pour-over coffee feels excessive. Another issue is the limited restroom capacity. There is only one bathroom, and wait times can sometimes be quite long, especially during busy periods. The shop also struggles during the summer months. The air conditioning doesn't seem capable of keeping the space comfortable, and it can become uncomfortably hot inside. I appreciate supporting local businesses and enjoy the coffee and customer service, but the high prices, lack of transparent sizing costs, restroom limitations, and uncomfortable indoor temperatures make it difficult to justify visiting as often as I'd like.

We got morning bun and banana bread and they were so good, not too sweet, the morning bun was so flaky and good amount of cinnamon, my husband didn't like banana at all but he turned out really liked the banana bread. I tried their pistachio cold foam latte with half sweet, and it was so good, the cold foam was light and airy, the syrup didn't overpower the taste of coffee. I usually don't drink sweet coffee, just like original hot latte, but I love pistachio so had to tried this, and it was really good. My husband got the hot latte and it was even better. They have for here cups which is something I've noticed not a lot of coffee shops around the area carry anymore so that was awesome. The Moroccan latte was a HIT. Everyone was obsessed with this one, we also added pistachio cold foam on top. For the Moroccan we asked for it to be half sweet and it was still pretty sweet so be aware that this one is for the sweet tooth. The pistachio latte was delicious as well. The lemon poppy seed matcha was really good as a matcha, meaning the matcha was delcious and easy to ddrink. Not a lot of lemon flavor in it tho but the quality was good so no complaints. Their pastry selection is lacking however, this might be because we came a little later in the day but there was not a lot of options. It's an unassuming spot in an office park area, not your typical retail shopping center. The coffee, however, was far from typical. We very much enjoyed our drinks. The interior is small but warm with plenty of seating for the size of the place. There are also a few tables outside. They are adamant (but not unfriendly) about keeping the cafe free of laptop computers, which they don't allow. They offer no WiFi. Their business model is focused on fostering genuine human interaction and conversation, and I must say, I do admire that anyone is really trying to encourage that these days! The staff was super friendly and helpful as we asked about the coffee menu choices and what their recommendations were. (They also offer some food items, but we did not order any of those on this visit.) They explained to us that the coffee drinks are listed on the menu from most sweet to least sweet, which is certainly a helpful thing to know. But they emphasized that they try to keep all of the drinks balanced so that they are not overly syrupy, which is also something we appreciate! To put that to the test, I ordered the most sweet drink on the menu, the Turtle Pie, which I ordered as a shaken espresso. (You can get any of their coffee drinks as a latte, cold brew, or shaken espresso.) That drink comes with two shots of espresso, dark chocolate, caramel, and hazelnut. My wife ordered the Sweet & Salty as a latte, and it comes with two shots of espresso, maple, sea salt, and white chocolate. We each thought our drinks were just the right balance of coffee and sweetness, and the flavors really worked well. We were quite impressed. :) I am not in the area that often, but when I am, I will definitely be keeping Momentto in mind.
