We were heading back to the West Valley after camping at Usery Mountain Regional Park and stopped in for a coffee & snack. The shop is delightful and inviting. We were quickly greeted and the barista helped us with the menu, made some recommendations and took our order. She was very friendly and engaging. The raspberry muffin was tasty and flavorful without vein overly sweet. The raspberry cinnamon role was delicious and my son said it was one of his favorites he's ever had. The iced bendigo with oat milk light sweet was flavorful. My son said his blended caramel chocolate hazelnut drink was really good with good flavor and a balance of sweetness with coffee. We will definitely drop in any time we are in the area and they are open.

Stopped by the most friendliest coffee shop I've ever been to in Mesa! My husband and I finished a hike at Superstition and decided to check out our Cup of Joey. We were greeted not too long after browsing the menu by the owner, Steve. He introduced the menu to us and gave us some recommendations. Very friendly along with the staff and baristas. I got the #14-Launceston. Very delicious! My husband got the LilliPilli. We both added on some breakfast burritos that did not disappoint! The burritos were well balanced with egg, potatoes, bacon, onions and cheese. Clean tables. Fun environment for kids. Tables for studying. We will definitely be back!

Love this place! The owner is very fun to chat with and gives great recommendations!! We came after a hike and got coffee and breakfast burritos and they were both fantastic!

Best coffee I have ever had! We are from CA and got to explore different coffee shops while out here, this place by far was the best. Rich in flavor

Big coffee drinker, after a long flight into town I found this lovely gem of a coffee shop. The place reminds me of home, the environment was welcoming and friendly when you see multiple small groups of people enjoying themselves and sipping on their coffee. Met one of the owners who was extremely funny, friendly, and nice. The barista did get stuck talking to a regular in front of me but that didn't stop another from jumping in to assist my order. The coffee is pretty next level with so many variety's and flavors. I got the Subiaco iced. Carmel/apple latte. It was so savory. They mixed the perfect hints of Carmel and apple. If one was a bit more than the other maybe Carmel but only because it blends so well with the natural coffee taste. I just wish I hadn't gotten whole milk and didn't even think about it when they asked but only because I'm lactose . Highly recommend trying this place.

The best hidden gem in mesa!!! Steve and Amy are so incredibly nice and welcoming. I love this shop- they have sooooo many coffee flavor suggestions for lattes. The cinnamon rolls are top notch!! One of my favorite spots to take my toddler and hang out/ they even play Bluey!!! Plus- added bonus they have pumpkin year round

What is this you might wonder? The best I could do to stop my family from ravaging this amazing muffin. Pumpkin and chocolate chip.

Everything about it just feels right -- the vibe, the people, and especially the food. You can tell they actually care. The staff is super welcoming and generous, not in a forced way, just genuinely good energy from the second you walk in. Food-wise, they don't miss. The honeycomb with cream cheese inside is insane -- sweet, rich, and something you don't really see anywhere else. The Dubai chocolate latte is a must-try too, super smooth and indulgent without being over the top. The beef samosas are perfectly crispy and packed with flavor, and the chocolate pistachio croissant is easily one of the best pastries I've had in a while. Honestly, every time I go I end up trying something new and it's always solid. You can tell they put real thought into everything they serve. Definitely one of those spots you keep coming back to.

I came across Moka & Co while searching for the best Dubai-style coffee in the area, and I'm so glad I gave it a try. Their Dubai iced coffee is really good--while it didn't quite top the one I had in New York, it definitely ranks as my second favorite. The only downside is the price. A 16 oz drink was $10, which feels a bit steep for a medium-sized coffee. Overall, though, it's a great option if you're craving a Dubai-style iced coffee without leaving Arizona.

Very cozy cafe with bar seating, and other seating as well. This was a previous BBQ place, and I enjoy how they've redecorated. Submitted a request to Yelp to update the description. What We Ordered: - Iced Zone of Silence ($9): My boyfriend's pick and from my small sip it tasted like a Mexican Mocha. He was thrilled they could accommodate decaffeinated espresso as he is sensitive to caffeine. As we left, he said that he'd definitely return and had another drink in mind to try next time. - Iced Superstition Gold ($9): My order as I love salted caramel, and I didn't realize they would smoke in front of you! I was so mesmerized that I didn't capture a photo while mine was crafted, but I did when someone else ordered one during our stay. Loved the bar concept so you could watch your drink crafted. I'd struggle to not order this drink every time to try something else as it was that good!!! However, I was met and left with a bad taste in my mouth. No pun intended. The female employee (short hair/glasses) was not the friendliest person, even after I tried being overly nice. I don't know if she was having a bad day or just hates males in general but not a good representation of a place I was eagerly awaiting to try. I first asked if there was a difference in drinks from what was on the menu and up on the board above. She answered snarky, "if it's up on the board and on the menu it's the same" Mind you, one said latte and the other did not, hence the question. I opted with what I normally get. She took my order and then while looking down, stated, "2% milk okay" I said sure then asked if whole was available. You would've thought I had asked for her to go milk the cow and bring it back. She was very annoyed, so I said 2% is fine. I paid for my coffee then stood and watched her began preparing it. I saw her add one quick pump of syrup so I said, could I maybe have one more pump. Again, you would've thought I was about to suck them dry of all syrup. She seemed annoyed and looked at the register and began to say what I assume was they charge for extra, so I quickly said never mind. All in all I was disappointed with my interaction. The coffee was good and the wrap was okay but I dunno if I'd go back.
